STEP 4
UTVs with a 12mm Lugs:
(12mm - Step 4.1)
Insert the 12mm stud and rotate it so that it rests within the slot in the inner facing of the Tire Mount Plate.
(12mm - step 4.2)
Once the stud is in place/slip a single 3/8” O-ring over the stud’s threads on the opposite side of the
Tire Mount Plate and slide it down until it is touching the Tire Mount Plate. The 3/8” O-ring will then
hold the stud in place within the slot preventing it from falling out, but still allow for the stud to be
adjusted to t multiple-Lug patterns. (See Figure 12mm 4.1)
(12mm - step 4.3)
Once the O-ring is in place, screw on the Lugnuts to completely secure the lug until you are ready to
mount your spare tire.
(We recommend regular inspections and replacement of faulty O-rings to ensure the Lugs functions as designed.)
Stud Installation:
After consulting your owners guide to determine the stud size of your vehicle
use the RBO provided Stud of the correct size (either 10mm or 12mm) and
proceed to the assembly instructions for the specic Stud Size.
(FIG. 12mm 4.1)
ATTENTION
Only one set of O rings is provided in the hardware pack. You may need to remove the
O rings from one set of studs and transfer them to the Lug set you wish to use.

RAZORBACK OFFROAD™
10
UTVs with a 10mm Lugs:
(10mm - Step 4.A)
Insert the 10mm stud into a Nut Holder. (See Figure 10mm 4.1)
(10mm - Step 4.2)
Insert both the stud and nut holder so that it rests within the slot in the inner facing of the Tire
Mount Plate. It is important to note that only when used together will the 10mm stud be prevented
from freely rotating when the stud is nested. (See Figure 10mm 4.2)
(FIG. 10mm 4.2)
(FIG. 10mm 4.1)

RAZORBACK OFFROAD™
11
(STEP 4.2)
Once the O ring is in place you may screw on the Lugnuts to completely secure the stud until you are
ready to mount your spare tire.
(STEP 4.1)
With the Stud and Nut holder in place slip a single 3/8” O ring over the studs threads on the opposite
side of the Tire Mount Plate and slid it down until it is touching the Tire Mount Plate. The 3/8” O ring
will then hold the stud in place within the slot preventing it from falling out but still allow for the lug
to be adjusted to t multiple-Lug Hole positions. (See Figure 4.3)
(FIG. 4.3)
WARNING
RBO recommends that when not transporting a spare tire that the Lugnut is always
used to secure the stud and O-ring. Reliance strictly on the O-ring only will
most likely result in the stud falling out and needing to be replaced.
