INTRODUZIONE
Vi ringraziamo di avere acquistato questo prodotto, che
è stato sottoposto alle nostre complesse procedure di
assicurazione della qualità. Abbiamo cercato con la
massima cura di fare in modo che esso vi raggiunga in
perfette condizioni. Tuttavia, nella rara eventualità che
incontriate un problema, o se possiamo assistervi in
qualsiasi modo, non esitate a rivolgervi al nostro reparto di
assistenza ai clienti.
La ditta produttrice garantisce la macchina per 2 anni a
partire dalla data d’acquisto. Questa garanzia non copre le
macchine destinate al noleggio. Ci impegniamo a sostituire
eventuali parti che risultino imperfette per guasti o difetti di
fabbricazione. In nessun caso la garanzia comprenderà il
rimborso o il pagamento di danni, diretti o indiretti. Sono
inoltre esclusi dalla garanzia: accessori di consumo, uso
improprio, uso per scopi professionali e costi sostenuti per il
trasporto e l’imballaggio dell’apparecchiatura, che saranno
sempre a carico del cliente. Eventuali articoli inviati per
riparazioni con trasporto a carico del ricevente non saranno
accettati. Si intende inoltre che qualora la macchina venisse
in qualsiasi modo modificata o utilizzata con accessori
non approvati dalla ditta produttrice, la garanzia ne verrà
automaticamente invalidata. La ditta produttrice declina
ogni responsabilità civile derivante dall’uso improprio
della macchina o dalla mancata osservanza delle
istruzioni pertinenti il funzionamento, le impostazioni e la
manutenzione. L’assistenza sotto garanzia è ammissibile
soloselarichiestavienepresentataalserviziopost-vendita
autorizzato ed è accompagnata dalla prova d’acquisto.
Si raccomanda subito dopo l’acquisto del prodotto di
controllare che sia integro e di leggere attentamente le
istruzioni d’uso prima di utilizzarlo.
DESCRIZIONE DEL PRODOTTO
Il verniciatore Graffity abbinato all’aerografo “HVPL”
costituisce un eccezionale sistema in grado di verniciare
con precisione, è facilissimo da utilizzare e sicuro grazie
alla sua pressione massima di lavoro di 0,15 Bar.
La ridotta nebulizzazione della vernice rende l’ambiente di
lavoro più salubre e ne consente un consumo ridotto.
Tutti questi vantaggi sono ottenuti con il sistema “HVPL” alto
volume d’aria a bassa pressione che consente di verniciare
a pressione e volume d’aria costante.
DEMOLIZIONE
Per la salvaguardia dell’ambiente procedere secondo le
norme vigenti del luogo. Non gettare l’imballo nei rifiuti
ma se possibile riutilizzarlo. Quando la macchina non è
più utilizzabile, nè riparabile procedere allo smontaggio
delle parti per lo smaltimento differenziato dei rifiuti. Tutti
i componenti plastici riportano una sigla identificativa del
materiale di cui sono composti: questo servirà in futuro per
il riciclaggio dello stesso.

SICUREZZA
Attenzione!
Prima di utilizzare questo utensile elettrico leggere ed
applicare attentamente le norme di sicurezza e le istruzioni
di seguito riportate prima di iniziare il lavoro assicurarsi in
caso di emergenza di sapere arrestare la macchina.
Conservare con cura ed a portata di mano queste istruzioni
in modo da poterle consultare in caso di necessità.
Norme di sicurezza elettriche
1Verificare che la tensione di alimentazione sia la stessa
di quella indicata sull’apparecchio.
2Il cavo di alimentazione deve essere controllato
periodicamente per vedere se presenta segni di
danneggiamento o di invecchiamento; se non risultasse
in buone condizioni, l’apparecchio non deve essere
usato e sostituire immediatamente il cavo.
Questo intervento deve innanzitutto essere fatto con
l’alimentazione scollegata ed effettuato dal servizio
di assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con
qualifica similare in modo da pervenire ogni rischio.
3Evitare che il cavo di alimentazione o di prolunga
attraversi zone impegnate per la movimentazione di
mezzi di trasporto o manutenzione.
4Il verniciatore Graffity è costruito con sistema a doppio
isolamento.Ildoppioisolamentooffremaggiore sicurezza
elettrica e non rende necessaria la messda a terra
dell’apparecchio.
Norme di sicurezza generali
1Per spostare l’apparecchio usare la maniglia e non
tirarloper ilcavodi alimentazioneoper iltubo dimandata.
2Evitare che l’apparecchio venga bagnato o esposto
all’umidità.
3Per qualsiasi intervento sull’apparecchio di pulizia o
manutenzione o altro, scollegarlo dalla rete di alimentazione
togliendo la spina senza tirare il cavo di alimentazione.
4Tenere il verniciatore lontano da bambini, persone non
autorizzate e animali.
5Non dirigere il getto contro persone o animali.
6E’ vietato l’uso dell’apparecchio ai minori.
Attenzione!
Rispettate scrupolosamente le norme di sicurezza.
Graffity è adatto prevalentemente per l’utilizzo di vernici
ad acqua. Altri prodotti utilizzati (vernice, diluenti, ecc.)
possono contenere dei materiali pericolosi, nocivi, esplosivi
o corrosivi.
-Leggere attentamente l’etichetta del prodotto (vernice)
che viene usato.
-Si consiglia di usare una maschera durante la
verniciatura e di indossare dei guanti durante l’uso e la
pulizia dell’apparecchio.
-Usare l’apparecchio in ambienti ben areati.
-Rispettare scrupolosamente i consigli indicati
sull’etichetta del prodotto utilizzato. Usare solo prodotti
con un punto di infiammabilità superiore a 22°C.
-
Non fumare e non usare oggetti che possano provocare
scintille, dato che i solventi utilizzati possono essere
infiammabili.

