1. 安全注意事項
使用本產品時，請遵守下列安全注意事項，不遵循或忽視這些安全注意事項會導致傷亡
或機件損壞。
1.1 為了防止火災、灼傷和觸電
面板餘溫處理
1. 面板上的 符號表示，使用時及剛使用後面板會變熱，切勿觸摸，以免造成高溫燙
傷。
2. 待完全冷卻後才清潔本產品。
使用前
1. 確保當地使用的電壓與本產品上所標明的額定電壓相符。
2. 使用獨立電源插頭。切勿使用電線拖板，以免因電力負荷過度而導致火警或危險。
3. 應把產品平穩放置於乾燥的地方，並須與牆壁保持至少10厘米的距離作散熱用途。
使用時
1. 切勿過度加熱。（應使用低火力段預熱。）
2. 切勿乾燒空鍋，否則容易造成過熱、工作異常及面板變色等問題。
3. 警告！切勿讓產品置於無人看管的狀態下運作，特別是使用油脂在爐灶進行烹飪時，
可能會造成危險或導致火災。
4. 注意！烹飪過程必須受到監督。短期烹飪過程亦必須持續監督。
使用後
1. 按電源鍵關掉產品，關掉電源及拔出電源插頭，避免因長時間通電導致內部電子組件
損毀，甚至引起火警。
2. 如機體尚有餘溫，待散熱風扇完全停止運作後才可拔掉電源插頭。
3. 剛完成烹調後，爐面尚有高溫，切勿直接接觸加熱區，以免造成燙傷。
面板注意事項
1. 切勿將物品存放在加熱區，或將攜帶式氣體爐、石油氣罐等置於面板上，以防止它們
被錯誤加熱而造成爆炸。
2. 切勿讓面板受到外來的猛烈撞擊。（例如重物墜於面板上，可能導致面板暗處產生裂
紋。在沒有接受信興電器服務中心有限公司詳細檢查期間強行運作，可能促使面板爆
裂，產生危險。）

***警告：如面板受到外來的猛烈撞擊或因重物墜落造成破裂，切勿觸摸。應立即停止使
用並關掉電源及拔出電源插頭，立即聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司進行檢查及維
修，以免造成電擊、短路或火災等危險。
鍋具注意事項
1. 必須使用說明書內建議的合適鍋具，並確保鍋具整潔及底部平穩地置於面板上。
2. 放置鍋具前，請確認鍋具底部及面板上沒有水漬、油漬或其他粘附物。如有，應完成
清潔後才使用本產品。
3. 切勿用鍋底摩擦面板，面板可能會損壞或褪色。
避免油炸烹飪
1. 本產品不帶油溫控制系統。油炸時，或會因油溫過高而導致火災或損壞內部電子組
件，故油炸時應緩慢加熱，並留意加熱情況。
2. 若煮食物或油脂加熱時起火，應立即關掉電源。切勿用水滅火，應使用合適的滅火器
或使用滅火毯。
爐頭注意事項
1. 切勿將易燃材料、噴霧劑及煙霧劑等置於產品附近，否則可能導致火災或爆炸。
2. 切勿加熱密封包裝的食物（如：罐頭、錫紙包裝食物等），以免發生爆炸。
3. 切勿讓不習慣操作本產品的人獨自使用本產品。
4. 本產品並不為體質、感覺或智力有障礙人士或缺乏經驗（包括小孩）或相關知識的人士
使用，除非他們曾經接受負責安全人士的監督或指示。
5. 時常留意烹調情況，避免過熱或乾燒。否則，溫度過高會使安全保護功能自動啟動並
停止運作，影響烹調效果。
6. 若有孩童在旁，須加倍小心使用及看管小孩，以確保他們不會把此產品當作玩具。切
勿讓小孩單獨使用或將本產品及其電線放於小孩能觸及的地方。
7. 切勿讓嬰兒靠近。
8. 切勿使用外置計時器或遙控系統來操作本產品。
9. 煮食時，鍋具必須放置於煮食區的中央位置上面。避免大幅度移動鍋具，或將鍋具移
近至玻璃邊緣，令面板底部的膠殼因鍋具底部的高溫而造成損毀。

