TC6 GLASS STAND
Easy Assembly Instructions
May we take this
opportunity to thank
you for purchasing
this TC6 Glass Stand.
We strongly suggest
that you carefully
study these assembly
instructions before
attempting to assemble
the unit, and that you
observe the listed
precautions.
Please read these precautions before assembling and using this unit.
Take care when unpacking to avoid scratching the glass.
Ensure plastic spacers are used on both sides of the glass shelves.
Check stand is sitting level, adjust the feet as required.
Do not put very hot, or cold, items directly on the glass shelves.
Do not allow any hard, or sharp, objects to come in contact with the glass shelves.
Do not use abrasive cleaners on the glass, use only a damp cloth and glass/mirror cleaner.

If a glass shelf is chipped or broken, replace with the same type of glass only. Contact the
Acoustic Solutions Helpline on 01327 340601 for any replacement items. This line is manned
from 9:00am until 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
CAUTION Do not overload glass shelves.
Maximum load per shelf is 15Kgs

Remove all parts from the carton and inspect them. If you nd any damaged
or missing parts please contact the Acoustic Solutions Help Line on 01327
340601 for replacements. This line is manned from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm .

ASSEMBLY
Open the glass
packaging taking
care not to
scratch the glass.
Remove & store
glass shelves
safely.
Screw feet (2)
into each of
the size 3-A
supporting tubes.
Place plastic
washer (5)
over thread on
opposite end of
each tube.

Place a thread
protection spacer
(4) over the
thread of each
tube.
Take the rst
glass shelf
making sure that
you handle with
care.
Place each of
support tubes
3-A onto the
underside of the
glass, tting the
thread through
the hole.
Place a plastic
washer over each
of the threads on
the opposite side
of the glass.

ASSEMBLY
The curved edge of the
glass shelf faces to the front
of the stand.

Take support tubes
3-D and screw
onto the four
threads on support
tubes 3- A and
then place another
four washers and
thread protection
spacers over the
threads on support
tubes 3-D.
Place your next
piece of glass onto
tubes 3-D making
sure the threads
are correctly
through the holes.
Again place
washers onto each
of the threads of
support tubes 3-D.

NOTE: Either columns
3-D or 3-C can be tted
at this stage, dependent
on what conguration
suits you.

ASSEMBLY
Take support
tubes 3-C and
screw onto the
threads of support
tubes 3-D.
Place four more
washers and
thread protection
spacers onto
each of the
threads, followed
by the next piece
of glass.
Add four more
washers, then
screw support
tube 3-B onto the
threads of support
tubes 3-C.
Place four
washers on top
of support tubes
3B, and place the
last piece of glass
on top of support
tube 3-B. Fit a
washer and a
thread protection
spacer over the
thread on the
domed top caps
(5), and screw the
four domed caps
into the support
tubes 3-B.
Adjust the feet
to the height
required, ensuring
the stand is level
in the location
you want to use
it.
