Place cardboard or drop cloth under chair to prevent damage to
floor during assembly. Make sure the seat back adjuster on the
seat base is set at 90 degrees (as shown in step 1)

Pre-mounted
M8 screws can be found pre-mounted on the seat back and
base. Refer to steps 1 and 4 for unmounting screws.

Remove the the four M8 screws from the sides of
the seat back. Align Metal Brackets found on Seat
Base at 90 degrees, place the Seat Back onto the
seat base.
Insert and tighten the four M8 screws.
Place the chair on its side.
Add Side Covers and snap into place. Be sure that
the plastic clip fully lines up with the bracket, as
shown in figure 4G-1. The pegs on the clip must
lineup with the holes in the bracket. Press the
bottom round part of the cover into the hinge area,
and then tapping the top firmly with your palm, as
shown in figure 4G-2.
CAUTION, TO AVOID BREAKING COVER: Do not
attempt to tap the top area of the cover in before
the bottom is in place. Also, only tap after ensuring
the clip is lined up with the bracket, and the bracket
holes are aligned with the bracket pegs.
Remove the four M8 screws from the Seat Base.
Mount the Mechanism on the Seat Base (Make
sure arrow is pointed to the front of the chair and
the handle is on the right side) and attach it using
the four M8 screws.
Insert the Caster Wheels into the 5 Point-Star
Base. Stand on the base. Use one foot to hold
down the base, and press the caster into the slot
with two hands. Then, insert the Gas Lift Piston
into the base and add the Piston Cover.
Next, lower the assembled Seat onto the Base -
you may need assistance if you are unable to lift
the seat by yourself.
Loop the bottom straps of the lumbar support
cushion through the area in between the seat and
the chair back. Loop the top straps through the
eyeholes on the chair back. and clip the two sides
together. Adjust the cushion vertically to your
comfort. loop the top of the headrest pillow over
the top of the chair back.

Do not lift feet off the ground when the seat back is completely lowered

Wipe with a soft dry cloth to clean the chair
To remove stain use a small amount of mild detergent diluted with
hot water, wipe until stain is removed, then dry the chair to remove
excess water and detergent
Lower the seat: Sit down and lift the
handle, the seat automatically lowers.
Raise the seat: Stand up and lift the
handle, the seat automatically rises up.
Unlock Rocking Mechanism: pull handle
to the right.*
Lock Rocking Mechanism: push handle to
the left.*
* Seat cannot be leaning back while performing
lock procedure
Button 1 moves the armrest up and down.
Button 2 slides the armrest side to side.
Button 3 the armrest forward and back.