1.2 防止火災或意外發生
為了避免發生意外，請注意下列事項
1. 注意！加熱時偶爾會噴濺出食材或液體，這種現象被稱為溢瀉。特別是用於炆煮時，
應使用低火力烹調及時刻留意食物烹調情況。
2. 保持鍋具平穩。（如鍋具掉下，可能會導致損傷或灼傷。）
3. 鍋具與面板中間不應夾雜紙品或其他物件，讓鍋具直接受熱。（物件或會因高溫而燃
燒 。）
4. 遠離大量熱氣、蒸氣或濕熱地方；切勿將產品安裝於靠近水源的地方，防止機身進水。
5. 切勿試圖拆卸、維修或改裝本產品，以免釀成意外。如須檢查或維修，請與信興電器
服務中心有限公司聯絡。
6. 小心使用電源線，切勿在電源線上放重物或夾住電源線；切勿改裝、用力拉扯或扭曲
電線。在拔出或插入插頭時，要用手握穩插頭，並確保將插頭插穩。如發現電源線有
破損，必須聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司更換，以免發生危險。
7. 切勿將電源線懸掛在桌子、櫥櫃的邊緣或令它接觸發熱的表面。切勿在電源線纏結的
情況下使用本產品，否則會加快電源線的損耗。
8. 切勿於同一時間按兩個或以上的功能鍵，亦不要讓熱的物件置於控制面板，因為這會
令產品出現錯誤的反應。
9. 切勿以濕手操作產品、插入或拔除插頭。
10. 切勿將本產品用於烹飪以外的其他用途。（用於烹飪以外或會發生故障。）
11. 本產品是家用或在類似環境使用，如：商店內部、辦事處以及其他類似工作環境的廚
房區域；客戶在旅館、汽車旅館和其他住宅類型的環境。
12. 本產品只可作家庭使用，切勿在室外使用或用於說明書建議以外的其他用途。使用不
當，或作（半）商業用途，或未依照使用說明書操作，維修保養將無效，本公司將不會
承擔任何損壞的維修及賠償。
13. 當產品機身或零件出現故障，或不能正常操作，切勿自行使用或更換其他非生產商授
權的零件或配件，以免發生危險，否則維修保養無效。
14. 遵從安全守則及避免釀成意外，如需檢查或維修產品，請聯絡信興電器服務中心有限
公司（地址印於本說明書的背頁或致電2406 5666），並確保在檢查或維修時可出示保
修卡（印於本產品的外箱）及收據。

1.3 重要事項
保持進風口╱出風口暢通
（進風口╱出風口被堵塞會造成過熱，導致產品自動關閉或引致其他災害。）
1. 進風口及出風口分別位於機底的前方及後方。
2. 切勿將本產品放置在地毯、塑膠檯布、紙品或墊子等軟物件上使用，以免堵塞進風口。
如果進風口╱出風口堵塞，可能造成故障。
3. 切勿將金屬物件（如針或金屬線等）插入產品的進風口╱出風口。
1.4 高火力加熱注意事項
1. 由於輸出功率大，如油量過少，鍋具會快速受熱，油溫會因迅速上升而產生意外。
2. 高熱力輸出會造成鍋具底部彎曲變形。如使用的油量少或鍋具底部較薄，應使用較低
的火力預熱。
3. 煲水時，水一旦沸騰，請立即降低火力。（水有可能會煮沸溢出或噴濺。）
2. 保存及日常清潔
1. 清潔前，請先按電源鍵關上本產品及拔出插頭。
2. 面板的清潔：用扭乾的濕布擦拭。如污漬擦不掉時，用稀釋的中性廚房去污粉或清潔
劑清潔後，再用濕布擦拭即可。
3. 機身的清潔：用扭乾的濕布擦拭。如有油污難以清除時，用稀釋的中性廚房洗潔劑清
洗後，再用濕布擦拭即可。
4. 切勿使用蒸氣清潔工具、用水直接沖洗或將產品及其電源線浸入水中清洗。如產品內
部零件受潮，可能造成故障或其他災害。
5. 如有果酸食物（例如：醋、果醬、帶有檸檬汁及梅子等食品）黏在面板或邊框上，應立
即清潔，否則可能引致褪色。
6. 如有任何塑膠物料、廚房用錫紙、糖類或含有糖的食品不小心融化於發熱的面板上，
必須在面板仍是溫熱時用柔軟濕布擦拭，否則冷卻後才清潔或會損壞面板。
7. 切勿使用堅硬刷子或百潔布刷洗爐面。
8. 切勿使用有機溶劑或苯等化學藥品擦拭產品及其面板╱控制面板，以免產生化學反應。
9. 經過長時間使用，進風口或出風口會積聚一些灰麈或油脂，並可能影響產品運作。建
議使用棉花棒進行定期清潔。
10. 注意防塵、防潮及防蟲的保護，避免蟑螂等昆蟲進入電陶爐內部造成電路板短路。
11. 長期不使用時，請拔下電源插頭，進行清潔後套上塑膠袋並收藏於乾燥的環境。切勿
將電源線纏繞在產品四周或壓住電源線，避免令電源線破損。
12. 面板可能會因使用不當（如使用不潔淨底部的鍋具加熱或加熱食材外溢且未及時擦淨）
而產生發黃、發黑或劃痕等現象。經常清潔鍋具底部及產品面板，按說明書操作並做
好日常保養，可避免或減少此類現象發生。

