QUICK INSTALLATION GUIDE
Pure Channel ATA-1000 Phone Adapter
With 1 Port for Voice-over-IP
This installation guide explains how to connect the Phone Adapter to your network and telephones. Show below is a
connection diagram displaying a typical setup with one Internet phone line.
Step 1 If necessary, disconnect the telephone cable
from the telephone wall jack and connect that
end to the telephone jack adapter. Then, connect
the telephone jack adapter to the PHONE port
of the Phone Adapter.
Step 2 Connect an Internet network cable to the LAN
port of the Phone Adapter. Connect the other
end to one of your router’s Ethernet ports.

Step 3 Connect the included power adapter to the
DC5V port of the Phone Adapter. Connect the
other end to an electrical outlet.
Step 4 The ACT LED will be solidly lit when the Phone
Adapter is ready for use.
The installation of the Phone Adapter is complete.
You may pick up the phone and make calls.
