Safety Information
To avoid possible electrical shock, disconnect the
power prior to installing, or servicing, your system.
If you cannot lock the circuit breaker in the ‘o ’
position, securely fasten a warning device, such as a
tag, to the service panel.
Pre-Installation
Before installing the RC10d unit, complete the
following:
a) ReinCloud Activation Process

b) Reference the prints on the back of this
guide to assist with installation.
1. Installing Hardware
a) Mount the RC10d modem assembly using the din rail
provided.
4. Connect RC10d Power Cables
a) Plug the power cable from RC10d into the
Advanced+ I/O board.
5. Connect Serial Cable
a) Connect the serial cable to either the Advanced+/
Connect panel and to the computer port on the
modem.
7. Verify RC10d Functionality
a) Login to ReinCloud http://www.
app.myreincloud.com/#/login.
Navigate to the system equipment
page and click on the desired unit.
b) Verify all the monitoring and
control options are present and
operational according to the RC10d
Features list. Monitoring options will
be found in the sensor tiles at the
bottom of the units page, and the
controls will be present in the top
portion of the page.

2. Move Jumper
a) Move the jumper to this location.
3. Wire Black Connector for
RC10d
a) Remove the red wire from
the 2 position black connector by
inserting a at screwdriver (5/64” or
smaller) into the opening above the
wire, releasing the wire.
b) Push the wires from the RC10d
output cable into the 2 position
plug. Make sure they are pressed in
all the way and are secure.
b) Mount the antenna bracket and antenna.
6. Dipswitch Setting
a) If you have a satellite modem, you
will need to make sure the I/O board
dipswitch 1 is in the “ON” position as
shown below.