TRASPORTO E VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI
Togliere il verniciatore dall’imballo, controllarne la perfetta
integrità, riordinare accuratemente i dicumenti e gli accessori
forniti con l’apparecchio.

INSTALLAZIONE
1Verificare che la tensione di alimentazione corrisponda
a quella indicata sulla targhetta dati tecnici dell’apparecchio.
2Verificare che l’interruttore sia posizionato su “0” (A).
3Collegare la spina dell’apparecchio ad una prolunga
(minimo 1200W)
4Collegare il tubo al corpo del verniciatore (B).
5Montare la cinghia di sostegno.
VERNICE E MATERIALI UTILIZZATI
Spesso i fabbricanti di vernici specificano la percentuale alla
quale vanno diluiti i prodotti: questo si riferisce generalmente
ad applicazioni con il pennello e il rullo. Con la pistola infatti
la percentuale deve essere superiore. Specificate al vostro
fornitore di vernici che il prodotto sarà applicato per mezzo
di un aerografo (pistola bassa pressione e grande volume
HVLP). Generalmente in tale caso il prodotto dovrà essere
diluito (fate una prova prima di diluirlo tutto).
VISCOSITÀ
La viscosità è il termine tecnico per indicare se un prodotto
è molto liquido o molto denso: nel primo caso la viscosità è
detta bassa, nel secondo è detta elevata.
La misura della viscosità è data in secondi. Per misurarla
si riempe di vernice il viscosimetro in dotazione e si verifica
quanto tempo la vernice impiegherà per passare attraverso
il foro posto sul fondo del viscosimetro
(C)
. Il tempo così
rilevato rappresenta il valore di viscosità e viene espresso
inDIN-s.
GENERALITÀ
Questo apparecchio può utilizzare prodotti con viscosità
da10adunmassimodi35DIN-s.Soltantoperiprodotti
idrosolubili per applicazioni murali da esterni o interni sarà
possibile utilizzare della pittura con viscosità molto più
ellevata. La qualità e il tipo di vernice sono essenziali.
I principali valori di viscosità dei prodotti più comuni sono:
Impregnante 10 a 20 DIN-s nessuna diluizione
Tintura per legno 15 a 25 DIN-s nessuna diluizione
Vernice a 2 composti 20 a 35 DIN-s vedere indicazioni
Vernice a olio del fabbricante
Vedere indicazioni del fabbricante del prodotto per il tipo di
diluente e la quantità in % da aggiungere (può variare dal
5 al 50%).
PREPARAZIONE DELL’OGGETTO O DELLA SUPERFICIE DA TRATTARE
Per ottenere un buon risultato è indispensabile pulire gli
oggetti o le superfici da trattare
-Toglierequalsiasitracciadiruggineoincrostazionidelvecchio
colore e se necessario levigarlo con carta abrasiva.
-Stuccare o passare la carta abrasiva dove necessario per
rendere le superfici ben omogenee.
-Leggere attentamente le istruzioni indicate sulla scatola
della vernice. I fabbricanti di solito consigliano prima di
iniziare la verniciatura di passare un fissativo per ottenere
un risultato migliore ed avere sopratutto un risparmio di
vernice.
PREPARAZIONE DEL PRODOTTO PER VERNICIARE
Agitare bene il prodotto. Versare la vernice dentro il
serbatoio della pistola, senza riempirlo completamente al
massimo 3/4). Amalgamare bene i prodotto mischiandolo
con un bastoncino (D).
Effettuare la diluizione del prodotto come indicato dal
fabbricante
Se necessario AGGIUNGERE MAN MANO DEL DILUENTE
DOPO AVER FATTO DELLE PROVE SU UN CARTONE O
UN ASSE DI LEGNO.
Dopo aver constatato una corretta diluizione del prodotto
sarà possibile diluire tutto il barattolo di vernice
Per avere un valore più preciso sulla viscosità vedere il
capitolo relativo.
PISTOLA DI VERNICIATURA HVPL
Montare il recipiente della pistola e chiudere bene.
Collegare il tubo sul manico della pistola (E).
Per scegliere il tipo di spruzzo desiderato allentare l’anello
di regolazione (F - 1), regolare la posizione orientando
l’ugello (F - 2) per ottenere (G):
HH spruzzo orizzontale
VV Spruzzo verticale
CC Spruzzo rotondo
La guarnizione (G - 1) prevede 4 tacche di orientamento
che aiutano il posizionamento dell’ugello a farfalla (G - 2), la
sua posizione fissa è garantita da una linguetta sporgente
nella sua parte inferiore.
Dopo aver scelto il tipo di spruzzo desiderato, chiudere
l’anello di regolazione (G - 3).
Igettiorizzontalioverticali(HH-VV)sonoconsigliatiper
le grandi superfici. Lo spruzzo rotondo (CC) è invece usato
per i piccoli oggetti o per luoghi più difficili da raggiungere
(angoli, spigoli, ecc.).
FUNZIONAMENTO E USO DELL’APPARECCHIO
Il polverizzatore fornisce alla pistola l’aria compressa necessaria
al suo funzionamento.
L’aria esce regolarmente dall’ugello a farfalla, la vernice
viene polverizzata soltanto quando si preme il grilletto.
Avviamento
Avviare l’apparecchio agendo sull’interruttore ON/OFF.

