2. 保養、清潔及儲存
1. 使用後需清潔，清潔前，必須拔除電源插頭，並待電飯煲完
全冷卻。
2. 清洗內鍋和玻璃鍋蓋時，請用海綿等或軟抹布沾上中性清
潔劑清洗，用水沖洗後抹乾及裝回原位。切勿用粗糙的潔具
（如鋼絲刷）清潔。
3. 如有食物黏在內鍋，清洗前可用清水浸泡一會。
4. 如發熱板、機身或上蓋有污穢，可用濕布抹淨，再抹乾。切
勿把機身、電源線或插頭浸入水中。
5. 請定期清理盛水器的積水，並用水沖洗後抹乾。確保盛水器
已裝回原位，才可使用。
6. 為免損壞內鍋表面塗層，盛飯時請使用原裝飯勺，切勿使用
金屬餐具或在內鍋中切割食物。
7. 切勿使用有毒或含腐蝕性的清潔劑進行清潔。
8. 長時間使用後，內鍋表面可能會變色，此乃正常現象並不會
影響食物安全及內鍋的使用。
9. 儲存時，請將電飯煲放入紙箱及放置在乾爽的環境中。
10. 儲存時，切勿將電源線纏繞在電飯煲四周或壓住電源線，避
免造成電源線損壞。

5. 使用方法
1. 請使用原裝量杯量米，1杯米平口盛滿，約一人食用量。
2. 洗米及加水
(1) 將清洗乾淨的米倒入內鍋。請勿在內鍋直接洗米，避免磨擦內鍋
表面的塗層。
(2) 加入適量的水。如煮2杯米的份量，加水至內鍋
“Cup”水位線的2杯位置。
※用戶可按個人口感的喜好適當地調節水量。
※切勿用熱水煮飯，否則會影響溫控器的運作及
米飯的口感。
※請確保鍋內的米要均勻分佈。
3. 將內鍋放入電飯煲主體中。
(1) 將內鍋放入電飯煲主體前，請確保內鍋外側及底部已抹乾和清潔；如發熱板
表面有異物，應立刻清除，否則煮食時會有異聲及可能造成故障。
(2) 將內鍋平放於電飯煲本體內及確保內鍋與發熱板充分接觸。
4. 關上上蓋，直至聽到“咔答”一聲。
5. 連接電源，“煮飯”指示燈會亮起，必須按下“開/關”掣才會開始煮飯。否則，數分
鐘後，“保溫”指示燈便會亮起，電飯煲會處於保溫狀態。
※開始煮飯功能前，建議將白米浸泡水中30分鐘，這樣煮出的米飯會更加鬆軟
香口。
6. 完成後，“開/關”掣便會彈回原位並發出“咔答”一聲。此時，“煮飯”指示燈熄滅，
而“保溫”指示燈會亮起，表示電飯煲處於保溫狀態。
※當電飯煲內的溫度低於保溫溫度時，電飯煲會自動加熱米飯。“保溫”指示燈
會熄滅而“煮飯”指示燈會亮起，表示飯煲由保溫狀態轉為煮飯狀態。當電飯
煲內的溫度回升至保溫溫度時，電飯煲會再次進入保溫狀態。
※轉保溫後，建議讓米飯在電飯煲內蒸焗10-15分鐘才食用，這樣米飯會更加鬆
軟可口。
7. 當不使用電飯煲時，必須拔除電源插頭。
6. 煮飯注意事項
1. 請將米充分淘洗乾淨，否則可能會產生鍋巴及有米糠味。
2. 煮飯的實際時間會根據米量、米質、水量、電壓、室溫及水溫的不同而變化。
3. 米量、水量及米質的不同會影響米飯的硬軟程度，甚至有可能產生鍋巴。
4. 為避免底部產生鍋巴，RRC-HMT10最少烹調的米量建議為1杯，RRC-HMT18最少烹
調的米量建議為2杯。
7. 保溫注意事項
1. 保溫時，請將米飯翻鬆，並將上蓋關緊，以免米飯變乾、結塊。
2. 保溫時間最好不要超過5小時，否則米飯可能會變色、產生異味或鍋巴。
3. 切勿用保溫功能加熱冷飯。
4. 如果保溫的米飯量太少或時間過長，米飯可能逐漸變乾並失去原來的香味。
5. 保溫時，內鍋的邊緣部份可能會出現少量水珠，此屬正常現象。
6. 保溫功能會持續運作直至拔除電源插頭。

8. 故障排除

這是溫控器自動調整火力時
的聲音，屬正常現象。
電飯煲是安全的，可繼續使用。
如使用以上方法後未能解決，請聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司進行檢查及維修。

When using the appliance, please follow the below safety precautions:

The cooking amount
cannot exceed the
maximum water
level of the inner pot,
otherwise water may
spill from the steam

2. Maintenance, Cleaning and Storage
1. Clean the appliance after use. Before cleaning, the plug must
be removed and let the rice cooker cool down completely.
2. When clean the inner pot and glass lid, please use sponge
or soft cloth soaked with mild detergent to clean. Rinse with
water and rub them dry. Put them it in place after cleaned.
Never clean with harsh tools (e.g. metal-wired brush).
3. If food residues stick on the inner pot, please soak the inner
pot for a while before cleaning.
4. If dirt is attached on heating plate, main body or lid, use a
damp cloth to clean and wipe them dry. Never immerse the
main body, power cord or plug in water for cleaning.
5. Please remove the water in the dew collector regularly, then
rinse with water and wipe it dry. Make sure to put it back in
place before use.
6. To avoid damage on the inner pot coating, please use original
rice scoop when serving rice, never use metal utensils or cut
foods in the inner pot.
7. Never use poisonous or corrosive detergent for cleaning.
8. The color of inner pot may change after using some times,
however it does not affect the food hygiene and function of
the inner pot.
9. When store, put the rice cooker in a box and store in a dry
place.
10. When store, never wrap the power cord around the rice cooker
or clip the power cord, it prevents power cord damage.

