GENERAL BEST PRACTICES FOR ASSEMBLY:
WARNINGS:
MAINTENANCE:
Determine you have adequate space for assembly.
Assembly by two adults is recommended.
Assemble on soft surfaces to prevent damage to product finish.
Keep children away during assembly. This item contains small parts which can be swallowed
by children.
Do not discard any of packaging until you have checked that you have all parts and hardware.
Retain the assembly instructions for future reference.
The manufacturer will not accept responsibility for unauthorized repairs or modifications to
this product.
This product is for residential use only, not for commercial use.
A Phillips head screwdriver is necessary for assembly but is not included.
To prevent serious injury or death, this product is equipped with a wall anchoring system.
Before this product can be used, the wall anchoring system must be installed as directed in
the assembly instructions.
Should this product become damaged, and/or components are broken or missing,
DO NOT USE.
This product will burn if left in contact with flame source.
WARNING: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class
A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a
commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency
energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications.
WARNING - Death or serious injury may occur when children climb on audio and/or video
equipment furniture. A remote control or toys placed on the furnishing may encourage
a child to climb on the furnishing and as a result the furnishing may tip over on to the child.
WARNING - Relocating audio and/or video equipment to furniture not specifically designed
to suppirt audio and/or video equipment may result in death or serious injury due to the
furnishing collapsing or over turning onto a child.
Wipe with a damp cloth. Use Furniture polish or lemon oil on the wood as needed.
Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
Do not scratch or chip the finish.
Do not put hot objects which are more than 80 degrees Fahrenheit directly on the surface.
Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten if necessary.
To prolong the life of product we recommend storage in a dry area when not in
use or during austere weather conditions.

Hardware needed

With assistance, place the Bottom Panel (O) upside down
on a smooth surface. Attach the Bottom Crossbar (N) to
Bottom Panel (O) with Flat Washer (4), Spring Washer (3)
and Bolts (2) using Allen Key (5). Fully tighten all bolts.
Return Bottom Panel (O) to upright position.

Insert Wood Dowel (6) into Bottom Panel (M). Align the holes in Left
Side Panel (B) and slide to place. Make sure all the latches are
in open position so the pins are aligned with their corresponding holes
before inserting them. Once inserted, close all the latches until they
are flush to fully secure the panels in place.
Repeat process to attach the Right Side Panel (E), Right Middle Panel
(D) and Left Middle Panel (C) to Bottom Panel (M).

Insert Side Back Panel (I) down along the grooves of Left
Side Panel (B) and Left Middle Panel (C).
Insert the remaining Side Back Panel (I) into the grooves
of Right Side Panel (E) and Right Middle Panel (D).
Insert Wood Dowel (6) into Left Middle Panel (C) and Right
Middle Panel (D). With assistance, align the hole of Front
Rail (H) with the inserted wood dowels and slide to place.
Then attach the Front Rail (H) to Side Panel (B) and (E)
with Flat Washer (4), Spring Washer (3) and Bolts (2)
using Allen Key (5).
Fully tighten Bolts.

Insert Wood Dowel (6) into holes on the edge of Left Side Panel (B),
Left Middle Panel (C), Right Middle Panel (D) and Right Side Panel (E).
With assistance, align the holes in Top Panel (A) with the inserted wood
dowels and lower into place.
Make sure all the latches are in open position so the pins are aligned
with their corresponding holes before inserting them.
Once inserted, close all the latches until they are flush to fully secure
the panels in place.

Insert the Bottom Glider of Left Door (F) into the
groove of the Bottom Panel (M) and lean the door against the
Middle Panel. Hang the Sliding Hardware (11) on the Metal Rail
so it rolls smoothly.
Allign the holes in Sliding Hardware (11) with the holes in the
door and attach Sliding Hardware (11) to the door with Bolt (1)
using Allen Key (5).
Do not fully tighten bolts. Repeat the process, hang the second
Sliding hardware and attach it to the Left Door (F).
Allign the hardware so it is straight and fully tighten bolts.
Repeat the same process to install the Right Door (G). Once
both doors are installed, attach the Plastic Pad (12) on the
outside edge of both doors as shown in diagram.

Insert the Shelf Pins (13) into the pre-drilled holes as shown in the
Diagram. Place Adjustable Shelves (J) onto the Shelf Pins as shown.
Repeat the process for the remain Adjustable Shelves (J).
You can adjust the position of shelf as needed.

Open
Slide the Doors to the outside. Insert Wood Dowel (6) into
holes of Bottom Panel (O). Place the Front Crossbar (M)
into place and lock hardware to attach.
Insert Wood Dowel (6) into holes of Bottom Panel (O) as
shown. Place the Center Crossbar (L) into place.
Insert the Screw (9) into the pre-drilled holes and secure
with Phillips Screwdriver.
Fully tighten screws.

Place the Plastic Block (7) into the corner of Side back panel
as shown, insert Screw (8) into the pre-drilled holes and secure
with Phillips Screwdriver. Fully tighten screws.
Repeat the step for the remaining Plastic Block (7).
Insure all Plastic blocks are used to secure both side back
panels in place.
Insert the fireplace (K) into the opening in the back of assembled
Mantel. With Assistance, center Fireplace (K) in the opening and
secure to the Mantel with Screw (10) using Phillips Screwdriver.
Fully tighten screws..

Not included
Attach the Anti-tipping strips (14) to the back top of the mantel
with Screw (16) and Flat Washer (4). With assistance, place the
Mantel in the desired location and mark the wall just below the
spot where the Aniti-tipping Strips are attached to the mantel.
Remove the Mantel.
Drill holes in the marked locations on the wall and insert the
Wall Anchor (15). Place the Mantel back into position leaving
room to attach the Anti-tipping Strips (14) to the Wall Anchor (15)
with Screw (16) and Flat Washer (4). Fully tighten screws.
Move the Mantel tight against the wall.
NOTE: Please insure Fireplace insert is plugged in and working
correctly before securing the Anti-tipping Strips to the Wall Anchors.
