Connecting The OBA To Your Bluetooth Enabled Device:

1. Make sure the OBA is charged. Follow the instructions below
labelled "Recharging the built-in li-ion battery."
2. Turn the OBA on by flipping the switch labelled "ON/OFF" on the
back of the unit to the ON position.
3. The LED will turn blue indicating power is on, then flash blue/red
indicating it is in default Bluetooth mode.
4. Follow the instructions for pairing that came with your Bluetooth
enabled device. You may have to go into your settings and turn
Bluetooth on. Make sure your device is discoverable or in search mode.
5. Your device should discover "QOOPRO 12048." Select this
profile. There is no password required.

Connecting The OBA to your Audio Device via 3.5mm Audio
Cable:
1. Make sure the OBA is charged. Follow the instructions below
labelled "Recharging the built-in li-ion battery."
2. Turn the OBA on by flipping the switch labelled "ON/OFF" on the
back of the unit to the ON position.
3. Connect one end of the included 3.5mm audio cable to the "AUX
IN"port on the back of the unit. Connect the other end to the
3.5mm (headphone jack) of your audio device.
4. Make sure the volume of your audio device and the volume of the
OBA are both set to medium/low.
5. Play music on your device and slowly adjust the volume to the
desired level. You can adjust the volume either by pressing the
volume buttons on the OBA or your audio device. For best
audio results, turn your audio device all the way up and adjust the
OBA volume controls until the music sounds perfect.

Flashing blue/red - in Bluetooth pairing mode
Solid red - in AUX mode
Solid blue - paired to a Bluetooth device
Power LED Indicator (on the back of the speaker):
Red LED indicates the battery is being charged.

answer a phone call, you can either accept a call as you normally do
on your phone, or press the play/pause/answer call button. Your voice
will be picked up by the microphone located on the top of the unit next
to the button panel. The person’s voice on the line will play through the
OBA speakerphone. To end a call, use your phone’s controls or press
the play/pause/answer button again.
Recharging the Built-in Li-ion Battery:
1. Plug the micro USB end of the included USB cable into the micro
USB port marked "DC 5V" on the back of the OBA speaker .
2. Plug the other end into a USB-powered port. You can plug this
USB end into your computer,a USB AC adapter or car charger.

and turn off when fully charged.
WARNING:
1. If using the OBA speaker in the car, pay attention to the traffic at
all times. Do not let the unit distract you.
2. Do not leave the unit exposed to a heat source or any high
temperatures.
3. Do not remove or attempt to remove the permanent internal battery.
4. When disposing of the unit, take it to an electronics waste
management service.
5. Please keep in mind that the unit may be very dangerous in the
event of a car collision if it is not strongly secured to a surface or

Problem:
The sound is low or completely silent
Solution:
Make sure both your audio device and OBA speaker are charged.
Make sure the connection (either AUX or Bluetooth) is fully
functional and secure. If using AUX , be sure the cable is securely
inserted in the OBA and your audio device. Also make sure the audio
cable is not damaged. Check that the volume on both your
audio device and OBA speaker are turned up to at least medium.
Confirm that your audio device is playing music.
Problem:
Bluetooth will not connect or you cannot figure out how to connect it.
Solution:
Please consult the User Manual of your Bluetooth enabled audio
device for instructions. Make sure that both your audio device and OBA
speaker are discoverable and in search mode. Try rebooting the
speaker by turning it off then back on.
Problem:
The person on the other end of my call cannot hear me or I cannot
hear him/her.
Solution:
Make sure your device is connected to the OBA properly. Turn up the
volume on both your device and the OBA. Make sure nothing is
obstructing the microphone hole.