4. Product Description

5. Operation Instructions
1. Please use the original measuring cup, one full cup of rice is approximately for one person.
2. Wash rice and add water
(1) Put the rinsed rice in the inner pot. Do not wash rice directly inside the inner pot to
avoid scratching the coating.
(2) Add suitable amount of water. For example, to cook 2 cups of rice,
please add water to the inner pot until reaching 2 on the “Cup”
indication line of inner pot.
※The water amount can be adjusted according to personal
preference on the rice texture.
※Do not cook with hot water, it will affect the thermostat
operation and the rice texture.
※Make sure the rice is evenly distributed in the
inner pot.

3. Put the inner pot inside the main body.
(1) Before putting the inner pot inside the main body, make sure the outer and bottom
surface of the inner pot is wiped dry and clean. If foreign substance is attached on
the heating plate, please remove it immediately. Otherwise it will cause noise while
cooking and possibly a malfunction.
(2) Put the inner pot into the main body and ensure it is directly in contact with the
heating plate.
4. Close the lid until a “click” sound is heard.
5. Connect the power, the “COOK” indicator will be on. The “On/Off” switch must be pressed
down to start cooking. Otherwise, the “WARM” indicator will light up automatically
after a few minutes, which means the appliance is in the keep-warm status.
※It is recommended to soak the rice for 30 minutes before cooking, the cooked rice
will become more delicate and tasty.
6. After cook, the “On/Off” will pop up and a “click” sound will be heard. The “COOK”
indicator will be off and the “WARM” light will be on. This indicates the rice cooker is in
keep-warm status.
※When the temperature inside rice cooker drops below the keep-warm temperature,
the rice cooker will reheat the rice automatically. The “WARM” light will be off and
the “COOK” indicator will be on, it indicates the rice cooker turns from keep-warm
to cooking status. When the rice cooker reaches the keep-warm temperature, it will
return the keep-warm status.
※After changing to keep-warm status, keep the rice inside the rice cooker for 10-15
minutes, the rice would become soft and taste better.
7. When the rice cooker is not in use, please unplug from the power socket.
6. Rice Cooking Precautions
1. Please rinse and clean the rice thoroughly, otherwise rice crust and smell from rice bran
may occur.
2. The actual cooking time is varied with different rice amount, rice quality, water volume,
voltage, room and water temperature.
3. The cooked rice texture is varied with difference rice amount, water volume and rice
quality, sometimes it is possible to form rice crust.
4. To avoid rice crust, the minimum rice quantity to be cooked is 1 cup for RRC-HMT10 and
2 cups for RRC-HMT18.
7. Keep Warm Precautions
1. To avoid the rice becoming dry and clump, please stir the rice and keep the lid closed
tightly during keep-warm.
2. Do not keep warm over 5 hours, otherwise the rice may change color, generate odour
or form rice crust.
3. Do not use keep-warm function to reheat the leftover cold rice.
4. If the rice amount to be warmed is too less or keep warm time is too long, the rice will
become dry and lose the original flavor.
5. During keep-warm, water drops may appear on the edge of inner pot, this is normal.
6. The keep-warm function will keep operating until the plug is removed.

8. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
1. Indicator does not
work. The power source is not connected properly. Check whether the plug, socket and the power cord is in good condition and make
sure the plug is firmly inserted into the
socket.
The plug or the internal parts
are damaged. Please contact to Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. for checking and repairing.
2. Indicator lights up
but the heating
plate is not heated.
The internal parts or heating
plate is damaged. Please contact to Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. for checking and repairing.
3. Rice is under-
cooked or over-
cooked.
The proportion of rice to
water is incorrect. Adjust the proportion of water and rice.
Heating plate is deformed or
the internal parts are damaged. Please contact to Shun Hing Electric Service
Centre Ltd. for checking and repairing.
The inner pot sits improperly
on the heating plate. Slightly turn the inner pot left and right until it fully contacts with the heating
plate.
There are foreign objects
obstructing the contact of the
inner pot and the heating
plate.
Remove the foreign objects.
4. The rice is burnt. Rice or water amount is too less. Add proper amount of rice or water.
The internal parts are
damaged. Please contact to Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. for checking and repairing.
5. Ticking sound is
coming from the
rice cooker during
cooking.
The sound is produced when
the thermostat is adjusting the
temperature, it is a normal.
The appliance is safe to use.
If the above solutions cannot fix the problem, please contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre
Ltd. for checking and repairing.
9. Special Avowal
1. The content in the operation manual has been checked. Our company reserves the
hermeneutic power to any printing errors or misunderstanding on the content.
2. If there are technical improvements on the appliance, the operation manual will be
updated in new version without prior notice. The product appearance and specification
are subject to the manufacturer information.
3. In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English versions and Chinese
versions of the terms, the Chinese versions shall prevail.

10. After Sales Service
1. For any defect, in the judgement of technician from Shun Hing Electric Service Center
Limited, caused under normal use, our company is responsible for repairing or replacing
parts of the said electrical appliance free of charge within one year guarantee period
commencing from the date of purchase. Any defect part which has been replaced shall
become our property. Guarantee service does not cover the repair or replacement of
consumable parts etc.
2. User must present the official invoice/redemption voucher and the product warranty card
with the chop from sales point/redemption center for maintenance. For enquiries, please
