Wenn das Schutzgitter zwischen zwei sauberen und strukturfesten Oberflächen gemäß den in der Anleitung
aufgeführten Anweisungen installiert wird, entspricht es den Anforderungen der Richtlinie EN 1930:2011

ACHTUNG:
• Das Schutzgitter eignet sich nur für Kinder bis zu einem Alter von 24 Monaten
• Sollten Sie feststellen, dass Ihr Kind in der Lage ist, das Gitter selbstständig zu öffnen bzw. es zu über-
klettern (individuelle Kindesentwicklung), das Gitter nicht mehr verwenden
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine Gegenstände in der Nähe des Schutzgitters befinden, die Ihr Kind als
Kletterhilfe verwenden könnte
• Bei älteren Kindern besteht die Gefahr des Überkletterns
• Auch Erwachsene sollten das Schutzgitter nicht überklettern, sondern zum Durchgehen immer öffnen
• Das Schutzgitter sollte immer geschlossen und verriegelt sein, nur zum Durchgehen öffnen
• Ältere Kinder dürfen nicht mit der Gittertür schaukeln
• Nach Einbau des Schutzgitters bitte die Gebrauchsanleitung erneut durchlesen, um sich zu vergewissern,
dass das Gitter richtig aufgestellt und befestigt ist
• Das Gitter auf Sicherheit der Befestigungen und Standsicherheit hin regelmäßig überprüfen. Wenn es nötig
ist, die Einstellung gemäß den in der Gebrauchsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen nachbessern
• Es dürfen nur vom Hersteller gelieferte Ersatzteile und Zubehör verwendet werden
• Benutzen Sie den Artikel nur zu dem vorgesehenen Zweck und beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise
• Bei Anzeichen von Mängeln darf das Gitter nicht mehr verwendet werden
• Es darf kein Spielzeug an das Schutzgitter angehängt werden
• Das Kinderschutzgitter ist nur für den häuslichen Gebrauch im Innenbereich bestimmt
Reinigung: Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen Reinigungsmittel oder kratzende Hilfsmittel. Reinigen
Sie das Schutzgitter regelmäßig mit einem feuchten Lappen und ein wenig Seifenlauge.
Das Schutzgitter ist kein Spielzeug. Es ersetzt nicht die ordnungsgemäße Aufsichtspflicht durch Erwachsene!

Stellen Sie die Gitterfächer (a) und (b) bündig so nebeneinander, dass zwischen den Gitterfächern
und zwischen den senkrechten Stäben kein Spalt entsteht.
Schieben Sie beide Gitterfächer nun soweit auseinander, dass bei dem Gitterfach (a) ein Abstand
von exakt 28mm zwischen der letzten Gitterstrebe und der Wand- oder Türfläche besteht
und bei dem Gitterfach (b) ein Abstand von mind. 30mm - max. 63mm zwischen der letzten
Gitterstrebe und der Wand- oder Türfläche besteht. Abb.1
Verschrauben Sie die beiden Gitterfächer (a) und (b) jeweils oben und unten miteinander. Hierzu die
Verbindungsschrauben (i) in die Lochbohrungen einsetzen und mit den Schraubenhülsen (j) von der
Gegenseite fest verschrauben. Abb.2 und Abb.3 Es können alle Schraublöcher genutzt werden, auch
wenn sich der Abstand der senkrechten Stäbe in der Gittermitte verringert.
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben handfest mit einem Kreuzschraubenzieher an. Überprüfen Sie, dass beide
Gitterfächer fest miteinander verbunden sind.
Scharnierbolzen (d) oben und unten am Gitterfach (b) anbringen. Abb.4 und Abb.5
Vor Anbringung der Scharnierbolzen Muttern (e) oben und unten seitlich in die dafür vorgesehenen
Schlitze der Horizontalstreben des Gitterfaches (b) einschieben. Abb.4 und Abb.5
Markieren Sie mit Hilfe der Montageschablone (l) die Position der für die Scharniere (h) benötigten
Schraubenlöcher. Abb.8, Abb.9 und Abb.10 Diese sind mit der Bezeichnung „HINGE“ gekennzeich-
net.
Schrauben Sie die Scharnier-Unterteile (h) mit den Holz-Montageschrauben (k) (bei anderem
Befestigungsuntergrund geeignete Schrauben und Dübel verwenden) an der Wand fest. In diesem
Schritt werden die Montageschrauben (k) nur in das untere Schraubenloch der Scharniere
geschraubt. Abb.11 und Abb.12
Setzen Sie nun die zusammengesetzten Gitterfächer mit den vormontierten Scharnierbolzen auf
die Scharniere.