Funzionamento e uso della pistola di verniciatura
La regolazione dello spruzzo si ottiene molto facilmente
nel modo seguente:
-
Chiudere completamente la vite di regolazione (H - 1);
girare verso destra.
-
Tenere premuto il grilletto (H - 2) e aprire lentamente la vite
di regolazione (H - 1) fino ad ottenere la quantità di vernice
desiderata.
-Il movimento della pistola deve essere regolare, mantenuto
sempre alla STESSA DISTANZA (da 10 a 30 cm a seconda
della regolazione e del tipo di vernice utilizzato) e deve
essere sopratutto essere SEMPRE PARALLELO alla
superficie dell’oggetto da trattare
(I - 1)
.
Attenzione!
Non bisogna mai applicare il movimento rotativo: questo
potrebbe danneggiare la qualità delle rifiniture
(I - 2)
.
Ad ogni inversione rilasciare il grilletto alla fine del movimento
di andata e ripremerlo quando si inizia il movimento di ritorno.
Questo permetterà, sopratutto per le grandi superfici piane di
evitare segni di unione dovuti ad un secondo passaggio (L).
Lo spostamento dovrà essere orizzontale, se lo spruzzo è
verticale, o verticale se lo spruzzo è orizzontale.
Lo spruzzo rotondo (CC) esige una distanza maggiore
dall’oggetto da verniciare. In ogni caso fare delle prove su
un cartone o un asse di legno prima di iniziare a verniciare.
ALTRI USI DEL VERNICIATORE GRAFFITY
Collegando il raccordo fornito sul tubo si può utilizzare
l’utensile come apparecchio di soffiaggio o gonfiaggio per
materassini o altri oggetti gonfiabili.
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA DELL’APPARECCHIATURA
Il verniciatore Graffity ha bisogno di un minimo di
manutenzione. Scollegare innanzi l’apparecchio dalla presa
di corrente.
Pulizia delle scocche con un panno pulito (umido o imbevuto
di alcool se necessario)
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA DELLA PISTOLA DI VERNICIATURA
La pulizia della pistola deve essere fatta scrupolosamente
e subito dopo l’uso. Se la vernice si secca all’interno della
pistola la pulizia sarà molto più difficile, con il rischio di non
poter più utilizzare la pistola.
Usare il diluente (o solvente) consigliato dal fabbricante di
vernice. Effettuare la pulizia in un locale ben areato e ben
ventilato. Rispettare le norme di sicurezza.
Pistola di verniciatura
-
Smontare il serbatoio della pistola.
-
Versare la vernice rimasta nel suo contenitore e chiuderlo
ermeticamente per assicurare una lunga durata.
-
Versare del diluente (in piccola quantita) nel serbatoio,
squotere leggermente la pistola e polverizzare il diluente
in un recipiente di pulizia. Ripetere l’operazione fino a
quando il diluente esce tutto pulito.
-
Pulire qualsiasi traccia di vernice sia all’interno che
all’esterno del serbatoio.
-
Pulire la guarnizione che si trova sotto il coperchio del
serbatoio.

Spingere verso l’esterno l’ago (M - 7); si consiglia di non
utilizzare
utensili.

diluente pulito.

