BEFORE YOU START
1. Inspectyourunitbeforeproceeding.Checksurfaceforany
flaws or damage. Once you unpack your unit, check for chips,
scratches, cracks, dents or scuff marks. If any damage is
noticed, do not install.
2. Please read instructions carefully and keep for future reference.
3. Protecttheentiresurfaceduringinstallation.
4. Makesuretheoorstructureiscapableofsupporting100lbs
(45.5kgs)persquarefoot.
5. Allholesdrilledintotheunitmustbedonefromthenished
surfacesidewithextremecareandcaulkedverycarefullyto
form a watertight barrier.
6. Your installation must comply with all local plumbing codes.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: A thorough inspection must be made at the time of pick up or
delivery. If the unit is damaged, do not install. The installation of this tub
requires 2 people.
1. Carefullyunpackthetubandcontentsfromthepackaging.
2. Inspect all areas of the tub and parts to ensure there is no
damage. If you discover any damage, do not install this unit.
3. Placeablanketonoortoprotectthenishofthetub.
4. Place the tub upside down on the blanket, with the tub base
facingup.Fig.1.

5. Installthelevelinglegswithnutsandwashersasshownand
ensuretheyrise1.27cm(0.5in)outsidetheskirtbottom.Fig.2.

6. Installthemaindrain/overowassemblyontotheoordrain
[not supplied].
7. Carefullyrightthetubandmoveintoitsnallocation.Using
a non-permanent marker, trace the lower perimeter of the tub
belowtheaccesspanelarea.Fig.3.

8. Checktheunitforlevelbyplacingacarpenterslevelacrossthe
width of the tub, and along the deck area to check in the other
direction.Estimatefromthis,thechangesrequiredtotheleveling
feet. Move tub to an accessible area to allow you to adjust the
levelling feet. Adjust the leveling legs as required until the tub is
level and as close to the floor as possible. Repeat this step as
necessary to ensure the tub is level for proper drainage. Once
satisfied, tighten lock nuts on all four feet.
9. Install overflow [not supplied].
10. Installdrain[notsupplied].
11. Usingmaskingtape,covertheareaofthedeckwhereyouare
choosingtoinstallthefaucets.Usingextremecare,markand
double check the hole centers as per the faucet manufacturers
instructions. Also verify your chosen location will not interfere
with the overflow positioned underneath. Drill the required holes
through the deck of the bath, using appropriate sized hole saws.
Remove the masking tape on completion. Fig.4.

13. Testtheentiresystemforanyleakagebyllingthetubwith
water, and then draining it. Once no leaks are detected, install
the access panel cover using the screws provided.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To maintain the smooth, high gloss surface of your bathtub, follow
these tips:
• Usecommonhouseholdcleaners(non-abrasive)oramildliquid
dish washing detergent. Rinse well and dry with a clean cloth.
• Donotallowyouracrylicsurfacetocomeintocontactwith
productssuchasacetone(nailpolishremover),nailpolish,dry
cleaning solution, lacquer thinners, gasoline, pine oil, etc.
• Removedustanddrydirtwithasoft,dampcloth.
• Cleangrease,oil,paintandinkstainswithisopropyl(rubbing
alcohol).Immediatelyrinsewithwaterafterremovalofstain.
• Avoidusingrazorbladesorothersharpinstrumentsthatmight
fall and scratch the surface.

8FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE
This unit is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in material and workman-
ship for five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to commercial or
institutional use or installation. Warranty service should be arranged through the point of purchase.
The purchaser is responsible for transporting the unit to and from the point of purchase. Incidental
repairs that would involve a minimum of time and effort on behalf of the purchaser will not be
considered warranty work and no compensation will be deemed forthcoming. Any failure of the unit
that is not traceable to a defect in material or workmanship is not covered by this warranty. These
non-warrantable items include, but are not limited to:
• Changeincolourornishduetochemicalusage.
• Theuseofabrasivecleansersontheacrylicsurface.
• Unitnotproperlyinstalledinaccordancewithmanufacturersinstructions.
• Damagecausedduringshipping,handlingorinstallation(eg.Cracks,chips,scratches).
• Operating,maintenance,safetyguidelinesnotbeingfollowed.
• Anyalterationstotheunit.
• Damagetotheunitasaresultofaccidentalimpact,re,ood,freezing,normalwear.
• Scratches,chips,cracksorholescausedduetoshipping,storageorinstallation.
A thorough inspection must be made at time of pick up or delivery. If the unit is damaged a claim
mustbemadewiththecarrier.Reportanydamagepromptlyandpriortoinstallation.QualityCraft
Ltd. will not be held liable for any freight damage or damage caused by leaks due to freight dam-
age. Inspection prior to installation is the responsibility of the installer, contractor or user. Quality
CraftLtd.willnotbeliableforfailuresordamagethatcouldhavebeendiscoveredoravoidedby
properinspectionandtesting.QualityCraftLtd.willnotbeheldliablefordamagesresultingfrom
theimpropertorinstallationofproductsnotsuppliedbythiscompany.QualityCraftLtd.willnot
be held liable for loss of use of unit, inconvenience, costs incurred for labour, materials, removal
and installation of replacement units or any other incidental or consequential damages.
Costsrelatingtoobtainingaccessforrepairorreplacementaretheresponsibilityoftheuser.Under
nocircumstanceshallQualityCraftLtd.oranyofitsrepresentativesbeheldliableforinjurytoany
persons or damage to any property.
QualityCraftLtd.obligationsshallbelimitedtotherepairorreplacementofaunit(atouroption)
that may prove, by our sole examination, to be defective under normal use and service during the
warrantyperiod.TheCompanymayissuecreditintheamountoftheinvoicevalueofthedefective
product (or a percentage of it according to use) in lieu of repair or replacement. All replacements

QualityCraftLtd.warrantyisnon-transferableandshallbevoidediftheunitisremovedfromits
initial installation or if it is not installed following the manufacturer’s specifications. This warranty

chemical conditions. This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. No
other warranty, expressed or implied, is assumed or will be assumed.
