Riding:
• Reference the host bike OEM user's/owner's manual to fully

stay forward, ride light on the seat, and don't hesitate to stand
up for better control
Riding disclaimer: A vehicle equipped with the RALE® Track Kit is
similar to riding a dirt bike, but with obvious handling dierences.
Familiarity with the kit, its operation and an understanding of how
snow conditions, obstacles, and terrain aect ride-ability is crucial
to mitigate risk.
DANGER
To avoid serious injury or death: prevent objects, clothing, or
extremities from becoming entangled or jammed in and around
moving parts. IMMEDIATELY STOP THE ENGINE AND ENGAGE
THE BRAKE IF THIS CAN OR DOES OCCUR.
Tools:

• Use extreme caution while operating the RALE® Track Kit to
avoid contacting any moving or power transmitting parts, such
as drive chains, sprockets, drive cogs, disc brakes, and track
• If any object can be, or does become entangled or jammed
into the kit, stop and remove it to avoid serious injury or
product failure
• Lack of awareness when riding or with situations can result in
falling, rolling, or flipping over, and may result in serious injury
or death.
• Installation of the RALE® Track Kit changes the center of
gravity, increases the overall weight of the vehicle
• The RALE® Track Kit will make an OEM speedometer/
odometer inoperative
• Carrying a passenger or towing is EXTREMELY dangerous
(See warning label on RALE® Track Kit)
• Always respect laws and regulations when riding

su s p e n s i o n s e t u p t i p s
• RALE® recommends slowing the rebound of the factory shock
to account for the added weight of the track kit. 2 clicks from
max rebound dampening is a preferred setting for many riders.
NOTE: Do not completely close o the rebound clicker/port
• Less shock spring preload is common with the RALE® system to
achieve proper static sag, as shown on page 11. This is because
the shock is compressed slightly during installation into the kit.
• All other suspension settings, including forks, often transfer
over very well from the rider's dirt bike suspension preferences.

112022 RALE®INDUSTRIES USER'S MANUAL
Before riding, perform all of the following tasks as outlined on
page 15:
• Visual and physical check
• Bolt Re-torque
• Brake check
• Upper Link check
• Primary Chain and Secondary Chain tension
• Track tension
• Front ski nut and bolt check
• Air intake check

set the static sag using the shock spring preload adjuster.
2. Jounce the suspension of the bike to establish proper ride
height. Ensure the handlebars are straight before proceeding.
3. Place a level on the center channel.
4. Increase the spring preload until the center channel is level (0°).
5. Using an angle gauge on the lower fork tubes, continue
adjusting the shock spring preload as needed to achieve a fork
angle of 28° +/- 1°.
NOTE: A 28° dierence between the swingarm center channel
and forks of the bike is critical to achieving proper handling and
weight distribution of the snowbike conversion kit.