- Primadirimontarequesticomponenti,asciugarlibene
con il polverizzatore.
Attenzione!
Il rimontaggio va fatto con sequenza inversa di quelle
sopra descritta. Si raccomanda sopratutto che l’ugello
interno
(M - 3)
sia montato PRIMA dell’ago
(M - 7)

effect from the date of purchase and applies only to the
original purchaser. This guarantee only applies to defects

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The painting machine Graffity, multistage centrifugal blower
combined with the “HVLP” spray gan is the perfect system
for precision painting. It is very easy to use and absolutely
safe, since the maximum operating pressure is 0.15 bar.
Reduced paint atomisation makes the work environment
healthier and saves paint.
All these advantages are guaranteed by using the “HVLP”
high volume low pressure air system to paint at constant air
pressure and volume.
DEMOLITION
To protect the environment, follow the procedures indicated
in the current standards for the area where the machines
is used. Do not throw packing into waste bins. It should be
re-used,wherepossible.Whenthemachinecannolonger
be used or repaired, disassemblethe parts for sorted waste
disposal. All plastic parts bear an ID code indicating the
materials used in such parts: this will be used in the future
for recycling.

6Persons less than 16 years old are prohibited from
using the machine.

The painting machine Graffity has been designed to be
mainly used with cold-water paints. Other products used
(paint, thinner, etc) may contain hazardous, harmful,
explosive or corrosive materials.

Carefully read the label of the product (paint) being used.
-It is recommended to wear a mask while painteng and
to wear gloves when using and cleaning the machine.

-Carefully follow the suggestions indicated on the label
of the product being used. Use only products with a
flashpoint higher than 22°C.

PAINT AND MATERIALS USED
Paint manufacturers often specify the % for thinning the
products: in general this refers to brush or roller applications.
In fact with the gun the % must be higher.
Tell you paint supplier that the product will be applied
using an HVLP (low presssure anf high volume) spray gun.
Generally, in such case, the product must be thinned (try
thinning a small amount of paint before thinning all of it).
VISCOSITY
“Viscosity” is the technical termused to indicate if a product
is very liquid or very thick: in the first case the viscosity is
said to be low, while in the second case ir is considered to
be high. The viscosity measurement is expressed in second.
To measure viscosity, fill the viscosity meter supplier with
the machine with paint, and note how long it takes for the
paint to pass through the hole at the bottonm of the viscosity
meter

. The time measured is the viscosity value and is
expressedinDIN-s.
GENERALITY
This machine can use products with a viscosity ranging
from10tomaximumof35(35DIN-s).
A paint with a much higher viscosity can be used only for
water-solubleproductsforautdoorandindoor
wall applications. The quantity and type of paint are very
important.
The main viscosity values for the most commonly used
products are:
Filler 10 to 20 DIN-s no thinning
Wood dye 15 to 25 DIN-s no thinning
2-packpaint 20 to 35 DIN-s see manufacturer’s
Oil paint instructions
The product manufacturer’s instructions for the type of
thinner and the quantity, in % to be added (this may vary
from 5 to 50 %).
PREPARING THE OBJECT OR SURFACE TO BE TREATED
To obtain good results, the objects or surface to be treated
must be cleaned.
-Remove any traces or rust or scaling from the old paint
and, if necessary, rub it using sandpaper
-Stucco or rub with sandpaper, where necessary to make
the surfaces smooth
-Carefully read the instructions indicated on the paint can.
Manufacturers usually suggest to apply a fixative
before painting to obtain the best results and, above all,
to save paint.
PREPARING THE PRODUCT FOR PAINTING
Shake weel. Pour paint inside the spray gun reservoir,
without filling it to the top (maximum 3/4).
Use a stick to mix and stir the product (D).
Thin the product following the manufacturer’s instructions.
If necessary GRADUALLY ADD THINNER AFTER MAKING
TESTS ON A PIECE OF CARDBOARD OR WOOD.
After checking that the product has been correctly thinned,
the entire can be thinned. For more specific information
about viscosity see relative section.
HVPL SPRAY GUN
Mount the gun container and fully tighten.
To connect the hose to the gun grip (E).
To select the type of spray required , loosen the adjustment
ring (F - 1), adjust the position, orienting the nozzle (F - 2)
to obtain (G):
HH Horizontal spray
VV Vertical spray
CC Round spray
The gasket (G - 1) includes 4 orientation notches that help
position the butterfly nozzle (G - 2). The position is fixed by
a tab that protrudes from the bottom.
After selecting the type of spray, tighten the adjustment
ring (G - 3).Thehorizontalorverticalsprays(HH-VV)are
recommended for large surfaces. The round spray (CC) is
used instead for small objects or for areas that are difficult
to reach (corners, angles, etc.).
OPERATION AND USE
The atomiser supplies the compressed air needed to
operate the machine.
Air flows from the butterfly nozzle and paint is sprayed only
when the trigger is pulled.
Start-up
Turn the switch ON/OFF to start the machine.

