Afterbeing worked inachamberat +80 for 1hour, then
soundershall be placed inachamberat -30 for 1hour(1cycle
is the belowdiagram).
After6abovecycles, soundershall be measured afterbeing
placed innaturalcondition for1hour.
Afterbeing placed inachamberwith 90 to95%R.H.at +40±2
for2hand then being placed innaturalcondition for2h,
soundershall be measured.
First being worked inachamberwith -30±2for 2hand
then being placed inachamberwith -30±2 ℃for16h, finally

将产品置于湿度为90～95%R.H，温度为 ±2℃试验箱中2
小时，然后在正常大气压条件下恢复 2小时后，进行测量
潮湿试验
热冲击试验 将产品置于+80±2 ℃试验箱中，先工作 1小时，然后将产品置
于-30±2 ℃试验箱中，再工作1小时，经过6个循环后，在正常大

量.
插浸入松香5秒，然后再浸入+260±5°C的锡炉中3±0.5秒，
插表面应覆盖一层光滑明亮的焊料 .
可焊性试验
插强度试验 插应承受9.8N拉力，拉力时间10秒，插无松动和脱落等
现象.