3. 鍋具的選擇
1. 材質：大部分鍋具材質均適用，如鐵、鋁、銅、陶瓷、砂鍋耐高溫玻璃等。（不建議使
用搪瓷鍋具）。
2. 形狀：底部直徑必須在12-24厘米範圍內的鍋具，並與面板均勻接觸。
3. 鍋具重量（連盛載食物）不能超過10公斤。

5. 控制面板及操作說明
5.1 控制面板

5.2 產品操作說明
接上電源後，電陶爐發出“嗶”一聲，所有指示燈會全部亮起後熄滅，[電源]燈保持閃爍，
表示產品進入備用狀態。將合適的鍋具放置於面板加熱範圍中央，按[電源]鍵一次，[電源]
燈長亮，散熱風扇開始運作，顯示屏顯示[----]，表示產品進入選擇模式，按對應加熱功能
鍵使用本產品。如1分鐘內未有選定加熱功能，產品會返回備用狀態。完成烹調後，可按
[電源]鍵停止加熱，產品會回復備用狀態。
火力烹調功能說明
單圈：於選擇模式下，按[單圈]鍵一次，[單圈]指示燈亮起，產品發出一聲[嗶]聲，顯示屏顯
示[1100]，表示單圈烹調功能的預設火力為1,100W，對應火力指示燈由左至右亮起至對應
位置，表示本產品已進入第8段單圈火力烹調。用戶可按[增加]或[減少]鍵自行調校合適的
火力段數，共有8段火力可供選擇。
雙圈：於選擇模式下，按[雙圈]鍵一次，[雙圈]指示燈亮起，產品發出一聲[嗶]聲，顯示屏顯
示[2200]，表示單圈烹調功能的預設火力為2,200W，對應火力指示燈由左至右亮起至對應
位置，表示本產品已進入第8段雙圈火力烹調。用戶可按[增加]或[減少]鍵自行調校合適的
火力段數，共有8段火力可供選擇。
定溫烹調功能說明
於選擇模式下，按[定溫]鍵一次，[定溫]指示燈亮起，產品發出一聲[嗶]聲，顯示屏顯示
[300˚]，表示定溫烹調功能的預設溫度為300℃，對應溫度指示燈於對應段數亮起，表示本
產品已進入第4段定溫烹調。用戶可按[增加]或[減少]鍵自行調校合適的火力段數，共有8段
火力可供選擇。
定時功能
若用戶需要設定烹煮時間，於選取所需的煮食模式後，按[定時]鍵一次，[定時]鍵指示燈亮
起，顯示屏會出現預設定時時間[00：00]。用戶可按[增加]或[減少]鍵調整設定時間：按[減
少]鍵設定小時，按[增加]鍵設定分鐘（長按3秒可作快速調節）。設定時間範圍由1分鐘至2
小時59分鐘。
用戶可按[定時]鍵一次確認或等待顯示屏數字停止閃動。完成後，設定時間會以倒數的方
式與烹調的火力交替顯示。當倒數結束，產品會發出“嗶”聲後返回備用狀態。
如需變更設定時間，可按[定時]鍵一次，剩餘時間會閃動，用戶可按需要重新設定。如烹
調期間需取消定時功能，用戶可長按[定時]鍵3秒取消。

