congratulations on the purchase of your
BLITZGRILL. please use the following
tools for the assembly: 1 allen key (size
3, included), 1 screwdriver, 1 wrench (key
width 8)
press the feet into the black holes of the
black bottom tray and slide the pins to
lock it together.
remove any protective film from the
stainless steel parts. the flat tapered end
shows down, when mounting the legs
to the floor pan. the legs have different
holes on each side. put the screws in the
holes. but do not tighten them now.
mount the upper stainless steel pan to
the legs. do not place the front screws
yet. the tray will be screwed here later.
mount the tray by fasten them to the
legs.
turn the heat shield as shown in the
form.

BLITZGRILLS. zum aufbau benötigen
sie folgendes werkzeug: 1 innensechs-
kantschlüssel größe 3 (mitgeliefert), 1
schlitzschraubenzieher, 1 schrauben-
schlüssel SW 8.
drücken sie die schwarzen füße in die
löcher der schwarzen bodenwanne und
schieben die stifte zur verriegelung ein.
entfernen sie sämtliche schutzfolien von
den edelstahlteilen. beim montieren der
beine an die bodenwanne, gehört das
flach zulaufende ende nach unten. die
beine haben je seite unterschiedliche
bohrungen. setzen sie die schrauben nur
an. ziehen sie diese noch nicht fest.
montieren sie nun die obere edelstahl-
wanne an die beine. lassen sie die
schrauben vorne weg. hier wird später
die ablage angeschraubt.
montieren sie nun die ablage, indem sie
diese mit den beinen verschrauben.
biegen sie das hitzeschutzblech wie
abgebildet in form.

put the heat shield in the upper stainless
steel pan. make sure that the tabs on the
plate are inserted into the slots in the
stainless steel tank.
bend the tabs of the heat protection plate
to the underside of the steel pan.
mount the holding plate to the burner.
place the gasket on the burner and place
the holding plate on it. the retaining plate
is attached with the slots on the burner.
the reflecting surface must point to the
flashpoints.
insert the regulator and the gas hose
through the hole between the tray and
burner housing. turn the burner upsi-
de down and insert it into the hole, as
shown.
rotate the burner to 180°, when the
screw is under the tray. be careful not to
pinch the copper pipe.
setzten sie das hitzeschutzblech in die
obere edelstahlwanne. achten sie darauf,
dass die laschen des bleches in die
schlitze der edelstahlwanne eingeführt
werden.
biegen sie die laschen des hitzeschutz-
bleches auf der unterseite der edelstahl-
wanne um.
montieren sie das halteblech an den
brenner. legen sie die dichtung auf den
brenner und legen sie das halteblech auf.
das halteblech wird mit den langlöchern
am brenner befestigt. die verspiegel-
te fläche muss zu den flammlöchern
zeigen.
führen sie regler und gasschlauch durch
das loch zwischen ablage und brenner-
gehäuse. drehen sie den brenner auf
den kopf und stecken ihn in das loch wie
abgebildet.
drehen sie den brenner um 180°, wenn
die seitliche schraube unter der ablage
ist. achten sie dabei darauf das kupfer-
rohr nicht einzuklemmen.

set the burner to the mounting plate on
the edge of the stainless steel tank and
screw it tight.
now attach the burner arm with the
distance sleeve and the long screw to the
tray. now tighten all screws firmly.
set the gas bottle into the base tray and
connect it. please follow strictly the inst-
ructions of the grill.
place the fabric to cover the grill.
now you can apply the cast iron plate.
as an accessories you can put the heat
shield in the upper stainless steel pan.

setzen sie den brenner mit dem halte-
blech auf den rand der edelstahlwanne
und schrauben sie ihn fest.
befestigen sie nun den brennerarm
mit der abstandhülse und der langen
schraube an der ablage. ziehen sie jetzt
sämtliche schrauben fest an.
stellen sie die gasflache in die boden-
wanne und schließen sie diese an.
beachten sie hierzu unbedingt die bedie-
nungsanleitung des grills.
legen sie die stoffhülle um den grill.
jetzt können sie die gussplatte auflegen.
als zubehör setzen sie das hitzeschutz-
blech in die obere edelstahlwanne.
