Montieren Sie bitte wie folgt:
1. Drücken Sie die vier Abschlussstopfen in das längere Ende der beiden Standrohre ein.
2. Verschrauben Sie die Kreuzstreben mit Schraube und Hülsenmutter lose zusammen.
3. Stellen Sie sich 4 Hülsenmuttern , 4 Schrauben , einen Seitenrahmen und das Kreuz bereit.
4. Wichtig! Die Außenseiten der Seitenrahmen erkennt man an der Stanzvertiefung der Bohrungen! Das Bohrbild der
Seitenrahmen (gesehen von der Außenseite) ist oben aus der Mitte nach links L und unten aus der Mitte nach rechts R
versetzt, entsprechend muss die Kreuzstrebe mit der Lasche links oben und rechts unten verschraubt werden. Dieses gilt für
alle Tischgestelle Eiermann 2, egal ob exzentrisch oder mittig!
5. Halten Sie dabei mit der linken Hand oben die Kreuzstrebe und den Seitenrahmen so zusammen, dass das Kreuz auch unten
am Seitenrahmen mit der Lasche anliegt und sich am anderen Ende auf dem Boden “abstützt“. Achtung! Legen Sie an diese
Stelle ein Stück Pappe der Verpackung, damit der Boden bzw. das Kreuz nicht verkratzt.
6. Drehen Sie jetzt die Schrauben und Hülsenmuttern oben und dann die unten lose mit einem Schlitzschraubendreher
zusammen. Nehmen Sie den zweiten Seitenrahmen und wiederholen diesen Schritt. Positionieren Sie das Gestell an
seinem Platz.
7. Drücken Sie in die Verlängerungen die Abschlussstopfen ein. Alternativ verwenden Sie den Gummistopfensatz (muss
separat bestellt werden) und setzen diesen mit etwas Gleitmittel (z. Bsp. Spülmittel) in die Verlängerungen ein.
8. Prüfen Sie ob die Verlängerungen in die Seitenrahmen passen. Sollte die Verlängerung etwas zuviel “Spiel“ haben und im
Seitenrahmen klappern umwickeln sie die Stangen an jeweils 2 Stellen mit etwas “Tesafilm“ bis sie formschlüssig in die Rahmenrohre
passen.
9. Legen Sie jetzt die Höhe der Platte fest. Dazu stecken Sie die Feststellwinkel in die Bohrungen der Verlängerungen …im
obersten Loch ist der Tisch 725mm hoch, dann im Raster 35mm steigend. Jetzt stecken Sie die Verlängerungen mit den
Feststellwinkeln in die Seitenrahmen. Achtung! Verwenden Sie die Verlängerung maximal im dritten Loch, da der Tisch sonst
instabil wird.
10. Legen Sie die Tischplatte auf und prüfen ob die Seitenrahmen gerade stehen. Sollten Sie die Rahmen nachjustieren müssen,
ziehen Sie diese dazu vorsichtig oben etwas auseinander oder drücken sie zusammen.
11. Zum Schluss ziehen Sie alle Schrauben und Hülsenmuttern fest an.

12. Sollte der Boden sehr uneben sein, verwenden Sie den Niveauausgleichsatz, den man separat bestellen kann.

Please follow these instructions to assemble your Eiermann Table Frame:
1. Push the four threaded stoppers into the longer ends of the left and right leg frames.
2. Loosely screw the cross-brace pieces together using the Allen bolt and a sleeve nut .
3. Have four sleeve nuts four bolts , one of the leg frames and one of the leg frames to hand.
4. Wichtig! Attention: the outer side of the leg frames carries punched, counter-sunk drillings on the horizontals! The drilling
pattern (seen from the outside face of the leg frame) is offset to the left of the midline on the upper horizontal and to the
right of the midline on the lower horizontal. Therefore, each cross-brace must run downwards to the right of the centre line
and upwards to the left of the centre line if it is to engage correctly with the leg frame horizontals. This is the case for all
Eiermann 2 table frames, whether regular or offset!
5. Using your left hand, hold the cross-brace and the leg frame together, so that the each tube cross-brace comfortably engages
with the tabs on the top and bottom horizontal of the leg frame and so that the other end of the cross-brace is just touching
the floor. Attention! Place a piece of cardboard from the packaging under the cross-brace where it touches the floor, to avoid
any scratches.
6. Now, using a screwdriver, screw the bolts and the sleeve nuts loosely together. Take the second leg frame, repeat the
previous step and again screw the bolts and sleeve nuts loosely together. Place the table frame in the desired position.
7. Take the extension tubes and push the threaded stoppers in. Alternatively, use the rubber stopper set (must be
purchased separately), using a little lubricant (e.g. washing up liquid ) to ease it into the tube.
8. Check the fit of the extension tubes in leg frames: If the extension has a bit too much "play" and rattles in the side frame, you
can reduce the thickness by wrapping sellotape around them.
9. Now, determine the height of the table top. Place the adjustment keys in the pre-drilled holes in the extension tubes. In
the top hole, the table top will have a height of 725mm. The table top can be adjusted in 35mm increments. Now place the
extension tubes, with the adjustment keys in place, into the leg frames. Attention: only use up to the third hole on the
extension tubes, otherwise the table will become unstable.
10. Place the table top on the frame and check whether the leg frames are square. The frame can be squared manually by
carefully pulling the leg frames apart or pushing them together.
11. Finally, tighten up all four Allen bolts.

13. To fix the table top or place it at an angle, please use the fixing kit (also available separately).