ACHTUNG: Das Gitter immer von der Gefahrenstelle weg öffnen, um gefährliche Situationen
zu vermeiden! Hierbei ist die Öffnungsrichtung durch den Einbau des beiliegenden
Stoppers (n) zu begrenzen. (Schritt 4)
Die Treppenmontage
Besonders gut geeignet für die Montage am oberen Ende einer Treppe,
da es komplett öffnet und es keine Stolperfalle gibt.
(A) Am oberen Ende der Treppe auf dem Treppenansatz
und nicht auf einer der Stufen anbringen.
(B) Wenn das Kinderschutzgitter am Fuß der Treppe
eingesetzt wird, sollte es vorn an der niedrigsten Stufe
angebracht werden.

Öffnen Sie den Handgriff, indem Sie die 2 Knöpfe auf beiden Seiten sanft gedrückt halten und
gleichzeitig den Griff anheben. Abb.13
Justierschraube so lange ausziehen, bis der Abstand zwischen der Befestigungsoberfläche und
Justierschraube 7-8 mm beträgt. Abb.14
Zur Begrenzung der Öffnungsrichtung ist der Einbau des Stoppers (n) möglich.
Optional kann der Stopper (n) wahlweise links oder rechts eingefügt werden. Montieren Sie den
Stopper (n) an der gewünschten Seite der Halteschale (fa, fb) . Abb.6 und Abb.7

Schrauben Sie die Halteschalen mit den Holz-Montageschrauben (k) an der Wand fest. (Bei
anderem Befestigungsuntergrund geeignete Schrauben und Dübel verwenden.)
Hängen Sie das Gitter wieder aus den Scharnieren aus und drehen die Scharnierbolzen (d) an
Gitterfach (b) solange heraus, bis der Abstand zwischen dem nicht ausgefahrenen Druckfuß des
Gitterfachs (a) und der Befestigungsoberfläche exakt 8 mm beträgt. Abb.16
Es kann sein, dass Sie hierfür einige Versuche benötigen.

Abb.17. Schrauben Sie die Halteschale mit den Holz-Montageschrauben (k) an der Wand fest.
ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Druckfuß fest auf dem Boden steht.
Gitter wieder in die Scharniere einhängen.

Handhabung des Türgitters
Zum Anheben des Griffes beide Knöpfe sanft drücken. Griff von hinten/unten sanft anheben.
Werden die Knöpfe zu stark gedrückt, erschwert dies das Anheben des Griffes. Tür anheben, aus
den Halteschalen herausnehmen und zur Seite schwenken.
Beim Türschließen darauf achten, dass der Druckfuß unten und die Justierschraube oben durch
Senken des Verschlussgriffes richtig in den Halteschalen sitzen.

Stellen Sie die Gitterfächer (a) und (b) bündig so nebeneinander, dass zwischen den Gitterfächern
und zwischen den senkrechten Stäben kein Spalt entsteht.
Schieben Sie beide Gitterfächer nun soweit auseinander, dass bei dem Gitterfach (a) ein Abstand
von exakt 28 mm zwischen der letzten Gitterstrebe und der Wand- oder Türfläche besteht

