CONFIGURATION 1: 5 TIER RACKING UNIT
STEP 1:
Begin by slotting a Side Beam into
an Upright Frame. You may use a
rubber mallet to tap it into the slot
gently. You may use a screwdriver
to guide the tabs into the slot.
STEP 2:
Using the same, simple technique
as STEP 1, assemble one shelf,
usually starting at the bottom. Two
Side Beams and two Front and
Back Beams connect the four
Upright Frames. Working upwards,
assemble additional shelves.
STEP 3:
Use the Upright Connectors to
connect the four remaining Upright
Frames on top of the lower four.

STEP 4:
Add the remaining shelves, using
the same technique as previously.
You may dictate the spacing of the
shelves as you wish, and the shelf
heights may be adjusted later if
required.
Once satisfied with the structure,
insert the MDF Boards, as the
bases of the shelves.
STEP 5:
Fit the Plastic Protective Feet onto
each post. There is one Protective
Foot for each corner, top and
bottom.

CONFIGURATION 2: WORKBENCH
STEP 1:
Insert the Side Beam into the
highest slot on the Upright Frame.
You may tap down gently with a
rubber mallet for ease.

STEP 2:
Ensure that the Side Beams are
level when tapping it into the
second Upright Frame. Attach
another Side Beam at your desired
height for the lower shelf.
STEP 3:
Repeat the Steps until you have
four assembled sides for your
workbenches.

STEP 4:
Use the long Front and Back
Beams to join the side frames
together. You will then have two
structures, as pictured. When
comfortable that the structures align
correctly and that the shelves are at
a suitable height, insert the MDF
boards as the bases of the shelves.
STEP 5:
Fit the Plastic Protective Feet onto
each post. There is one Protective
Foot for each corner, top and
bottom.
STEP 6:
You may use the remaining set of
Front and Back Beams to create an
additional shelf at a middle level
height of your choice. Fit the
remaining MDF board, as
previously.
STEP 7:
The workbenches may be used in
different configurations, to suit you
needs.

Connectors clip easily to hold two units together. For added safety and maximum stability, the Racking
Units may be fixed to the wall. The screws are not provided. Please arrange suitable hardware for fixing
to the wall, to best suit your personal requirements.
All weight loadings relate to UDL (Uniformly
Distributed Loads). The loading capacity will
be reduced if the shelves are loaded unevenly.
