CONGRATULATIONS
We would like to thank you and congratulate you for pur-
chasing the UberLight 8000 LED task light. Using 28, 99%
energy efficient LEDs, and a proprietary honeycomb lens
cover that reduces glare from the light fixture, the 8000 is
both friendly for the environment, and practical to use.
For your safety and to fully enjoy the advantages of this
product, please take a minute to read the important safety
instructions below. Keep this manual handy and review the
product warranty card for your reference.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE
When using your UberLight, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
Please read the following instructions carefully as they provide important informa-
tion concerning how to install, use and care for this product.
• Makeallconnections(8000S)beforepluggingthelightintothepowersource.
• Ensuretherearenoexposedwires(8000S)afterconnectionsaredone.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 8000S
CONNECTING THE 8000S TO AN EXISTING 110V PUSH BUTTON SWITCH
1. Turn the power source off or unplug the machine.
2. Removetheswitchboxcover.
3. Cutanopening9/32"(7MM)x3/16"(6MM)ontheupperrighthandsideof
theswitchboxcoverapproximately15/32"(12MM)fromthetopedgethiswill
allow for the passing of the wire without pinching when the cover is re-attached.
4. Connectthegreenleadfromthe8000Stogetherwiththegreenleadalready
intheboxandsecurelytightenthescrew.
5. Connecttheblackleadfromthe8000Stogetherwiththeblackorbrownlead
ontheterminalblockandsecurelytightenthescrew.
6. Connectthewhiteleadfromthe8000Stogetherwiththewhiteorbluelead
ontheterminalblockandsecurelytightenthescrew.
7. Useinsulatedstaplestofastenthepowercord.
CONNECTING THE 8000S TO 220V SINGLE PHASE
1. Turn the power source off or unplug the machine.
2. Loosen(2)screwsonthepowercordstrainreliefandpushthe8000Slead
throughthestrainreliefallowingapproximately5”ofwireintotheutilityboxto
maketheconnection.
3. Connectthegreenleadfromthe8000Stogetherwiththegreenleadalready
intheutilityboxandsecurelytightenthescrew.
4. Connecttheblackleadfromthe8000Stogetherwiththeblackleadonthe
terminalblockandsecurelytightenthescrew.
5. Connectthewhiteleadfromthe8000Stogetherwiththewhiteleadonthe
terminalblockandsecurelytightenthescrew.
6. Useinsulatedstaplestofastenthepowercord.

1. Connect the green lead to the ground blade

THE 8000C CAN BE USED WITH OUR WITHOUT THE SUPPLIED CLAMP
Ifyouwouldliketouseitwithouttheclamp,unscrewthe4screwsthatattachthe
clamp,andplacethebasewhereyouwouldliketomountthelight.Using4longer
screws(notsupplied),attachthebasetothesurface.
Tousethe8000Cwiththeprovidedclamp,unwindtheclamptothedesiredwidth,
place over a hard surface and tighten so it is secure.