安全鎖功能
為防止兒童觸碰或因其他意外觸碰而啟動或更改操作模式，可啟動安全鎖以鎖定所有功
能鍵。在備用狀態下，安全鎖處於解鎖狀態。
接通電源，按[電源]鍵進入選擇模式，於選擇加熱功能後按[安全鎖]鍵一次，以鎖定所有功
能鍵([電源]鍵除外），使之不能更改功能、時間及火力。在安全鎖啟動狀態下，[安全鎖]鍵
指示燈會亮起。如須解鎖，長按[安全鎖]鍵3秒即可。
若同時啟動定時功能及安全鎖功能，顯示窗仍會顯示所設定的時間及火力，但所有按鍵
均會被鎖定([電源]鍵除外）。當倒數結束，產品會發出“嗶”聲然後自動返回備用狀態。
餘溫顯示燈
關機後，如爐面溫度處於約50℃或以上，餘溫顯示燈 會閃動，表示爐面尚有餘溫，切勿
觸摸。
5.9 附設功能說明
自動恆溫系統
不同加熱功能均有預設溫度值，當產品到達預設的溫度後，恆溫功能將會自動啟動，並停
止加熱以穩定溫度（此時，所選取的加熱功能指示燈會由長亮轉為閃動），直至溫度下降
至原有的設定值後才會重新起動加熱。因此，本產品或會出現斷斷續續的加熱情況，此乃
電陶爐的恆溫系統正在運作。
自動關機功能
啟動產品加熱後，如120分鐘內沒有任何按鍵操作指示，產品會發出5次“嗶”聲提示用戶，
然後自動停止運作以確保安全。如用戶需要烹調超過120分鐘，請使用定時功能。
散熱風扇延時轉動
完成烹調後，用戶可按[電源]鍵停止加熱，[電源]鍵指示燈會由長亮轉為閃動，即表示產品
已轉回備用狀態。注意！此時散熱風扇仍會持續轉動，以排除機內的熱氣。待風扇停止運
作後，才將電源插頭拔出，以免對產品造成損壞或產生危險。
注意事項
如使用本產品加熱嬰兒食物，建議餵哺嬰兒前先自行測試奶溫，確保奶溫適合才餵哺嬰
兒，避免因直接餵哺而燙傷嬰兒喉部。另外，如使用本產品煲粥，用戶須不時攪動鍋內食
材，避免食材焦著在鍋具底部；由於暖粥很快會變成糊狀，建議盡快享用，以免影響烹調
食物的味道。
故障代碼
使用不當或發生問題時，對應故障代碼會顯示於數碼顯示屏上。當產品發生E0至E7故障
時，產品會停止加熱同時蜂鳴聲斷續響起。（詳情請參考標題6.故障排除的檢查要點及解
決方法）

6. 故障排除
使用時，如發現產品操作上有問題，在維修前請先對照下表進行檢查及處理。

中心有限公司（電話：2406 5666）進行檢查及維修，並將故障代碼告知信興電器服務中心
有限公司。切勿自行拆卸及修理產品，避免產生意外及對產品造成損害。

7. 特別聲明

8. 售後服務

於正常使用之情況下發生故障，本公司將提供免費維修或更換零件服務。經更換之任何損
壞零件，將歸屬本公司所有。保修範圍不包括修理或更換陶瓷玻璃面板、機殼等零件。如
不當使用，或作為(半)商業用途，或未依照說明書使用，保修服務將無效，本公司將不會
承擔任何損壞的維修責任及賠償。
用戶必須於維修時出示購買/ 換購收據及蓋有銷售點 / 換購中心印章的保修證（印在
包裝盒上，必須剪下保留），如有任何疑問，請致電信興電器服務中心有限公司熱線

