1. Connect the three horizontal
foot braces to each other to form a
base for the rack to be built upon.

2. Attach the four uprights.

Connect the uprights of each
side to each other by securing the top
horizontal braces between them.
(Wait until the next step to put in the
front bolt as the next piece you connect
will be sharing this bolt with the
horizontal brace you just connected)

Attach the four uprights.

4. Attach the horizontal peg braces
to the front uprights. (These pieces will
share hardware with the horizontal braces
partially attached in step 3.)

5. Secure the name plate between
the two back uprights.

6. Attach the multi-grip pull up bar.

7. Secure band pegs and
weight horns to rack
8. Attach j-cups and spotter
arms to your desired height on
the front of the uprights .
