APLIANCE
The device is designed for crushing woody and fibrous garden waste such as
tree trunks and branches.
ATTENTION:It is forbidden to put stones, glass, metal, bone, plastic, textiles and
other materials in the chipper mechanism feeder. Any use other than those speci-
fied in these operating instructions may damage the device and create a serious
hazard to the operator. The operator or user bear the entire responsibility for the
injuries and damage caused to third parties and their property. The manufacturer
does not bear any responsibility for damages and unfortunate events caused by
improper use and device operation, including any changes and modifications in-
troduced by users and operators who also carry out this immediate loss of war-
ranty.
The chipper is equipped with a disc cutting system (hardened knives made of
hard-wearing steel). The cut material is pulled in using hydraulic feed rollers with
the possibility of engaging reverse gear. The device is equipped with a safety
switch surrounding the feeding hopper, which after switching on interrupts the
operation of the feeding rollers. The chipper has metal (opening) covers for the
inlet feeder and cutting disc for safe operation. A solid structure equipped with a
3-point hitch system ensures durability and stability of the device.

to whether the material contains foreign elements harder than wood such as: sto-
nes, wires, ropes, nails, rivets, chains, etc., which can damage the knives, cutting
mechanism or entire machine what consequently, it can lead to a dangerous acci-
dent that endangers the life and he-alth of the operator and other third parties.
9. In the event of blocking the chipper cutting mechanism, stop the engine of
the tractor driving the chipper immediately.
10. In the case of hooking the clothes of the operator with the branches and
pulling it in the direction of the inlet of the chipper feeder, the tractor operator
must imme-diately stop the tractor from working.
11. To protect against accidental switching on the tractor driving the chipper,
remove the key from the ignition or disconnect the battery by removing the clamp
from the clamp.
12. The drive of the wood chopper must be switched off during each interruption
13. When the cutting system is working even for a certain period of time after
transporting, moving and lifting is forbidden.
14. To avoid jams, one should alternately insert limp and thin material with lar-
ger branches.
15. Turn off the device when all material has passed through the shredder. In
the opposite case, the device may jam.

8. ADAPTATION OF THE POWER TRANSMISSION SHAFT
Aby To ensure compatibility with a variety of 3-point fastening systems, the
power transmission shaft may be too long or too short. Really Imporant is that the
transmission of the telescopic shaft through the telescopic shaft takes place freely,
but without shortening to limit the working range. Too long shaft may cause da-
mage to bearings (including cracks in the bearing housing) in both the crusher and
the tractor.
A. Determination of length:
1. It is necessary to remove bystanders and animals from the device area.
2. Connect the chopper to the tractor, without the power transmission shaft.
3. Raise the crusher to equalize the PTO shaft levels.
4. Measure the dimension between the retaining grooves between the PTO
shaft on the tractor and the PTO shaft on the shredder.
5. Measure the same dimensions on a compressed drive system (PTO shaft)
6. If the power transmission shaft exceeds the measured dimension from
point 4, shorten the shaft.
B. Cutting the telescopic shaft of power transmission:
1. Cut the machine dimension (A) to the cut dimension of the drive system
(B) or (B-A). This dimension determines if the drive system is too long.
2. Add an additional inch (25mm) to this dimension so that the system does
not punch to the working dimension, set the cut-off dimension (C).
3. Cut the dimension (C) at both ends with a metal ball. Cut the plastic
sleeves as well.
4. Powstałe Destroy the resulting sharp edges.
5. Assemble the PTO shaft.
6. It should be checked whether the connection of the PTO shaft takes place
freely.

9. REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT OF AXLES
Before adjusting the position of knives or replacing them, the device should
be disconnected from the power source and placed on a stable, even and not
slippery surface.
Scheme of adjusting knives:
1. Adjusting the blades start with loosening M12 locking screws (2) and M8
lock nuts (3) and partially unscrew M8 screw (4).
2. Then loosen the M10 screws (1) blocking the counter-blade (A) and pull the
counter-blade (A) inside the cutting chamber from 3 mm to get the finest
chips, or up to 14 mm to get the thicker chips, after setting the counter-
blade, tighten the blades -by (1).
3. We proceed to set the cutting knives, with the adjustment screws M8 (4)
set the clearance at a distance from 1 mm to 2.5 mm in relation to the
counter-blade (A) and then tighten the blade with the M12 grub screws.
Adjusting screws counter (4). Note: Each blade (B) relative to the co-
unter-blade should be set separately with the same clearance.
