Heavy-Duty Kickboxing Set. We’re dedicated to bringing

WARNINGS:
- Do not touch the screws or springs during use.
- Make sure the set is fully secure before hitting the bag.
- Only use the set in areas that are clear of obstacles, objects,
and other people. Do not use near anything valuable in case
the bag or set comes loose.
- Be aware that any exercise involving physical contact may
result in injury.
Need to move the filled set?
1. Insert cardboard pieces under the suction cups to separate
from the floor.
2. Slide the base to the desired location.

Notes:
- The bag and the base are shipped in 2 separate boxes. If you
have only received 1 box, contact us at ProtocolDesign.com.
- It’s best to fill the base with dry sand. The base holds
approximately 200lbs of dry sand.
- The base can be filled with water but the water will have
to be changed frequently to avoid odor and bacteria.
1. Find a location to place the set. A smooth floor is best.
Clean the space and let it dry.
2. OPTIONAL: Turn the base upside down and install the
suction cups.
3. Remove the cap from the base.
4. Fill the base with dry sand.
5. Place the bag onto the base making sure the holes in the plate
and the base align.
6. Place the washer and bolt into each hole and tighten by hand
as much as possible.
7. Finish tightening the bolts with a wrench.
