UWAGA: all appliances requiring constant connection with the water supply system (including this appliance)
must have an additional water softener attached in order to remove calcium and magnesium compounds. The
softener must be used in compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations set out in the user’s manual .
If the softener is not attached or is misused and/or regenerated, the distributor shall reject all complaints entail-
ing repairs required due to the limescale build-up in the appliance .
It is recommended to use softeners from the wide range offered by HENDI.

Thank you for purchasing this Revolution appliance. Before using the appliance for the first time, please
read this manual carefully, paying particular attention to the safety regulations outlined below.
1. IMPORTANT SAFETY REGULATIONS
• This appliance is intended for commercial use only and must not be used for
household use.
• The appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it was intended and
designed. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by incorrect
operation and improper use.
• Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from water and any other liquids. In
the event that the appliance should fall into water, immediately remove plug from
the socket and do not use until the appliance has been checked by a certified
technician. Failure to follow these instructions could cause a risk to lives.
• Never attempt to open the casing of the appliance yourself.
• Do not insert any objects in the casing of the appliance.
• Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.
• Danger of electric shock! Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. In case
of malfunctions, repairs are to be conducted by qualified personnel only.
• Never use a damaged appliance! Disconnect the appliance from the electrical
outlet and contact the retailer if it is damaged.
• Warning! Do not immerse the electrical parts of the appliance in water or other
liquids. Never hold the appliance under running water.
• Regularly check the power plug and cord for any damage. If the power plug or po-
wer cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid danger or injury.
• Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or hot objects and keep
it away from open fire. To pull the plug out of the socket, always pull on the plug
and not on the cord.
• Ensure that the cord (or extension cord) is positioned so that it will not cause a
trip hazard.
• Always keep an eye on the appliance when in use.
• Warning! As long as the plug is in the socket the appliance is connected to the
power source.
• Turn off the appliance before pulling the plug out of the socket.
• Never carry the appliance by the cord.

• Do not use any extra devices that are not supplied along with the appliance.
• Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet with the voltage and frequency
mentioned on the appliance label.
• Connect the power plug to an easily accessible electrical outlet so that in case of
emergency the appliance can be unplugged immediately. To completely switch off
the appliance pull the power plug out of the electrical outlet.
• Always turn the appliance off before disconnecting the plug.
• •Never use accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer. Fa-
ilure to do so could pose a safety risk to the user and could damage the appliance.
Only use original parts and accessories.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
• This appliance must not be used by children under any circumstances.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

meals. It is intended for industrial use only. Any
other use will be considered as misuse.

experience or knowledge of the appliance. That
is unless they are supervised by or instructed on
the safe use of the appliance by the person re-
sponsible for their safety.
• The personnel who will operate the appliance

be monitored during operation.

• In the event of failure or malfunction, switch off
the main power switch located on the front of the
appliance.
• Before cleaning the appliance, make sure to un-
plug it from the mains.
• Only use agents dedicated to the cleaning of such
type of appliances, do not use any grill cleaning
agents as they may be too aggressive and rich in
caustic soda.
• Do not allow dirt, fat or remains of food to dry on
the appliance.
• Do not wash the appliance with direct water jets.

2.1. HANDLING AND UNPACKING
The packaging specifies the weight and volume of the appliance as well as guidelines concerning its handling
and storage.
2.2. PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS
The personnel handling the appliance do not need
to have any special qualifications to do so (consid-
er the type of the packaging). This should be done
by individuals who operate lifting equipment and
means of transport on a daily basis. Health and
safety regulations must be strictly observed.
2.3 CONDITION OF THE APPLIANCE
The appliance is supplied in a carton, placed on a
pallet. If supplied by our personnel, the appliance
may not be packaged otherwise.
2.4 HANDLING EQUIPMENT
The appliance may be lifted and moved by means
of a forklift truck, travelling crane, crane or other
device with an appropriate maximum working load.
Before starting the moving operation, check the
position of the fork and stability of the load. While
moving, always observe the following rules.
• Move the appliance with due care
• Do not tilt the appliance, it must always be in the
vertical position.
• While moving, always monitor the transported
oven.
CAUTION:
Do not tip over the appliance.
Do not drag the appliance on the ground.
Do not cause any short circuits in the appliance.
2.5 STORAGE OF APPLIANCE
The surroundings of the oven should be dry, with
ambient temperature ranging from 0 °C to 40 °C.
Do not stack more packaged appliances than indi-
cated on the packaging and keep them upright as
indicated by the arrows. Make sure the fork does
not hit the appliance. In the event of accidental hit,
inspect the appliance for damage and if necessary
contact the manufacturer or the supplier.
2.6 SAFETY THERMAL BREAKER
THE MANUFACTURER AND THE SUPPLIER OF
THIS APPLIANCE DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR
ANY LOSS RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO OB-
SERVE THESE GUIDELINESS.
The appliance has a manually reset safety thermal
breaker which breaks the heating process when
the operating temperature exceeds the maximum
allowed temperature. To resume the operation of
the appliance, press the thermal breaker reset
button. This may only be done by qualified and au-
thorised service personnel.

3. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 WARNINGS FOR THE INSTALLER
READ THIS USER’S MANUAL CAREFULLY. IT CON-
TAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SAFE
INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE
APPLIANCE. THE MANUFACTURER AND THE SUP-
PLIER OF THIS APPLIANCE DISCLAIM ANY LIABI-
LITY FOR ANY LOSS RESULTING FROM FAILURE TO
OBSERVE THESE GUIDELINESS .
• The specific model of the oven is indicated on the
packaging and the rating plate on the casing of
the oven.
• The appliance may only be installed in an adequ-
ately ventilated room in compliance with the Po-
lish technical standard PN.
• Do not obstruct the ventilation or drainage aper-
tures on the appliance.
• Do not tamper with the components of the ap-
pliance.
3.2 REFERENCE STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS
Install the appliance in compliance with the applicable local regulations.
3.3 UNPACKING
• Check the condition of the packaging and if you
notice any patent damage, open the packaging in
the carrier’s presence. If the appliance is dama-
ged, complete the relevant damage report.
• Remove the packaging.
• Remove the film protecting the external panels.
Remove any glue residue with an appropriate
solvent.
3.4 POSITIONING
• The appliance is not designed for built-in instal-
lations.
• Position the appliance at a distance of not less
than 10 cm from the side and rear walls. The
distance may be shorter if the walls are made of a
non-flammable material or secured with thermal
insulation.
• The appliance does not contain moving parts
which could affect its stability and therefore no
components for fixing the appliance to the base
have been designed.
3.5 CONNECTIONS
3.5.1 CONNECTION TO WATER SUPPLY
• Supply the appliance with fresh water (max
35°C). The water supply pressure must be within
the range of 1.5 to 3 bar. If the supply pressure is
higher than indicated, fit a water pressure redu-
cing valve.
• Install a mechanic filter and a stop valve before
the appliance in a readily accessible place.
• The required supply of fresh water of hardness <7
°F, to avoid limescale build-up in the water pipes
inside the oven.
• Before connecting the filter and the appliance,
empty the connection pipes of any fine metallic
shavings or filings, or other impurities capable of
clogging the water system.
• Close the unused terminals with tight pegs.
• After making the connection, see if there are any
leaks at the joints.
A SOFTENER MUST BE FITTED IN ORDER TO AVOID
LIMESCALE BUILD-UP .

3.5.2 WATER DRAIN (EXCLUDING MODEL 224854)
• There is a water drain at the bottom of the oven
and it must be connected with a rigid pipe whose
diameter may not be lower than the diameter of
the water drain.
• To facilitate drainage, the pipe must be placed at
least 20 cm below its connection point.
• If the water drain is clogged, this may cause the
release of unpleasant smell into the oven cham-
ber or the leaking of steam through the door, so
the connection to the sewerage requires a so-
-called air gap according to the Polish standard
PN.
3.5.3 CONNECTION TO POWER SUPPLY
• Make sure the appliance is fit for operation at the
intended power supply voltage and frequency.
• Check the details on the rating plate of the ap-
pliance.
• Install, in front of the appliance, in a readily ac-
cessible place, a residual current device with a
between-contacts aperture which guarantees
complete disconnection in the event of a class 3
surge.
• Use a flexible power lead with rubber insulation
and properties not worse than type H05RN-F ca-
bles.
• Connect the power lead to the terminal board as
shown in the electrical diagram supplied with the
appliance.
• Secure the power lead with a cable gland.
• Protect the power lead outside the appliance with
a metal or plastic cable duct.
3.5.4 EARTHING AND EQUIPOTENTIAL BONDING
• Connect the electrical appliance to an effective
earth conductor. Bind the earth wire to the ter-
minal marked next to the line input terminal
board.
• Connect the metal casing of the electrical ap-
pliance to an equipotential bonding system. Bind
the wire to the terminal marked on the outsi-
de of the rear panel.
3.6 GETTING STARTED
After installation or maintenance, check if the appliance operates correctly. If there are problems in operation,
go to “Troubleshooting”.
ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE
Start the appliance in accordance with the user’s
manual and the warnings presented in the “OPE-
RATING INSTRUCTIONS” section and check:
• the value of the current of each phase.
• if the heaters engage properly,
• if the indicators light up correctly,
• if the motor operates correctly.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 WARNINGS FOR THE USER
CONVECTION
Convection ovens are a modern food preparation
system because they offer considerable savings of
time and energy while preserving all the properties
of the food. Forced circulation of hot air makes it
possible to reach the desired temperature of the
oven in a short time, guaranteeing even roasting
and baking, also when the oven chamber is fully
loaded. Make sure to leave adequate space be-
tween the pans to ensure unobstructed circulation
of hot air.
4.2 PLACING TRAYS AND CONTAINERS IN THE OVEN CHAMBER
Never stack food items on top of each other. Divide them evenly on the tray or GN container.
4.3 KEEP VERTICAL SPACE BETWEEN TRAYS AND/OR GN CONTAINERS
In order to ensure optimum circulation of hot air in
the oven chamber, a minimum vartical distance of 40
mm between the trays or GN containers is required.