Verbindungsschrauben (i) in die Lochbohrungen einsetzen und mit den Schraubenhülsen (j) von der
Gegenseite fest verschrauben. Abb. 2 und Abb. 3 Es können alle Schraublöcher genutzt werden, auch
wenn sich der Abstand der senkrechten Stäbe in der Gittermitte verringert. Ziehen Sie die Schrauben
handfest mit einem Kreuzschraubenzieher an. Überprüfen Sie, dass beide Gitterfächer fest miteinander
verbunden sind.
Justierschrauben (c) oben und unten an Gitterfach (b) anbringen. Abb. 20 und Abb. 21
Vor Anbringung der Justierschrauben Muttern (e) oben und unten seitlich in die dafür vorgesehenen
Schlitze der Horizontalstreben des Gitterfaches (b) einschieben. Abb. 20 und Abb. 21
Ziehen Sie die Justierschrauben am Gitterfach (b) oben und unten gleichmäßig heraus, bis sie die
Montageflächen berühren. Abb. 23 und Abb. 25
Fixieren Sie die Postion der Justierschrauben mit Hilfe der Feststellräder.
Öffnen Sie den Verschluss, indem Sie die 2 Knöpfe auf beiden Seiten sanft gedrückt halten und
gleichzeitig den Griff anheben. Abb. 13

Es löst fast jedes Befestigungsproblem mit Treppengeländern. Befestigung an runden oder eckigen
Treppengeländer-Streben möglich. Geeignet für Geländer mit einer Stärke von 0 bis 80 mm

Zur Begrenzung der Öffnungsrichtung ist der Einbau des Stoppers (n) möglich.

Gitterfach (a) und der Befestigungsoberfläche exakt 8 mm beträgt. Abb. 16
Es kann sein, dass Sie hierfür einige Versuche benötigen. Fixieren Sie die Position der Justierschrau-
ben mit dem Feststellrad.
ACHTUNG: Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Druckfuß fest auf dem Boden steht.
Gitter wieder in die Halteschalen einsetzen.
Handhabung des Türgitters
Zum Anheben des Griffes beide Knöpfe sanft drücken. Griff von hinten/unten sanft anheben.
Werden die Knöpfe zu stark gedrückt, erschwert dies das Anheben des Griffes. Tür anheben und
aus den Halteschalen herausnehmen. Abb. 24
Beim Türschließen darauf achten, dass alle vier Klemmpunkte unten und oben durch Senken des
Verschlussgriffes richtig in den Halteschalen sitzen.

ATTENTION: Always open the gate away from the dangerous position to avoid dangerous

Place the gate compartments (a) and (b) flush next to each other so that there is no gap.
Only push the gate compartments far enough apart so that the gate compartment (a) has a
distance of exactly 28 mm between the last gate slat and the wall or door surface and the gate
compartment (b) has a distance of min. 30mm - max. 63 mm between the last gate slat and the
wall or the door surface. Ill. 1
Screw both of the gate compartments (a) and (b) respectively to each other at the top and the bottom.
For this purpose, insert the connection screws (i) in the drilled holes and tighten firmly with the screw
sleeves (j) from the other side. Ill. 2 and Ill. 3. Tighten the screws slightly with a Phillips screwdriver.
Check if both of the gate compartments are tightly attached to each other.
Attach the hinge bolts (d) to the top and the bottom of the gate compartment (b). Ill. 4 and Ill. 5
Before attaching the hinge bolts, nuts (e), insert the horizontal slats of the gate compartment (b)
in the provided slits on the top and bottom on the sides. Ill. 4 and Ill. 5
Using the mounting template (l), mark the position for the screw holes needed for the hinges (h).
Ill. 8, Ill. 9 and Ill. 10 These are marked with the name “HINGE”.
Screw the lower hinge parts (h) with the wood mounting screws (k) (if attachment surface is
different, use appropriate screws and anchors) firmly to the wall. During this step, the mounting
screws (k) are only screwed in the lower screw hole of the hinges. Ill. 11 and Ill. 12
Now place the assembled gate compartments with the pre-assembled hinge bolts on the hinges.

Installation on stairs
Especially well suited for installation at the top of stairs as it opens
completely and does not present a tripping hazard.
(A) Install at the top of the upper the stair
and do not install on one of the stairs.
(B) If the safety barrier is used at the bottom
of the stairs, it should be positioned in the front
of the lowest tread possible.

