HOW TO SET UP YOUR REVIBERHOW TO SET UP YOUR REVIBER
Maximum weight allowed is 150kgs (23st 9lbs)
1. Place the Reviber on a flat surface. On hard surfaces this is important as
the motion of the machine will make a noise on an uneven surface.
2. Should your floor be uneven, then you can unscrew/screw the feet of
the product as necessary to level the machine.
3. Aach the two resistance bands to the two silver coloured hoop fixing
positions on the underside of the machine.
BLUETOOTH SPEAKER SETUPBLUETOOTH SPEAKER SETUP
Open the Bluetooth seing on your device and select Reviber
The readings scroll through Time, Speed and Distance. These show the time remaining
of the programme you are on, the speed increment at which the machine is running,
(between 0 and 99), and the equivalent distance you have walked/jogged/run.

Press the red power switch on the back of the machine
1. POWER: Turns the machine on/o at any time during use.
2. START: Press this buon on the remote to start the machine.
3. SPEED +: Press to increase the speed (not available during auto
programme mode).
4. SPEED –: Press to decrease the speed (not available during auto
programme mode).
NOTE: Speed can be increased or decreased during use
(except in auto programme mode).
5. TIME +: Press to increase the time (not available during auto
programme mode).
6. TIME –: Press to decrease the time (not available during auto
programme mode).
NOTE: Time MUST be adjusted before pressing START on the remote
(except when auto programme mode has been selected)
7. AUTO PROGRAMME MODE: Press to select P1, P2, P3, P4 or P5.
NOTE: Once the auto programme starts you cannot adjust the speed
or time. The auto programmes increase and decrease the speed at set
times (see table overleaf)
8. MANUAL QUICK MODE: Press once to go to speed 30, twice to
speed 60 and three times to speed 99.
9. PAUSE: Press to pause the machine at any time during use.
10. WALK, RUN, SPRINT: Press to jump to speed 30, speed 60 or
speed 99 respectively.
AUTO PROGRAMMESAUTO PROGRAMMES
PROG 1.
Runs at speed 30 for 30 seconds and then runs at speed 50 for
30 seconds.
PROG 2.
Runs at speed 50 for 30 seconds and then runs at speed 75 for
30 seconds.
PROG 3.
Runs at speed 60 for 30 seconds and then runs at speed 90
for 30 seconds.
PROG 4.
Runs at speed 5 for 30 seconds, then speed 10 for 30 seconds, speed 15
for 30 seconds etc...
PROG 5.
Runs at speed 10 for 30 seconds, speed 20 for 30 seconds, speed 40
for 30 seconds etc…