1. Important Safeguards
When using the appliance, follow the basic safety precautions.
Failure or negligence in observing these safety precautions could
cause injury or appliance damage caused by improper usage :
1.1 To prevent fire, burn or electric shocks
Treatment for residual heat
1. The symbol on the top plate represents that top plate
is hot during and just after cooking. Do not touch to avoid
burning.
2. Clean the appliance after it has cooled down.
Before using the ceramic cooker
1. Make sure the input voltage match the rated voltage marked
on the appliance before operation.
2. Use an independent socket for the appliance. Do not use
extension cords to avoid overload and risk of fire.
3. Place the appliance on a dry area steadily and at least 10cm
away from the wall for heat dissipation.
When using the ceramic cooker
1. Do not overheat. (Use lower power levels for preheating.)
2. Never heat the empty cookware. Otherwise the appliance
may overheat, malfunction and top plate discolor.
3. WARNING! Do not leave the appliance unattended. Especially
when cooking on a pot with fat or oil can be dangerous and
may result in a fire.
4. CAUTION! The cooking process has to be supervised. A short
term cooking process has to be supervised continuously.

After using the ceramic cooker
1. After operation, shut down and unplug the appliance to
avoid damaging the electronic elements or even causing fire
due to long-term connect to the electricity.
2. Switch off the appliance when not in use. After the operation
of the cooling fan prolong function, unplug the appliance
from the socket.
3. After operation, do not touch the cooking zone directly to
avoid of hazard of burning.
For the top plate
1. Do not store item on the cooking zone or place portable gas
burners or petroleum gas cylinders on the top plate. They
may explode if they are mistakenly heated.
2. Do not subject the appliance to a crash. (e.g. Dropping heavy
object on the appliance may cause invisible cracks under the
top plate. Without checked by Shun Hing Electric Service
Centre Limited and kept using the appliance may cause further
cracks and dangers.)
*** WARNING: If the top plate is cracked, stop using immediately,
switch off and unplug the appliance. To avoid the possibility
of electric shock, short circuit or fire, contact Shun Hing
Electric Service Centre Limited for checking and repairing
immediately.

For the cookware
1. Use cookware with a flat and clean bottom as mentioned in
the manual, and ensure it is steadily placed on the top plate.
Otherwise, the sensor of the appliance may be malfunction
and cause abnormal heating.
2. Before placing cookware on the top plate, make sure there
is no water, oil or other attachment in between. If so, clean
it before using the appliance.
3. Do not rub the top plate against the bottom of cookware.
The top plate may be scratched or discolored.
Avoid deep-frying cooking
1. The appliance does not equip with oil temperature control
system. Overheated oil may catch fire or damage the internal
electric elements if deep frying. Always heat fat bit by bit and
keep watching as it heats up.
2. If any oil or fat catches fire, switch off the appliance
immediately. Do not put out the flames with water. Use
suitable fire extinguisher or fire blanket instead.
For the ceramic cooker cooking
1. Keep all combustible materials, spray canisters and aerosols
away. It may possibly cause fire or explosion.
2. Do not heat sealed food (e.g. cans or food packed with silver
foil) to avoid possibility of explosion.
3. Do not allow unaccustomed people to use the appliance
without supervision.
4. The appliance is not intended to use by person (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by the person responsible for their safety.

5. Pay attention to the cooking status and temperature to avoid
overheating or empty heating. Otherwise, the overheat
protection will be activated and the appliance will be shut
off automatically when the temperature is too high. It may
affect the cooking result.
6. Great care is necessary in using the appliance, especially near
children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance. Also, children without adult
supervision should not operate the appliance and keep them
away from the appliance.
7. Keep it out of reach for infants.
8. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
an external timer or separate remote-control system.
9. Always place the cookware at the center of the cooking zone
during operation. Avoid moving the cookware to the edge
of the appliance as the heated cookware may damage the
plastic enclosure under the top plate.
1.2 To prevent ignition or accidents
Beware of the following in order to avoid accidents
1. Attention! Ingredients or hot water may spout infrequently
when heating. This phenomenon is called bumping. Check
the condition carefully and stir the ingredients occasionally
by using low power levels, especially when stewing.
2. The cookware must be placed on the top plate steadily. (If
the cookware felt off, it may cause injuries or burns.)
3. Heat the bottom of the cookware directly. Never place paper
or other objects between the cookware and the top plate.
(Objects may possibly get burnt due to high temperature.)
4. Keep the appliance away from the place of massive hot gas,
steam, damp and heat place or water source so as to prevent
water penetrating inside the appliance.