Paint gun operation and use
The spray can be adjusted very easily as follows:
-
Completely close the adjustement screw (H - 1) turn to
the right.
-
Keep pulling the trigger (H - 2) and slowly open the paint
screw (H - 1) until the correct amount of paint is obtained.
-The spray gun should be moved with a regular motion and
always kept at the same distance (from 10 to 30 cm)
depending on the adjustment and type of paint used), and
above all must always be parallel to the surface of the
object being treated
(I - 1)
.
Warning!
Never use a circular movement: this might damage the
quality of the finish
(I - 2)
. Release the trigger at the end of
each forward mevement and pull it again when the return
movement has started.
This will avoid any joining marks caused by a second coat,
especially for large surfaces
(L)
.
The movemennt must be horizontal if the spray is vertical or
vertical if the spray is horizontal.
The round spray (CC) requires a greater distance from the
object to be painted. In any case make tests on a pieces of
cardboard or wood before paintig.
OTHER USES OF THE PAINTING MACHINE
By connecting the fitting to the hose the painting machine
can also be used to blow or inflate mattresses or other
inflatable objects.
PAINTING MACHINE MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
The painting machine Graffity needs minimum maintenance.
First of all, disconnect the apparatus from the mains.
Clean the structure with a clean cloth (soaked in water or
alcohol, if necessary).
PAINT GUN MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
The paint gun must be thoroughly cleaned immediately
after use. If the paint dries inside the gun cleaning will be
much more difficult, and it may no longer be possible use
the gun. Use the thinner (or solvent) recommended by the
paint manufacturer clean the gun in a well ventilated room.
Follow the safety instructions described.

Disassemble the gun reservoir.

Pour any residual paint into its containner and seal it so
that it can be used in the future.

Pour the thinner (in small amounts) into the reservoir,
shake the gun lightly and atomise the trinner into a cleaning
container. Repeat the operation until the thinner being
sprayed is completely clean.

Clean off any trace of paint, both inside and outside the
reservoir.
-
Clean the gasket located under the reservoir cover.

Graffity accouplé a son pistolet de peinture “HVLP” forme
un outil exceptionnel pour la peinture de très haute qualité,

RECYCLAGE MATÉRIAUX
Pour la sauvegarde de la nature respecter les normes
de recyclage des matériaux. Quand l’appareil n’est
plus réparable, et qu’il doit être jeter, démonter tous les
composants, vous faciliterai ainsi le recyclage différencié des
déchets. La composition ou le type de plastique sont gravés
sur tous les composants afin d’en faciliter le recyclage.

Normes de sécurité électriques
1Vérifier que la tension du réseau électrique soit la

2Le cordon de l’appareil doit être vérifié périodiquement

INSTALLATION

PEINTURE ET MATÉRIAUX UTILISÉS
Très souvant les fabricants de peinture spécifient que leur
produit doit étre dilué à un certain %: cette instruction se
rapporte généralement à une application au pinceau ou au
rouleau. Pour une apllication au pistolet le % doit être bien
supérieur. Vérifier auprès de votre fournisseur de peinture en
précisant que l’application du produit devra être fait à l’aide
d’un pulvérisateur: pistolet trés basse pression et trés grand
volume (HVLP), généralement le produit doit être dilué. (un
essai devra être fait avant de diluer la totalité du produit).
VISCOSITE
C’est le terme technique utilisé pour indiquer si un produit est
très liquide ou très dense: s’il est très liquide la viscosité est dite
basse, s’il est dense ou pâteux la viscosité est dite èlevée.
La mesure de la viscosité est donnée en secondes. Remplir
de peinture le viscosimètre (C) fourni avec l’appareil, mesurer
le temps qu’il mettra à se vider. Ce temps relevé en secondes,
estlavaleurdelaviscositéenDIN-s.
GENERALITES
Cet appareil peut pulvériser des produits, ayant une viscosité
de 10 à un maximum d’environ 35 (35 DIN-s). Avec les
produits acquasoluble pour application murale externe
ou interne, cet appareil peut pulvériser de la peinture à
viscosité bien supérieure. La quantité et le type de peinture
sont primordials.
Les valeurs de la viscosité des produits les plus courants sont:

peut varier de 5 à 50 %).
PRÉPARATION DE L‘OBJET OU DE LA SURFACE A PEINDRE
Pour obtenèr un bon résultat il est indispensable de nettoyer
les objets ou les surfaces à peindre.
-Enlever toute trace de rouille ou de croûtes de
l’ancienne peintures et, si nécessaire, poncer les.
-Rendre les surfaces bien homogènes en
bouchant
au
mastic toutes les imperfections, passer le papier de verre
si nécessaire.
-Lire attentivement les instructions qui se trouve sur
la boite de peinture. Les fabricants préconise toujours
de passer, avant de peindre, un produit d’apprét,
qui permet d’avoir un meilleur résultat et surtout une
économie de peinture.
PREPARATION DU PRODUIT A PULVERISER
Bien agiter le produit. Verser la peinture dans le godet
du pistolet (jamais plein 3/4 maximum). Aider vous d’un
bâtonnet pour obtenir un produit bien homogène (D).
Effectuer la dilution du produit qui est indique par le
fabricant.
Si nécessaire AJOUTER LE DILUANT AU FUR ET A MESURE
APRES AVoIR FAIT DES ESSAIS SUR UN CARTON OU
UNE
PLANCHE EN BOIS. Seulement après avoir trouve
le % correct
de diluant vous pouvez diluer tout le pot de
peinture.