Open the handle by pressing the 2 buttons on both sides of the handle gently and
simultaneously, lift the handle. Ill. 13
Only pull out the adjustment screw until the distance between the attachment surface and
the adjustment screw is 7-8 mm. Ill. 14
In order to limit the opening direction, installation of the stopper (n) is optional.
Optionally, the stopper (n) can be inserted either on the left or right. Mount the stopper (n) on the
desired side of the clamp shell (fa, fb). Ill. 6 and Ill. 7
Mark the positions of the clamping shells (fa, fb) on the top and the bottom, Ill. 15. Screw the
holding cups with the wooden mounting screws (k) tight onto the wall.
Remove the gate from the hinges and screw the hinge bolts (d) out of the gate compartment B
(b) until the distance between the non-extended pressure foot of the gate compartment A (a) and
the attachment surface is exactly 8 mm. Ill. 16
You may need to try several times.
Mark the position of the clamping shell (fa, fb) between the pressure foot and the attachment
surface. Screw the holding cups with the wooden mounting screws (k) tight onto the wall. Ill.17
ATTENTION: Ensure that the pressure foot is firmly on the floor.
Put the gate back on the hinges.

Handling the door gate
To lift the handle, gently press both buttons simultaneously. Lift handle gently from the back /
bottom. If the buttons are pressed too hard, this complicates lifting the handle. Lift gate, remove
from the support shells and swing to the side.
When closing the door, ensure that the pressure foot below and the adjustment screw at the top
are positioned correctly in the support shells when the closure handle is lowered.

Only push the gate compartments far enough apart so that the gate compartment (a) has a
distance of exactly 28 mm between the last gate slat and the wall or door surface and the gate
compartment (b) has a distance of min. 30mm - max. 63 mm between the last gate slat and the

Check if both of the gate compartments are tightly attached to each other.
Attach the Adjustment screws (c) to the top and the bottom of the gate compartment (b). Ill. 20 and
Ill. 21 Before attaching the Adjustment screws, nuts (e), insert the horizontal slats of the gate
compartment (b) in the provided slits on the top and bottom on the sides. Ill. 20 and Ill. 21
Pull the lower adjustment screws on both sides of the door gate out evenly until they touch the
mounting surface, Ill.23 and Ill.25
Set the position of the adjustment screw using the setting wheels.
Open the closure by pressing the 2 buttons on both sides of the handle gently and simultaneously,
lift the handle. Ill. 13
Only pull out the adjustment screw until the distance between the attachment surface and the
adjustment screw is 7 - 8 mm. Ill. 14

installation ATTENTION: Always open the gate away from the dangerous position, to avoid dangerous
situations! The amount the safety gate is opened can be limited by installing
the stopper (n), which comes with the gate. (Step 5)

In order to limit the opening direction, installation of the stopper (n) is optional.
Optionally, the stopper (n) can be inserted either on the left or right. Mount the stopper (n) on the
desired side of the clamp shell (fa, fb). Ill. 6 and Ill. 7
Mark the positions of the 4 clamping shells (f). Ill. 15, 17, 22
Screw the holding cups with the wooden mounting screws (k) tight onto the wall.
Lift the grid back out of the mounting device and turn the adjusting screw (c) on the grid tray B (b)
until the gap between the pressure foot of the grid tray A (a), which is not extended and the
mounting surface is exactly 8 mm. Ill. 16
You may need to try several times.
ATTENTION: Ensure that the pressure foot is firmly on the floor.
Put the gate back on the clamping shell.
Handling the door gate
To lift the handle, gently press both buttons simultaneously. Lift handle gently from the back /
bottom. If the buttons are pressed too hard, this complicates lifting the handle. Lift gate, remove
from the support shells and swing to the side. Ill. 24
When closing the door, ensure that the pressure foot below and the adjustment screw at the top
are positioned correctly in the support shells when the closure handle is lowered.

