MILA CRYSTAL TABLE LAMP BASE – ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
For safet purposes, this lamp is equipped with a polarized
plug (one blade is wider than the other). If the plug does not
fit securel into our outlet, do not force it - contact a
professional electrician. Use the plug with an extension cord
onl if it can be full inserted into the cord's socket. Never
alter the plug in an wa . This fixture has been rated for up
to one 13W max CFL bulb (included) or one 60W max T pe A
standard bulb. To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed the
recommended wattage.
WARNINGS:
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires as a bad connection ma result. Do not connect
electricit until our lamp is full assembled. To reduce the
risk of fire, electrical shock, or personal injur , alwa s turn
off the lamp and allow it to cool prior to replacing the
lightbulb. Do not touch bulb when fixture is turned on or look
directl at lit bulb. Keep flammable materials awa from lit
bulb.
DO NOT REMOVE THE CARDBOARD INSULATOR SURROUNDING THE SOCKET.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY AND HAS NO PLAY VALUE.

Keep cord at least 3 feet awa from cribs, bassinets, and
toddler beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 ears
of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION:
1. Carefull remove all parts from the box and remove
plastic covering.
2. Place the lamp base (F) on tabletop carefull .
3. Insert the harp (B) into the saddle (E) .
4. Insert the CFL Bulb (C) or (1) 60W t pe A bulb into the
threaded socket (D).
5. Attach a shade (sold seperatel ) to harp and screw on the
finial (A) to secure the shade.
6. Attach rubber feet (G) to the base to protect the tabletop.
7. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test the lamp.
8. Assembl is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wipe clean with a soft, dr cloth.
Do not use polishes or cleaners, as it ma damage the finish.
