ALTHEA SHORT TABLE LAMP - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This lamp has been rated for one (1) 8.8-watt Type E26 A19 LED
lightbulb (included), one (1) 13-watt Self-Ballasted lightbulb (not
included) or one (1) 9-watt LED lightbulb (not included). To avoid the
risk of re, do not exceed the recommended wattage.
WARNINGS
All wires are connected. When unpacking, be careful not to pull
wires, as a bad connection may result. Do not connect electricity
until your lamp is fully assembled. To reduce the risk of fire, electrical
shock or personal injury, always turn off lamp and allow it to cool
prior to replacing the lightbulb. Do not touch or look directly at the
bulb when lamp is illuminated. Keep flammable materials away from
lit bulb.
THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A TOY AND HAS NO
PLAY VALUE.
WARNING: STRANGULATION HAZARD
Keep cord at least 3 feet away from cribs, bassinets, and toddler
beds. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
1. Please wear White Gloves (E) before installation to avoid dirtying
Lamp Body (D).
2. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic
coverings.
3. Place Lamp Body (D) on the table.
4. Loosen Socket Ring (B) from the socket.
5. Place Shade (C) (packed separately) onto the socket. Secure in
place with Socket Ring (B).
6. Insert Bulb (A) into the socket.
7. Remove Protective Plug Cover (F) from the power cord.
8. Plug into proper electrical outlet and test lamp.
9. Assembly is complete.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Do not use polishes or cleaners on the lamp. Wipe clean with a soft,
dry cloth.
