Note:Please use and maintain this equipment strictly according to operation regulations of
instruction manual ,prohibit to open and disassemble during warranty period ,
otherwise any damage of this equipment or parts shall NOT be warranty and any
repair or replacement of parts will be chargeable. This instruction manual is subjected

Safety Information for Machine Operation
In order to avoid unexpected accident of personnel and reduce the frequency of
damages to equipment, please read carefully the relative safety items of this instruction
manual before switching on power supply.
1. When operating with corrosive product,please pay attention to avoid the product touching
or splashing to the equipment and operators.
2. Do not use this equipment in places where there is vibration or easy be collided.
3. When the equipment is in operation, operator must pay attention not to get in contact with
any moving part of the machine.
4. When installing the equipment, pay attention to avoid approaching overheated or
combustible materials.
5. The equipment must be kept dry and earth/ground wire must be connected to equipment at
all time for the safety of operators.
6. Operator should keep his body and spirit in normal condition,if has taken some medicines,
such as alcohol,soporific or other drugs which may injure mental state,he must stop to
operate the equipment.
7. Operator shall wear proper clothing and avoid injury caused by clothing of operator is
involved in moving parts or placing unrelated matter on the equipment.
8. If any abnormal phenomenon and noise is found during operation, please immediately stop
the equipment and carry out inspection.
9. Do not adjust the parts of equipment at discretion except engineering and technical
personnel.
10. Maintain the equipment regularly(once / week)and avoid water or any liquid splashing
electronic control box or other electrical parts when cleaning it.
11. Please keeping the equipment surface nattily and operate it according to normal working
process.

2.Label specifications
A clearance space of more than 2mm must be provided between labels in order to be
scanned by electronic eye of labeler.
3. Specification of Power Supply:
Voltage Specification :AC220V±2%, 50 / 60HZ, Single-Phase;

4. Printer Specification(Option item):
DH-7R Heat Coder ,printing speed is 0 ~110 time/min. and the detailed operation
instructions may refer to instruction manual of coder.
5. Labeling Speed:0~21 m/min.

7.Labeling Precision:Front/Back 1.0mm ; Top/Bottom 1.0mm
II. Installation
1. Adjustment of Height and Level of Equipment:
1#:Adjusting the Level of Conveyor Belt:
The level may be adjusted when adjusting feet bolts of the equipment and we suggest
using leveling instrument as auxiliary measurement.

2. Connection of Electrical Box and Control Box:
Connect the plugs /group sockets of electrical box and control box according to
number of pins within the connector,the sensitive electronic sensors is also connected
and the electrical apparatus must be earth or grounded
3. Connection of Power Supply:
Connect the main power supply according to specifications of electrical devices,
if the power supply fluctuation is too much, a voltage regulator should be installed before
the supply to the main equipment . All power supply must be properly connected to
earth.
III. Functional Description and Troubleshoot
1. Description of Controlled MENU on Touch Screen:
There are totally three MENU on touch screen ,the first is brief
introduction of products and contact telephone of company ;the second is
operation condition of the equipment and display of production control
information and the third is setup, modification, memory and invoke of
parameters, such as operation and labeling of the equipment ,that is
described as below:

Label output frequency:it means the label speed, and it indicate the real-time speed of
conveyor.Can not put data here.
Labeling quantity:the data show the produce volume for certain period time, can not be
changed while labeling.
Zero:Press “Zero”on the display, the production volume will be reset to zero.
ON :press it to start the machine working.
Conveyor belt motor OFF/ON:press it to test the conveyor running.
One coding:the printer jog.(if the machine have the printer.)

One Label output:press “one label output” label head system output once label. It is use to
test the label step motor.
Labeling test: it is same to--one label output.
Label delay:the sensor of object to start,delay the time (setting time)later,the step motor
working off label output,labeling the object position where you want to.
Label length setting:As the distance from head end of label to electronic eye of label,the
value scope is 0 - 300,units:mm,touch the number with finger can
enter keyboard input method and the value can be fine adjusted to
change hanging label length by pressing keys of number.
Check label position :As the time length from electronic eye inspecting object to start
outputting Label, touch the number at right side of labeling position with
finger can enter keyboard input method and the value can be fine adjusted
by pressing keys of number.

1. Adjustment of Labeler:
After completing adjustment of side guides,adjust the two turning handles as shown
below; according to the height and label dispensing position for the object to be label to pass
through. The operation and movement should be stable and smooth.

3. label installment:
Take extra caution on the position A and B as shown below
(1):Label flows direction when label winding is on the inside.
(2):Label flows direction when label winding is on the outside.
When passing through label,please pull and loosen label paper appropriately and then
tension the label paper with turning label wheel spindle C after passing through.
4. Adjust Tightness When Pulling Paper:
Adjust positions of fillet wheel D and press plate E(refer to label installation diagrams
DE)and then make label position of dispensing plate smooth as diagram below.
5. Adjust Electronic Sensor : ( User need not adjust it again because it has been
adjusted before leaving factory in normal condition)
①Sensitivity Adjustment:Move the objects of electronic sensor and reflector plate, adjust
sensitive adjusting knob of electronic sensor to minimal counterclockwise,adjust it clockwise
to indicating lamp bright and then turn hemicycle again ,this is optimum position and the
standard is no secondary signal outputting when labeling object passing electronic sensor.
②The position of electronic sensor should not be changed at discretion because it is
relative with memory data.

6. Adjust Electronic Sensor of Label:(User need not adjust it again because it has been
adjusted before leaving factory in normal condition)
①When the label sensor aim at the label, turn the statoscope button of the sensor
clockwise till red light off and yellow light on, and then turn the statoscope button
anti-clockwise 360 °, at this moment the red light on and yellow light off, that means the
sensor work normally. Please note that there is no secondary signal outputting while one label
passing label sensor.
②If adjust position of label electronic sensor,only to loosen knob of electronic
sensor, because the position is relative with saved data and other parameters should be
adjusted correspondingly after changing.
IV. Basic Operation of Control Panel
Switch on the main supply (located at bottom of conveyor belt),touch screen will
display the first MENU after 1~2 minutes.
press the button to enter the next page, If needs to input the target quantity, press button
to enter the third MENU , sees the chapter for operation.
After enters the second MENU, This time product serial number means the
number which needs to produce, press stop to start the belt. press stop labeling to start
labeling. press stop print to start printing.
If it is first time uses this machine, it needs to enter the third MENU; in this page you can
set the speed, position of print data, and so on. please refer to above chapter for detail
operation .
