RMWSL0227 Above Bonnet Storage
Step 1.
Unpack the unit and confirm you have all the parts listed.
Assembly
•Entire set up is to be done on level ground.
•Requires 2-person assembly.
•Finger tighten all nuts, until step 9.
Step 2.
Build external frame using 55mm bolts (x10). Side, Back and
Door panels.
Step 3.
Attach roof panels using 55mm bolts (x14)
Step 5.
Use 70mm bolts (x5) provided to fix the legs into the flanges.
Step 4.
Flip onto roof and attach floor panels using 80m bolts (x14)
*Note: Mesh to be facing inside of cage.
Note:

Step 6.
Attach joining bracket using 80mm bolts (x2). To be attached to underside of floor at the front of the cage.
Step 7.
Attach 4 corner legs using 80mm (x16) plus centre leg using 80mm (x2). *Note: Bolt head to be inside of cage.
Step 8.
Attah cantilever support using 80mm bolts (x3). *Note: Bolt head to be inside of cage.
Step 9.
Tighten all bolts securely.
Move in to position and fix the flanges to the floor (hardware not included). Alternatively, or for additional stability fix unit to a wall (hardware not included).
