1. First use of machine
When you use the machine or the irst time “new out o the box”, there are some items to think o .
First you should install some new parts in the machine and there are some subjects to think o when
using the machine:
•First you ind some uses. You should install one use in the round useholder at the machine
panel. Install this a ter you are sure that no high power (110/220V) cable is connected to the
machine! First turn (le t) the use holder rom the machine panel, then put the use in the
holder and turn the holder inside the machine panel again.
•The remote control (RC) works by 2x 1.5V batteries. These should irst installed into the
RC. Open the battery space o the RC and put the batteries in the right way. Then close the
RC again.
•When you want to use the machine with the external battery and you don't use the machine
at 220V with the power cable, you should assure that the external battery is ully charged. To
do this, you should connect the round charger cable to the round battery box and the other
connector to the 110/220V power connection. When the battery o the machine is still
charging, the led on the charger is red, it will turn into green when the battery is charged.
You also hear the cooling in the charger turning when it is still charging.
•When the remote control is turned “ON” (pressing or about 3 seconds!!!), the batteries will
slowly be empty a ter some time, even when the RC isn't used during that period. When you
inished using the ball machine, turn o the RC by pressing the “Power button” or about 3
seconds!!!
•When you use the ball machine with the external battery, you need to put the “Power
button” on the machine panel on “DC” and the battery box connected to the round machine
panel connector with the special cable. When using the machine on 220V, you need to
switch the machine on “AC” and the 220V cable connected to the lat connection o the
machine panel and connected to a 220V power connection (with cable reel?) at the
tenniscourt. A ter usage, turn o the machine by turning the Power switch to the middle.
•The ball bucket could easily be put upside down on the machine by moving the handle
through the rectangle hole o the ball bucket.
•When the Power has been set the right way and the power lamp is lighting, the Remote
Control (RC) could be turned on (press about 3 secs the power button on the RC), the RC
then show some values in blocks at the speed, requency and some settings on the display o
the RC. Don't stand be ore the machine (the side where the balls will be shot out o the
machine) when the power has been turned on. When pressing the “>/||” button o the RC, the
shooting wheels will start turning and the machine automatically will start shooting a ter
about 3 seconds. Press again the “>/||” button to stop the machine.
•The 2 ront eet, at the bottom o the machine, will be responsible or the right angle o the
machine. Even though it is not right to change the eet many times and the actory set the

best angle already in the actory, it is possible to make small changes in the angle o the
machine by turning the 2 eet some. The best angle is dependant rom the pre erable speed
o the balls and the type o balls. In the lowest position and pre erable speed, the ball should
go over the net when starting. First you should set the vertical position o the shooting
wheels at the lowest position (by turning the round button most to the right). Then, the
pre erable speed should be set. Then set the ront eet at the height so that the balls go just
over the net. You can do this by holding the screw at the inside o the machine with a
wrench (nr 17, through the shooting hole) while turning the oot. For example high level
players like to shoot the balls at high speed and then it is pre erable to shoot just close over
the net so the ball is shot inside the lines. More lower level players might want to shoot at
lower speed some higher over the net and so they should extend the ront eet to shoot a
little higher over the net. A bigger vertical angle could also easily be made by using the “lob-
oot” which is in the middle under the machine, in-between the 2 ront eet.
•You can turn on the remote control be ore turning on the machine. When you press a button
on the RC, all the settings are sent rom the RC to the ball machine. This makes it easy to
irst set the right settings (speed, requency, position, height, etc) on the RC be ore start
shooting (= press the “Start” button), the machine has then immediately the right
location(s)/training, the speed and the requency or the balls.

2. De different functions of the machine
The machine has several unctions or shooting the balls in di erent ways:
•With di erent spin (normal, topspin or slice)
•At di erent speed
•At di erent requency
•At di erent positions on the tenniscourt:
1. Fixed position, the horizontal positions could be set pre erable.
2. At di erent heights by using the turnable button at the back o the machine and by usring
the lob oot.
3. Random horizontal at ixed height.

1. Fixed position
Setting horizontal position:
1. Press “Random”, the shooting wheels will move continuous rom le t to right and back.
2. When the shooting wheels are positioned right, press “F”.
Setting the vertical position:
1. At the back o the machine is a button that could be turned le t or right.
2. Turn the button to the right (lower position) or to the le t (higher position).
When you want extra high balls, you also could use the lob oot at the bottom ront o the machine.

2. Random horizontal movement
The “Random” button is used to let the machine move le t/right continuous. The machine will shot
balls at the position where the machine is positioned when the ball all rom the ball bucket in the
machine. When you want to stop moving le t/right or you want to position at one point, press the
“F” button.
The horizontal movement can easily be combined with other unctions like height, topspin, slice,
speed and requency. When the requency is changed, the consecutive shooting balls could be more
easy or di icult. The machine is moving le t/right but when the requency is set in some way, the
next ball could be shot at the same position even though the machine moved to the other side.

. Speed, Frequency, Topspin and Slice balls
All trainings, which could be set on the ball machine, can be changed or the speed. Also, just like a
tennis player, the ball machine can hit the balls with less/more speed or with
topspin/underspin(slice). The spin has a ixed speed, less topspin let the ball hit the ground more
deep and more topsin let the ball hit the ground more close to the net. The speed and topspin/slice
couldn't be mixed together. When changing the speed, during topspin/slice, the spin will stop and
the machine will shot normal balls. When you want a lot o topspin, you irst select the amount o
topspin and then, you should change the height o the ball (with the button or height) or the right
depth.

4. Use of the power
Battery (DC)
The battery box will be charged by connecting the round connector o the charger to the round
connector o the battery box. The 220V connector o the charger should be connected to 220V. The
battery should be charged minimal once a month also when the machine is not used. When the
battery is not charged regularly, the battery per ormance will slow down a ter some time. When
using the battery, connect the battery to the machine panel and put the power switch o the machine
panel at “DC”.
220V (AC)
The charger should not be used or continuous use o the ball machine on the tennis court! For
continuous use o the ball machine, use the 220V cable and connect to 220V connection on the
tenniscourt and to the 220V on the machine panel. Then put the switch on the machine panel to
“AC”.
NOTE: Even when the machine is connected to 220V, when the machine panel switch is turned to
“DC”, it will use the battery and not the 220V so it will stop working a ter some time!