4.4 POSITIONING OF TRAYS AND/OR GN CONTAINERS IN THE OVEN CHAMBER
To ensure optimum hot air circulation:
• Don’t position the tray or GN container against
the fan
• Position them evenly and in the middle in the
oven chamber

For service, contact an authorised service personnel
or the supplier. The appliance is intended for profes-
sional use and must be operated by properly qualified
and trained personnel. This appliance has been desi-
gned for preparing meals. It is intended for industrial
use only. Any other use will be considered as misuse.
During the first use, leave the baking chamber empty,
set it to maximum temperature and turn on the oven
for about 30 minutes in order to remove any residue
grease. Before starting the operation, heat up the ba-
king chamber. It is essential and the heating should
start at least 10 minutes prior to inserting a food tray
in the chamber of the oven.

Monitor the oven during operation. Turn on the
oven by turning the cooking time control knob “A”
clockwise to the desired setting. The time function
indicator “B” will light up. Turn on the oven by tur-
ning the temperature control knob “C” clockwise to
the desired setting. The heater operation indicator
“D” will light up. When the indicator goes out, it will
mean that the oven chamber has been heated up
to the set temperature. You can then put the food
in the oven chamber. You can increase the humidity
level inside the oven chamber by pressing the “E”
button on the control panel. In the event of failure or
malfunction, switch off the main power switch lo-
cated in front of the appliance. Clean the appliance
in accordance with Chapter “CLEANING INSTRUC-
TIONS”. DO NOT STORE ANY FLAMMABLE MATE-
RIALS NEAR THE APPLIANCE. FIRE HAZARD. Do
not obstruct the ventilation or drainage apertures

4.2 PERIODS OF IDLENESS
Before an expected period of idleness of the applian-
ce, do the following:
• Thoroughly clean the appliance.
• Grease all stainless steel surfaces, applying a
protective layer of vaseline oil with a cloth.
• Turn off the main switches located in front of the
appliances.
After a long period of idleness of the appliance, do
the following:
• Have the appliance checked before use.
• • Electrical appliances should be operated at the
minimum temperature for at least 60 minutes.
5. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

MING ANY ACTION, DISCONNECT THE APPLIAN-
CE FROM POWER SUPPLY.
• Clean the oven heated to between 40 and 50 °C
every day. Make particularly sure that the hinges
are clean so that the door opens smoothly.
• Only use oven cleaning agents and never use any
grill cleaning agents as they may be too aggres-
sive and rich in caustic soda.
• The application of inappropriate agents may lead
to corrosion of oven components.
• Do not wash the appliance with direct water jets.

6.2 TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Causes
The oven does not heat up The temperature control thermostat is damaged.

Apply RESET (This may only be done by qualified and authorised service
personnel).

8. DISCARDING & ENVIRONMENT
At the end of the life of the appliance, please dispo-
se of the appliance according to the regulations and
guidelines applicable at the time. Throw packing
materials like plastic and boxes in the appropriate
containers.

