OPERATION
Thanks to its electric remote control, the electric height adjustable wall changing table enables the adjustment of the
plate’s height in order to optimize the working conditions of the carer
The side rail ensures the security of the patient when he lies on the changing table
The adjusting backrest improves the comfort of the patient
RANGE OF APPLICATION
Made of a wall frame as a support and of a plate covered with blue leatherette to dress the patient, this electric height
adjustable wall changing table should be used only by authorized and qualified people having previously carefully read this
user guide as well as the following warnings
The height adjustable wall changing table should only be used for the dressing of patients
The maximum weight lifting capacity of this height adjustable changing table doesn’t exceed 150kg
The manufacturer will not be responsible if the devie is used, modified or assembled in another way than prescribed in this
user guide !

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1- HIGH/LOW DEVICE :
The height is adjusted thanks to the electric hand control
2- SECURITY SIDE RAIL :
Before each use, please make sure that the 2 pins are in place on the side rail (they are at each end of the rail)
1 : Remove both pins to fold the side rail away
2 : Make the side rail revolve upwards After having put the side rail in place, place the 2 pins in place to block the security
rail
3- ADJUSTABLE BACKREST :
Adjustment of the slope of the rail :
- Unscrew both tightening wheels
- Adjust the backrest to the slope desired
- Tighten the tightening wheels (make sure the tightening wheels are correctly tightened in order to prevent the backrest
from falling backwards

PERIODIC INSPECTION
1) A periodic inspection of the electric height adjustable wall shower stretcher should be done at least once per
year It consists in a visual inspection, especially of the structure supporting the charge (wall frame) and of the lifting devices
(actuators), as well as of security attachments (pins on the security side rail), hand control, draining system (collection tub
and draining pipe) and patient electric and supporting devices (tightening wheels on the backrest)
2) The periodic inspection should be completed by someone having the necessary qualifications and having good
knowledge of its use and maintenance The periodic inspection should be detailed in the user guide
3) All important information should be notified in the maintenance book which has to be updated by the person
in charge of the maintenance and service of the electric height adjustable wall shower stretcher
The date of corrections brought in answer to observations should also be notified in the maintenance book
4) The person in charge of the maintenance will notify the date of inspection as well as its result in the
maintenance book and sign it
Parts participating in the support of the patient which are removable will have to be identified and detailed in the
maintenance book and controlled Notifications should include the conditions of use (nursing home, etc…)
5) In case the periodic inspection would identify defaults, damaged parts or any type of deterioration which could
challenge the security of the patient on the electric height adjustable wall shower stretcher, then the owner should be
informed immediately If it concerns any immediate danger, the shower stretcher should be withdrawn from use It should
be used again only after its repair
6) It is important to notify in the maintenance book any problem or damage challenging the security of the shower
stretcher occurred between 2 periodic inspections and having been already corrected
7) REVAL SA should be informed of any important default or damage in order that the manufacturer can take the
appropriate action Forwarded information should be notified in the maintenance book

MAINTENANCE
We advise you to clean the electric height adjustable wall shower stretcher after each use
Do not use abrasive products like « scouring or cleaning products » Only use liquid products (liquid soap)
REVAL SA advocates the use of BFR 4 0 disinfectant solution to disinfect the shower stretcher (leaflet available on demand).
Please make sure that the plate is immediately changed when damaged