5. Do not attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the appliance.
For repairing, please contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre
Limited.
6. Handle the power cord with care, do not place heavy object
on it or clamp it. Any modification is prohibited to the power
cord. Do not stretch or twist the power cord. Always hold the
plug tightly when unplugging or plugging into the socket.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Shun
Hing Electric Service Centre Limited to avoid hazarding.
7. Do not hang the power cord over the edge of table, counter-
top or contact with the hot surfaces. Do not use the appliance
when the power cord is tangled, it may let the power cord
be frayed and damaged.
8. Make sure to press one function key at a time only. Do not
place hot objects or cookware on the control panel as the
appliance may function improperly.
9. Do not touch the appliance, plug or unplug the appliance by
wet hand.
10. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than cooking.
(Using the appliance other than cooking may cause
malfunction.)
11. The appliance is intended to be used in household or similar
applications such as: staff kitchen area in shops, offices and
other working environments; or clients in hotels, motels and
other residential type environments.
12. The appliance is for household or similar environment use
only. Do not use it outdoors and any other uses that are
not recommended in the manual. If the appliance is used
improperly or for commercial (or semi-commercial) purpose
or if it is not used according to the instruction in the manual,
the maintenance guarantee will become invalid and we refuse
any liability for damage caused.

13. To prevent hazards occur, when the appliance or parts were
malfunction, do not replace with any parts or accessories
which is produced without authorization. Otherwise, the
maintenance guarantee will become invalid.
14. In order to comply with safety regulations and to avoid
hazards, if the appliance needs to be checked or repaired,
contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited (hotline at
2406 5666 or refer to the address found at the back page of
the manual), and be reminded that the official invoice and
warranty card (printed on the gift box) must be presented
for checking or repairing service.
1.3 Important notice
Do not clog up the intake/exhaust air vent
(When the intake/ exhaust air vent is clogged, the appliance may
turn off automatically and overheat may cause other hazards.)
1. The intake vent and exhaust vent are located at the bottom
and at the back of the appliance.
2. Do not place the appliance on top of carpet, tablecloth, paper
sheet or mat etc. (If the air intake / exhaust vent is clogged,
it may cause malfunction.)
3. Do not insert metallic object (such as pins or wire etc.) into
the air intake vent and exhaust vent.
1.4 When using high power levels
1. The appliance is with strong heating power. If high power level
is used in small portion of oil, the cookware will be heated
excessively. Oil temperature will rise rapidly and may cause
accident.
2. If the bottom of the cookware is thin, overheat may result
in cookware deformation. Preheat the cookware with low
power levels when using bottom thin cookware or cooking
with less oil.
3. When boiling water, trim down the power level as soon as
the water was boiled. (Water may boil over or splash around.)

2. Maintenance and Daily Care
1. Switch off the appliance by pressing power key and unplug
before cleaning.
2. Top plate cleaning: use a wrested damp cloth to wipe. If
object can not be wiped off, use some mild decontamination
powder or detergent to wipe, then using a damp cloth to
wipe.
3. Main body cleaning: wipe it with a soft damp cloth. If the
greasiness is hard to wipe off, use mild detergent to clean
and wipe it with a damp cloth.
4. Do not use steam cleaner, rinse directly with water, or immerse
the appliance and its power cord in water. If the water
penetrates the electrical parts built into the unit, it may cause
malfunction or other hazards.
5. If acidic food (e.g. Vinegar, jam or food containing lemon juice
or plum, etc.) sticks to the top plate or top frame, wipe it off
immediately. Otherwise, the top plate or top frame may be
discolored.
6. Materials including plastic, aluminum foil, sugar or any
foodstuff contain sugar are already burnt on or melted on the
cooking zone unintentionally. It must be removed or cleaned
immediately with soft damp cloth when the top plate is still
warm. Otherwise, it may damage the top plate when cool
down.
7. Do not use hard brush or scouring pad to clean the top plate.
8. Do not use any chemicals such as organic solvent or benzene to
wipe the top plate / control panel, so as not to make chemical
reaction.