Any defect affecting the functionality of the applian-
ce which becomes apparent within one year after
purchase will be repaired by free repair or repla-
cement provided the appliance has been used and
maintained in accordance with the instructions and
has not been abused or misused in any way. Your
statutory rights are not affected. If the appliance is
claimed under warranty, state where and when it
was purchased and include proof of purchase (e.g.
receipt). In line with our policy of continuous pro-
duct development we reserve the right to change

tu, a następnie zlecić kontrolę urządzenia specjaliście. Nieprzestrzeganie tej in-
strukcji może spowodować zagrożenie życia.
• Nigdy nie otwieraj samodzielnie obudowy urządzenia.
• Nie wtykaj żadnych przedmiotów w obudowę urządzenia.
• Nie dotykaj wtyczki kabla zasilającego wilgotnymi rękami.
• Niebezpieczeństwo porażenia prądem! Nie należy samodzielnie naprawiać urzą-
dzenia. Wszelkie usterki i niesprawności winny być usuwane wyłącznie przez wy-
kwalifikowany personel.
• Nigdy nie używać uszkodzonego urządzenia! Uszkodzone urządzenie należy odłą-
czyć od sieci i skontaktować się ze sprzedawcą.
• Ostrzeżenie: Nie zanurzać części elektrycznych urządzenia w wodzie ani w innych
płynach. Nie wkładać urządzenia pod bieżącą wodę.
• Regularnie sprawdzać wtyczkę i kabel zasilający pod kątem uszkodzeń. Uszko-
dzoną wtyczkę lub kabel przekazać w celu naprawy do punktu serwisowego lub
innej wykwalifikowanej osoby, aby zapobiec ewentualnym zagrożeniom i obraże-
niom ciała.
• Upewnić się, czy kabel zasilający nie styka się z ostrymi ani gorącymi przedmiota-
mi; trzymać kabel z dala od otwartego płomienia. Aby wyjąć wtyczkę z gniazdka,
zawsze ciągnąć za wtyczkę, a nie za przewód.
• Zabezpieczyć kabel zasilający (lub przedłużający) przed przypadkowym wycią-

za podłączone do zasilania.
• Przed wyjęciem wtyczki z gniazdka wyłączyć urządzenie.
• Nigdy nie przenosić urządzenia, trzymając za kabel.
• Nie używać żadnych akcesoriów, które nie zostały dostarczone wraz z urządze-
niem.
• Urządzenie należy podłączać wyłącznie do gniazdka o napięciu i częstotliwości
podanych na tabliczce znamionowej.
• Włożyć wtyczkę do gniazdka zlokalizowanego w dogodnym łatwo dostępnym miej-
scu, tak by w przypadku awarii istniała możliwość natychmiastowego odłącze-
nia urządzenia. W celu całkowitego wyłączenia urządzenia odłączyć je od źródła
zasilania. W tym celu wyjąć z gniazdka wtyczkę znajdującą się na końcu sznura
odłączanego urządzenia.
• Przed odłączeniem wtyczki zawsze pamiętać o wyłączeniu urządzenia!
• Nie korzystać z akcesoriów niezalecanych przez producenta. Zastosowanie nieza-
lecanych akcesoriów może stwarzać zagrożenie dla użytkownika oraz prowadzić
do uszkodzenia urządzenia. Korzystać wyłącznie z oryginalnych części i akceso-
riów.
• Z urządzenia nie mogą korzystać osoby (także dzieci), u których stwierdzono osła-
bione zdolności fizyczne, sensoryczne lub umysłowe, albo którym brakuje odpo-
wiedniej wiedzy i doświadczenia.
• W żadnym wypadku nie zezwalać na obsługę urządzenia przez dzieci.
• Urządzenie wraz z przewodem przechowywać poza zasięgiem dzieci.
• Nie dopuścić, by dzieci wykorzystywały urządzenie do zabawy.
• Zawsze odłączyć urządzenie od zasilania, jeżeli ma być ono pozostawione bez

• Przechowywać niniejszą instrukcję obsługi w

wyłącznie do użytku przemysłowego. Inne zasto-
sowanie jest uważane za niewłaściwe.

go takie czynności (wziąć pod uwagę rodzaj opa-
kowania).
Taką czynność powinny wykonywać osoby, które
codziennie stosują urządzenia podnośnikowe i środki
transportu.
Bezwzględnie przestrzegać przepisów BHP.
2.3 STAN URZĄDZENIA
Sprzęt dostarczany jest w kartonie umieszczonym
na palecie.
W przypadku dostawy przez nasz personel, sprzęt
może nie być zapakowany w inny sposób.
2.4 URZĄDZENIA NIEZBĘDNE DO PRZEMIESZCZANIA
Sprzęt można podnieść i przemieszczać za pomocą
wózka podnośnikowego, suwnicy, żurawia lub inne-
go urządzenia o odpowiednim udźwigu.
Przed przystąpieniem do przemieszczenia spraw-
dzić pozycję wideł i stabilność ładunku.
Podczas przemieszczania zawsze stosować się do
następujących zasad:
• Ostrożnie przemieszczać sprzęt.
• Nie nachylać urządzenia, musi się zawsze znaj-
dować w pozycji pionowej.
• Podczas przemieszczania należy zawsze spraw-
dzać transportujący piec.
