BEFORE FIRST USE
Your a liance has been ackaged carefully to ensure the
roduct reaches you in good condition. If the roduct has been
damaged, dro ed, has a malfunction in any way, or if the
su ly cord is damaged, immediately contact your retailer for
re lacement or re air.
Carefully un ack your a liance. Make sure you do not discard
any ackaging material until all arts of the a liance have
been found.
Wash the beaters in warm soa y water. Carefully wi e the
exterior of the a liance to remove any dust that may have
accumulated. Dry with a dry towel. Do not use harsh abrasive
cleaners. Remove any label or sticker.
WARNIN ! Do not immerse a liance in water or any other
liquids.
SAFETY AND INSTALLATION
Use and environment
Do not use outdoors. Do not leave in direct sunlight as this
may damage the lastic. This a liance is for household use
only, not commercial or industrial use. The ower socket must
be readily accessible so that the oven can be un lugged in an
emergency.
Always use on a flat stable surface away from any liquid
carrying vessel such as sink or washbasin.
This a liance must be connected to a suitable 230-240V ~
50Hz ower su ly.

OPERATION UIDE
Beater attachment
To fit beaters fully insert into hand mixer until the beaters
‘lock’ into lace.
Operation
Place ingredients into the mixing bowl.
Lower the beaters into the mixture before switching on the
mixer.
The mixer has five s eeds, which are selected using the S eed
Switch, conveniently laced on the handle.
Use lower s eeds to begin with and gradually increase to
higher s eeds if required.
The following s eeds are suggested:
S eed 1: Slow s eed mixing
S eed 2 – 3: Sauces, short or uff astry etc.
S eed 4 – 5: Puree, cream, egg whites etc.
Always turn the mixer off before com letely removing the
beaters from the bowl.
During mixing, occasionally use a s atula (not su lied) to
scra e mixture from the sides of the bowl to ensure that all the
ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
To remove beaters, ress the eject button.
Maximum Use
This a liance is designed for a maximum of 3 minutes
continuous use.
Warning! For subsequent or additional uses always allow a
cool down eriod of at least 20 minutes before each re-use.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electric a liances always observe safety
regulations where a licable to reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock and ersonal injury. Always check that the ower su ly
corres onds to the voltage on the rating late.
Supply
This a liance must be connected to a suitable 230-240V ~
50Hz ower su ly. If using an extension cord, ensure that the
extension cord is of a suitable 10am ower rating and of a
suitable size. Fully uncoil any cord used as a coiled cord may
overheat. It is not recommended to use other a liances on
the same circuit as that su lying any critical a liance such
as refrigerators, ovens or similar that may require constant
electricity su ly.
Supply cord and plug
Do not abuse or damage the ower cord. Fully uncoil before
use. If the su ly cord is damaged, it must be re laced by the
manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified
erson in order to avoid a hazard.
Children
Caution. Kee out of reach of children. This a liance is not
intended for use by young children or infirm ersons. Young
children must be su ervised by a res onsible erson to ensure
that they can o erate the a liance safely. Young children
should be su ervised to ensure that they do not lay with the
a liance
WARNIN : Only allow children to use the a liance
without su ervision when adequate instructions have been
given so that the child is able to use the a liance in a safe
way and understands the hazards of im ro er use.

Damaged or dropped
Always ins ect your a liance before use. Do not use this
a liance if it has been damaged, dro ed, left outdoors or
dro ed in water. Do not use if the door seals or door are
damaged in any way. Return it to an authorised service dealer
for examination and re air.
Water
Do not immerse in water or other liquids or use near
washbasins or sinks. Ensure that the a liance does not get
wet (water s lashes etc.) and do not use it with wet hands.
Danger to children
Safely dis ose of lastic bags and other com onents of the
ackaging. They may be otentially dangerous to children.
Warning!
Always disconnect the blender from the su ly if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
Do not allow children to use the blender without su ervision.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANIN
Regular maintenance of your a liance will kee it safe and in
ro er o erational order.
When not in use or before cleaning, always disconnect the
a liance from the mains su ly.
Cleaning
Regularly clean the outside of the a liance with a soft dam
cloth and dry it with a dry towel. Do not immerse in water. Do
not use harsh solvents to clean the lastic. Wash the beaters
in hot soa y water regularly. WARNIN : Ensure the air vents
are free from obstruction at all times.
Damage check
Always check that the a liance is in good working order.
Check the ower su ly cord and lug regularly for cuts or
damage.
Service
Do not attem t to service this a liance. If it is faulty in any
way, contact the hel line or return it to the retailer
immediately.

This roduct is guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanshi for a
eriod of twelve months from the date of urchase. The obligation to the
urchaser under this warranty is limited to servicing the unit and re lacing
defective arts when the roduct is returned freight re aid to the retailer.
This warranty becomes void if the roduct has been tam ered with, damaged
by accident, damaged in any other way by im ro er use or has been
urchased second hand. All roduction orders have quality ins ections. In the
unlikely event of a deficiency, lease contact the retailer from whom this