Monter le godet du pistolet, serrer fortement.
Connecter le tuyau sur la poignée du pistolet (E).
Pour choisir le type de jet que vous désirez desserrer la
bague (F - 1), régler la position de la buse papillon (F - 2)
d’obtenir (G):
HH Jet horizontal
VV Jet vertical
CC Jet rond
Le joint (G - 1)a des plots d’orientations qui vous aiderons
à la positionner facilement; le joint reste fixe gràce à une
encoche.
Serrer la bague après avoir choisi la forme du jet. (G - 3).
lejethorizontaleouverticale(HH-VV)sontconseilléspour
les grandes surfaces. Le jet rond (CC) est utilisé pour les
petits objets ou pour les endroits difficiles d’accès (angle,
arête.)
FONCTIONNEMENT ET UTILISATION
Le pulvérisateur va fournir en permanence au pistolet l’air sous
pression nécessaire à son fonctionnement.
L’air va sortir régulièrement de la buse papillon, la peinture est
pulvérisée seulement quand l’on appuie sur la gâchette
.
Mise en route
Mettre en route le pulvérisateur à l’aide de l’interrupteur
ON/OFF.

Fonctionnement et utilisation du pistolet de peinture
Le réglage du jet s’obtient trés facilement de la manière suivante:
-
Fermer complétement la vis de réglage peinture (H - 1);
tourner vers la droite.
-
Maintenir la gâchette (H - 2) appuyée et ouvrir lentement la
vis de réglage peinture (H - 1) jusqu’a obtention de la quantité
de peinture désirée
.
-Le mouvement du pistolet doit être régulier, en le maintenant

surfaces planes, d’éviter les traces de raccordement dues au

Le déplacement devra être horizontal si vous avez le jet
vertical ou vertical si vous avez le jet horizontal.
Si vous avez choisi le jet rond (CC) le pistolet doit être
positionner plus loin de l’objet à peindre.
Dans tous les cas faire des essais sur du carton ou une
planche en bois avant de peindre.
AUTRES UTILISATIONS DU APPAREIL
En connectant l’embout, à condition, sur le tube vous pouvez
utiliser le pulvérisateur comme appareil de soufflage ou de gonfieur
pour matelas pneumatique ou d’autres objets gonflables.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
Le Graffity a besoin d’un minimum d’entretien.
Debrancher l’appareil avant toute operation. Nettoyage de
la coque avec un chiffon propre (imbibé d’alcool si besoin).
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE DU PISTOLET DE PEINTURE
Le nettoyage du pistolet doit être fait tres scrupuleusement
et immediatement apres l’usage. Si la peinture seche a
l’interieur du pistolet le nettoyage sera tres difficile avec le
risque de ne plus pouvoir utiliser le pistolet.
Utiliser le diluant (ou solvant) conseille par le fabricant de
peinture. Procede au nettoyage dans un local aere et bien
ventile. Respecter les consignes de securite.
Pistolet de peinture

Démonter le godet du pistolet.
-Verser le restant de peinture dans son contenant et refermer
hermetiquement pour s’assurer d’une longe conservation.
-
Verser du diluant (petite quantité) dans le godet, secouer
légèrement le pistolet et pulvériser le diluant dans un
récipient de nettoyage. Répeter autant de fois qu’il sera
nécessaire, cette opération jusqu’à ce que le diluant sorte
propre.

Nettoyer toute trace de peinture du godet à l’intérieur et
à l’extérieur.

Lackiergerät Graffity ist vor allem für wasserlösliche Lacke
geeignet. Andere verwendete Produkte Die verwendeten
Materiatien (Lack. Verdünnungsmittel etc.) können
gefährliche, schädliche, explosive oder ätzende Stoffe.
-Lesen Sie aufmerksam das Schild mit den Daten des
aufgesprühten Produktes (Lack).
-Es empfiehlt sich, während des Lackierens eine
Schutzmaske zu tragen. Während der Verwendung und
ReinigungdesGerätessolltenHandschuhegetragenwerden.
-Machen Sie von dem Gerät nur in gut gelüfteten
Räumilichkeiten Gebrauch.
-Beachten Sie peinlich genau die auf dem Etikett
des verwendaten Produktes aufgeführten Ratschläge.
Benutzen Sie nur Produkte mit einem Flammpunkt von
über 22°C.
-Unterlassen Sie das Rauchen und verwenden Sie keine
Gegenstände, die Funken schlagen könnten, da auf
diese Weise die verwendeten Lösungsmittel Feuer
fangen könnten.