Posez les compartiments de la barrière (a) et (b) l'un à côté de l'autre sans laisser de fente entre
les compartiments de la barrière.
Décalez ensuite les deux compartiments de la barrière l'un de l'autre jusqu'à ce que le comparti-
ment de la barrière (a) présente un écart d'exactement 28mm entre les deux dernières traverses
et le mur ou la porte et un écart d'au moins 30mm - maximum 63mm entre les deux
dernières traverses et le mur ou la porte. Ill. 1
Vissez les deux compartiments de la barrière (a) et (b) au haut et au bas l'un à l'autre. Insérer pour cela
les deux vis de raccordement (i) dans le trous percés et les serrer fermement du côté opposé avec les
manchons de vis (j). Ill. 2 et Ill. 3 Vissez fermement les vis avec un tournevis à fente en croix.
Assurez-vous que les compartiments de la barrière soient fermement raccordés l'un à l'autre.
Appliquez les boulons à charnière (d) au haut et au bas du compartiment de la barrière (b). Ill. 4 et Ill. 5
Insérez les écrous (e) en haut et en bas latéralement dans la fente prévue à cet effet de la traverse horizontale
du compartiment de la barrière (b) avant la fixation des boulons à charnière. Ill. 4 et Ill. 5
Marquez la position des trous à vis nécessaires pour la charnière (h) à l'aide du pochoir de montage
(l). Ill. 8, Ill. 9 et Ill. 10 Ils sont caractérisés avec le marquage « HINGE ».
Vissez les pièces inférieures de la charnière (h) avec les vis de montage à bois (k) au mur (utiliser
des vis et des chevilles adaptées aux autres surfaces de fixation). Durant cette étape, les vis de
montage (k) sont uniquement vissées dans le trou à vis inférieur de la charnière. Ill. 11 et Ill.12
Posez ensuite les compartiments assemblés de la barrière avec le boulon à charnière prémonté
sur la charnière.

vissage ATTENTION : Toujours ouvrir la grille à l'écart de la zone à risque, afin de prévenir toute
situation dangereuse! Le sens d'ouverture doit être limité ici par le montage du
stoppeur (n) joint. (Étape 4)
Le montage à l'escalier
Particulièrement adapté au montage à l'extrémité supérieure d'un escalier, étant donné
qu'elle s'ouvre complètement et ne présente aucun risque de trébuchement.
(A) À fixer à l'extrémité supérieure de l'escalier sur le départ
de l'escalier et non sur une marche.
(B) À fixer à l'extrémité inférieure de l'escalier sur le pied
de l'escalier.

Ouvrez la poignée en appuyant doucement sur les 2 boutons se trouvant sur les deux côté et
soulevez simultanément la poignée. Ill. 13
Dévissez la vis d'ajustage jusqu'à obtention d'un écart de 7-8 mm entre la surface de fixation et la
vis d'ajustage. Ill. 14
Le montage d'un dispositif d'arrêt (n) est facultatif pour limiter la direction d'ouverture.
Eventuellement, le dispositif d'arrêt (n) peut être inséré, soit à gauche ou à droite.Montez le
dispositif d'arrêt (n) à l'endroit souhaité de la coque de maintien (fa, fb) Ill. 6 et Ill. 7
Retirez le film protecteur de la coque murale (fa, fb) et la placer sur la surface de fixation. Ill. 15
Appuyez la poignée vers le bas et coller la coque murale.
Réouvrir la fermeture. Sortez à nouveau la barrière des charnières et dévissez les boulons à
charnière (d) du compartiment de la barrière (b) jusqu'à obtention d'un écart d'exactement
8 mm entre. Ill. 16
Quelques essais pourraient être nécessaires.
Placer la coque de maintien (fa, fb) entre le pied de pression et la surface de fixation, retirer le
film protecteur, poser le pied de pression sur le sol et coller la coque murale. Ill. 17
ATTENTION : Assurez-vous que la pose du pied de pression soit stable.
Raccrocher la barrière à nouveau dans la charnière.
Monter la partie supérieure de la charnière (g), voir Ill. 18 et Ill. 19

Manipulation de la barrière
Appuyer doucement sur les deux boutons pour soulever la poignée. Soulever doucement la
poignée de l'arrière/du bas. Une pression trop importante sur les boutons complique le levage de
la poignée. Soulever la porte, la sortir des coques de maintien et la pivoter vers le côté.
Assurez-vous que le pied de pression en bas et la vis d'ajustage en haut soient correctement
positionnés dans les coques de maintien après abaissement de la poignée de fermeture.
