SAFETY INFORMATION
These instructions should be handed over to the
person carrying out the installation.
• Only a qualied, trained and competent technician should carry out
installation work.
• The device should only be used with approved accessories and spares.
• Do not exceed the Working Load Limit (WWL) – when used with other
accessories make sure that the Working Load Limit of any component is
not exceeded.
• Care should be taken when lifting and moving – the combined weight of
the device and any accessory should be within safe manual handling limits.
• Care should be taken when transporting that injury is not caused - make
sure the device and any attached accessory is correctly secured.
• All equipment should be visually inspected before use and in the event of
any damage, it must be immediately taken out of service and assessed by a
competent person.
• Any suspended accessory must be independently secured with an
approved safety wire/s. Local laws or regulations should be consulted
regarding the additional safety of hanging equipment
• When working at elevated heights or under a suspended load, make sure
that all necessary precautions have been taken.
• Only install the approved projectors into the Air Frame, as listed in the User
Guide. Attempting to install projectors other than those listed in the User
Guide may result in serious injury.
• Do not use the Air Frame outdoors. The Air Frame should not be installed
where it can be exposed to wind or rain.
• Do not expose the Air Frame to moisture or excessive heat.
• Do not install the Air Frame on unstable surfaces.
• Do not hang the Air Frame from unstable, unsafe or inappropriate objects/
structures. Ensure the structure can support the overall weight.
• When stacking Air Frames, ENSURE all four locking pins are securely
positioned through the adjoining male and female Air Frame stacking
connectors.

SAFETY INFORMATION
These instructions should be handed over to the
person carrying out the installation.
• Do not install an Air Frame whilst people are under the hanging area.
• Do not make adjustments to a hanging Air Frame or Atom Grip whilst
people are under the hanging area.
• A Minimum of TWO people should be used to lift, carry and install the Air
Frame with a projector installed.
• Thorough examination of lifting equipment must take place at least every
12 months by a qualied technician.
In addition to these scheduled examinations, equipment will require a thorough
examination following:
• Any accident or dangerous occurrence.
• Any signicant change in conditions of use.
• Any long periods of inaction.
• Each time the equipment is used.

SWIVEL COUPLER
SAFETY INFORMATION
Before attaching the Swivel Couplers to the Air Frame please read the
following safety information:
1. Swivel Couplers MUST ONLY be attached to the Air Frame in
the APPROVED LOCATIONS (See pages 7-12 for details on the
approved locations)
2. DO NOT attach Swivel Couplers to any other part of the frame
other than those highlighted in Images 1, 2 and 3.
3. The approved locations should only be used for the correct
orientation. Please be aware, not all approved locations can be
used in all orientations – DO NOT use the oor projection
approved locations for landscape projection.
4. Please note, Swivel Couplers MUST NOT be attached to the
front removable bar.
5. Always use FOUR Swivel Couplers to suspend the Air Frame.
6. Any suspended accessory must be independently secured with
an approved SAFETY WIRE/S. Local laws or regulations should
be consulted regarding the additional safety of hanging
equipment.
7. Only stack a MAXIMUM of THREE Air Frames (AF02-X10), when
suspending with Swivel Couplers.
8. If you wish to use Rigtec Swivel Couplers with a third party
frame, please consult the third party frame user guide or
contact the manufacturer for important safety information
such as the approved hanging locations.

ATTACHING RIGTEC
SWIVEL COUPLERS
To hang an Air Frame in Landscape Orientation with the Rigtec
Swivel Couplers, follow these instructions:
1. Measure the distance between the two truss chords that will be
used to hang the Air Frame.
2. Using the 32mm clamps, attach two Swivel Couplers at the
measured distance apart on the upper side bar. Repeat this on
the other upper side bar so all FOUR Swivel Couplers are attached.
3. Ensure the 32mm clamps are tight by tightening the 32mm
Clamp Thumb Screws and hang the Quick Trigger Clamps from
the Truss.
4. Ensure all four Quick Trigger Clamps are tightened to grip the
Truss chords by tightening the Quick Trigger Clamp Handles.
Always use FOUR Swivel Couplers to suspend the Air Frame
Any suspended accessory must be independently secured with an
approved safety wire/s. Local laws or regulations should be consulted
regarding the additional safety of hanging equipment

ATTACHING RIGTEC
SWIVEL COUPLERS
To hang an Air Frame in Portrait Orientation with the Rigtec Swivel
Couplers, follow these instructions:
1. Measure the distance between the two truss chords that will be
used to hang the Air Frame.
2. Using the 32mm clamps, attach two Swivel Couplers at the
measured distance apart on the upper side bar. Repeat this on
the lower side bar so all FOUR Swivel Couplers are attached on
the same side of the Air Frame.
3. Ensure the 32mm clamps are tight by tightening the 32mm
Clamp Thumb Screws and hang the Quick Trigger Clamps from
the Truss.
4. Ensure all four Quick Trigger Clamps are tightened to grip the
Truss chords by tightening the Quick Trigger Clamp Handles.
Always use FOUR Swivel Couplers to suspend the Air Frame
The Removable Front Bar MUST be in place and secured when
the Air Frame is hanging in a portrait orientation.
Any suspended accessory must be independently secured with an
approved safety wire/s. Local laws or regulations should be consulted
regarding the additional safety of hanging equipment

ATTACHING RIGTEC
SWIVEL COUPLERS
To hang an Air Frame in Floor Projection Orientation with the Rigtec
Swivel Couplers, follow these instructions:
1. Measure the distance between the two truss chords that will be
used to hang the Air Frame.
2. Using the 32mm clamps, attach two Swivel Couplers at the
measured distance apart to the upper back bar. Repeat this on
the lower back bar so all FOUR Swivel Couplers are attached.
3. Ensure the 32mm clamps are tight by tightening the 32mm
Clamp Thumb Screws and hang the Quick Trigger Clamps from
the Truss.
4. Ensure all four Quick Trigger Clamps are tightened to grip the
Truss chords by tightening the Quick Trigger Clamp Handles.
Always use FOUR Swivel Couplers to suspend the Air Frame
Any suspended accessory must be independently secured with an
approved safety wire/s. Local laws or regulations should be consulted
regarding the additional safety of hanging equipment

SAFETY
STEEL CABLES
The installer bears the responsibility to ensure the Air Frame is
suspended in a safe and secure fashion. Safety Steel Cables must
be applied to suspended Air Frames according to local regulations
and standards. For more information on safely suspending
equipment please consult local laws and regulations.
The installer must ensure safety cables are the correct length,
format and strength - No drop distance is allowed or must be
limited as much as possible.
Please follow these instructions and diagrams when choosing
where to position Safety Steel Cables on Rigtec Air Frames:
1. Landscape Orientation; Please loop safety steel cables around
the suspending truss and through the Air Frame, around the
Side Bars.
2. Portrait Orientation; Please loop safety steel cables around the
suspending truss and through the Air Frame, around the Side
Bars.
3. Floor Projection Orientation; Please loop safety steel cables
around the suspending truss and through the Air Frame,
around the Back Bars.
DO NOT USE THE REMOVABLE FRONT BAR FOR ATTACHING A
SAFETY STEEL CABLE