INSTALLATION
1Schauen Sie nach, ob die Versorgungsspannung mit
der Spannung auf dem Kenndatenschildchen des
Gerätes übereinstlmmt.
2Der Schalter muß auf “0” stehen. (A).

Den Stecker des Gerätes an eine Verfängerungsschnur
anschließen (mindestens 1200W)
4Die Leitung an den Turbokompressor anschließen (B).
5Montage haltegurt.
LACK UND ANDERE VERWENDETE UBSTANZEN
Oft beziehen sich die Prozentangaben von Lackherstellern
auf die erforderliche Verdünnung der Produkte: Dies gilt im
allgemeinen für das Anstreichen mittels Pinsel oder Rolle:
Bei Anwendung der Pistole muß der Prozentsatz höher
liegen. Informieren Sie ihren Lacklieferanten, daß das
Produkt mit einer HVLP-Spritzpistole (Niedrigdruck-Pistole
mit hohem Volumen) aufgesprüht wird. Meist muß in diesem
Falle das Produkt verdünnt werden (Machen Sie erst eine
Probe, bevor Sie ailes verdünnen).
VISKOSITÄT
Viskosität ist der Fachausdruck, der zur Angabe verwendet
wird, ob eine Substanz dünnflüssig oder sehr zäh ist: Im
ersten Fall wird die Viskosität als niedrig, im zweiten Fall als
hoch bezeichnet. Die Viskosität wird in Sekunden gemessen.
Zu ihrer Messung wird das in der Lieferung enthaltene
Viskosimeter (C) mit lack gefüllt, und anschließend
beobachtet, wie lange der Lack benötigt, um die Öffnung
unten im Viskosimeter zu passieren. Die so gemessene dauer
stelltdenViskositätswertdarundwirdinDIN-sausgedrückt.
ALLGEMEINES
Dieses Gerät ist für Substanzen mit Viskositätsgraden von
10 bis 35 (35 DIN) geeignet. Nur bei wasserlöslichen
Farben zur aufbringung auf aussen und innenmauern
könnenn Produkte mit einer höheren Viskosität verwendet
werden. DER QUALITÄT UND DER ART DES LACKES
KOMMT HERAUSRAGENDE BEDEUTUNG ZU.
Im allgemeinen weisen die gängigsten Produkte folgende
Viskositätsgrade auf::

Die Art des Lösungsmittels und das Verdünnungsverhältnis
ausgedrückt als Prozentzahl der hinzuzufügenden Menge
ersehen Sie bitte aus den Herstellerangeben (ES kann
zwischen 5% und 50% liegen).
VORBEREITUNG DES GEGENSTANDES BZW: DER OBERFLÄCHE, DIE BESPRÜHT WERDEN SOLLEN
ZurErzelungeinesoptimalenErgebnissesistesunerlässlich,diezu
behandelndenGegenständeoderOber-flächenvorherzureinigen.
-EntfernenSiealleRostspurenoder alte Farbverkrustungen.
Wenn nötig, schleifen Sie die Fläche mit Schmirgelpapier ab.
-Spachtein Sie oder führen das Schmirgetpapier an die
entsprechenden Stellen, damit die Oberflächen schön
gleichmäßig werden.
-Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Hinweise auf der Verpackung
der lackfarbe. Die Hersteller raten in den meisten
Fällen dazu, vor der eigentlichen Lackierung ein Fixativ
aufzubringen, um ein besseres Resultat zu erzielen und
vor allen Dingen um lack zu sparen.
VORBEREITUNG DER LACKFARBE
Schüttein Sie die Substanz gut. Schütten Sie den Lack
in den Behälter der Pistole, ohne diesen ganz zu füllen
(höchstens zu 3/4). Vermengen Sie die Farbe gut, indem
Sie es mit einem Stäbchen umrühren (D).
Verdünnen Sie das Mittel nach den Herstellerangabenn.
Falls erforderlich nach und nach VERDÜNNUNGSMITTEL
HINZUFÜGEN, NACHDEM AUF PAPIER
ODER EINEM HOLZBRETT PROBEN DURCHGEFÜHRT
WORDEN SIND. Wenn die Farbe richtig verdünnt ist, kann
die ganze Lackdose verdünnt werden.
Zur Ermittlung des genauen Viskositätsgrades..
LACKIERPISTOLE HVPL
Den Behälter der Pistole anbringen und gut befestigen.
Zum Anschluß des Schlauches an den Pistolengriff (E). Zur
Auswahl des gewünschten Strahles den Fleglerring (F - 1),
lockern und durch Klippen der Düse (F - 2) die richtige
Position einstellen, wobei zur Auswahl stehen (G):
HH Waagerechter Strahl
VV Senkrechter Strahl
CC Rundstrahl
Auf der Dichtung (G - 1) befinden sich 4 Kennmarkenn, die bei
der Positionierung der Drosseldüse (G - 2),behil-flich
sind.
Sie wird im unteren Bereich von einem hervorstehenden
Federkeil fest in ihrem Sitz gehalten.
Nach der Einstellung des gewünschten Sprühtyps den
Reglerring wieder festziehen. (G - 3).
DiewaagerechtenundsenkrechtenStrahle(HH-VV)sollten
bei großen Oberflächen eingesetzt werden. Der Rundstrahl
(CC) hingegen wird bei kleinen Gegenständen oder für schwer
zugängliche Stellen (wie Ecken, Kanten etc.) benutzt.
FUNKTIONSWEISE UND GEBRAUCH DES LACKIERGERÄT
Der Zerstäuber versorgt die Pistole mit der zu ihrem Betrieb
notwendigen Druckluft. Die Luft strömt ständig aus der Drosseldüse
aus, der lack wird nur bei Betätigung des Drückers versprüht.
Starten
Den Zerstäuber durch Betätigung des Schalters ON/OFF tarten.

funktionsweise und gebrauch der lackierpistole
Der strahl kann sehr leicht auf folgende weise eingestellt
werden:
-
Die Stellschraube komplett festziehen (H - 1);
(nach rechts drehren).
-
Den Drücker (H - 2) betätigen und dabei langsam die
Lackierschraube
(H - 1) soweit öffnen, bis die gewünschte
Menge an Lackfarbe austritt.
-Die Pistole mußmit regelmäßigen Bewegungen geführt
und dabei stets im SELBEN ABSTAND (10 bis 30 cm je
nach Einstellung und der Art des verwendeten Lacks)
und vor allen Dingen Immer parallel zur lackierten
Oberfläche oder zum lacklerten Gegenstand gehalten
werden.(I - 1).
Achtung!
Es darf niemals mit drehenden Bewegungen gesprüht
werden, da hierunter die Qualität des Lacküberzuges
leiden könnte

.
Bei jeder Richtungsumkehr, d.h. am
Ende einer Hinbewegung den Drücker loslassen und bei
Beginn der Rückwärtsbewegung wieder drücken. Hierdurch
werden besonders bei großen, flachen Oberflächen
Vereinigungsspuren vermieden, die auf einen zweiten
Duechgang zurückzuführen sind
(L).
Das Schwenken muß bei einem senkrechten Strahl (VV) in
waagerechter Richtung und bei einem horizontalen Strahl
(HH) entsprechend in senkrechter Richtung erfolgen. Der
Rundstrahl (CC) erfordert einen größeren Abstand zum
lackierten Gegenstand. AUF JEDEN FALL SOLLTEN VOR
DEM EIGENTLICHEN LACKIERVORGANG PROBEN AUF
PAPIER ODER HOLZBRETTERN DURCHGEFÜHRT WERDEN.
ANDERE EINSATZMÖGLICHKEITEN DES GRAFFITY
Durch das Anschlußstück auf dem Schlauch wird der
Turbokompressor als Gebläse oder Luftpumpe für Matratzen
oder andere aufpumpbare Gegenstände nutzbar gemacht.
WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG DES GRAFFITY
Der zerstäuber bedarf eines mindestmasses an wartung.
Ziehen Sie vorher den Stromstecker des Gerätes.
Reinigung des Kastens mit einem sauberen Tuch (das im
Bedarfstall angefeuchtet oder in Alkohol getränkt werden kann)
WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG DER LACKIERPISTOLE
Die pistole muss unmittelbar nach dem gebrauch grundlich
gereinigt werden, sollte der lack im innern der pietole
antrocknen, wird die reinigung sehr viel schwieriger und
man geht das risiko ein, dass die pistole danach nicht mehr
gebrauchsfähig ist. Verwenden sie den vom lackhersteller
empfohlenen verdünner (oder ein lösungsmittel).

Den Behälter der Pistole entfernen.

Den restlichen Lack in seinen ursprünglichen Behälter
zurückgießen und diesen luftdicht schließen, da sich so
der Lack länger hält.

(Ein wenig) Verdünner in den Behälter gießen, die Pistole
leicht schütteln und den Verdünner in ein Reinigungsgefäß
zerstäuben. Dieses so oft wiederholen, bis der austretende
verdünner vollkommen sauber ist.

Sämtliche Lackspuren im und außen am Behälter
entfernen.

Die Dichtung, die sich unter der Behälterabdeckung
befindet, reinigen.
