まえがき
このたびは、理研の手動ポンプをお買いあげいただき、誠にありがとうございます。この取扱説明書は、
本機の取扱方法、注意事項や故障対策などについて説明してあります。初めてお使いいただく方はもち
ろんのこと、すでにご使用になられた経験をお持ちの方でも、この説明書をよくお読みになり、内容を
十分理解された上で、この説明書を常に手元に置いて本機をご使用ください。
安全に関するご注意
本機を安全にご使用いただくには、正しい操作と定期的な点検が不可欠です。
この取扱説明書に示されている安全に関する注意事項をよくお読みになり、十分に理解されるまでは
本機の操作を行わないでください。
この説明書では、お守りいただかないと人身事故につながるおそれのある警告事項は
また、本機の破損や故障につながるおそれのある注意事項は という見だしのもとに掲げ
ております。
(1) 作動油が飛散したとき、重大な被害の生じるおそれのある場所では使用できません。 特に、火
気の近くでは使用しないでください。
(2) 本機を改造してはいけません。理研の推奨していない改造は、安全上問題となることがありま
す。改造する場合は、事前に当社にご相談ください。 許可の無い改造には、当社は責任を負い
かねます。
(3) 空気弁を閉じたまま使用されますと、作動油が戻る時に油タンク内部の圧力が上昇し、油タン
クが破損し人身事故につながるおそれがあります。
(4) 規定量以上の作動油を油タンクに戻すと内部圧力が上昇し、油タンクが破損し人身事故につな
がるおそれがあります。
(5) 本機の最高使用圧力は７０ＭＰａです。安全装置としての高圧安全弁は、出荷時７３ＭＰａに
調整してありますので絶対にこれ以上に調整しないで下さい。
(6) 最高使用圧力７０ＭＰａ未満の油圧機器にご使用の際は、高圧安全弁を使用される圧力に下げ
てご使用ください。下げないと機器が破損します。
(7) シリンダを用いての重量物のジャッキダウンやワイヤの緊張解除などの際に、急激にポンプの
圧力を抜きますと、荷が落下したり、はねたりして、人身事故につながるおそれがあります。
このような使用の場合には、バルブなどが必要になりますので、事前に当社までご連絡くださ
い。
(8) シリンダは、必ず仕様出力以内でご使用ください。規定圧力以上に内圧が上がりますと、シリ
ンダやホースが破損し事故を起こすおそれがあります。
(9) シリンダの許容偏荷重は、最大出力の２．５％です。それ以上の偏荷重がかかりますとピスト
ンが曲がったり、シリンダが転倒したりしてシリンダが破損するおそれがあります。
(10) 加圧時は絶対に高圧ホースを手で握らないでください。手で握った状態で高圧ホースが破損す
ると高圧の作動油が瞬時に噴き出し、手に穴があくほどのけがをするおそれがあります。
(11) 袋ナット使用のカプラ (Ｓ－１，２，５）は、手で袋ナットを根元まで完全に締めてください。
図のように隙間が開いていると、シリンダがスムーズに作動しません。複動シリンダ使用時に、
引側のカップラが不完全な接続の状態で、押側に圧力をかけると、引側には倍圧がかかり、カ
ップラ、シリンダ、高圧ホースなどが破損や飛散し、人身事故を引き起こすおそれがあります。
(12) ピストンを出したまま給油しますと、ピストンが戻ったときにタンク内の油があふれ出ること
があります。また、タンクが破損し、人身事故を起こすおそれがあります。

(13) 作動油が目に入った場合は、清浄な水で最低１５分間洗浄した後、医師の手当を受けてくださ
い。また皮膚に付着した場合は、水と石けんで洗ってください。
(14) 高圧ホースは消耗部品です。外観上は何ら異常が認められない状態であっても、内部に傷やピ
ンホールなどが発生しているかもしれません。寿命までに達しなくても使用状況などを考慮し
て定期的に交換してください。何か疑問がありましたら、当社までご連絡ください。
(1) 低圧安全弁は絶対に調節しないでください。
(2) ピストンをストロークエンドで突き上げての使用は避けてください。
(3) ＲＯＣタイプとＶＣタイプは、Ｓ－＊タイプとは構造が異なり、１２ページ b)の作業を行って
はいけません。無理に押したりたたいたりすると、カップラが破損し、作動油が流れなくなり
ます。
(4) 作動油は、一般作動油のＩＳＯ ＶＧ３２ (理研パワーオイル、又は同等品）をお使いくださ
い。リン酸エステル、水－グリコール、ｗ/ｏエマルジョン系作動油は使用できません。パッキ
ンの劣化及び機器の腐食などにより、本機が故障します。ご使用の場合には、当社にご連絡く
ださい。
(5) 廃棄される廃油（作動油）は「産業廃棄物」に該当しますので、自治体の許可を得ている産業
廃棄物収集業者、または産業廃棄物処理業者に委託して廃棄してください。

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF RIKEN HYDRAULIC POWER EQUIPMENT!!
This operation manual explains operation procedures, warnings and cautions, and trouble shootings for
RIKEN manual-operated Hydraulic Pump Model P-1B/P-1D and its peripherals.
Before operation, requested to read this manual carefully, and understand the contents
thoroughly. This manual should be in a safe place but accessible for reference during operation.
Cautions Regarding Safety
To use this pump safely, correct operations and periodical checking shall be requested.
Do not operate this pump before you read and understand safety instructions thoroughly shown in this
manual.
And follow , this mark is used to prevent from causing property losses or damages,
also follow , this mark is used to prevent from causing personal injury.
Ensure to follow above important warnings for safety. Switch the power off if abnormal condition
happens, and contact the sales agent.
(1) Do not use in areas where severe damage may occur should hydraulic oil leak or escape.
Specifically, do not use near flammable materials due to the risk of injury and fire.
(2) DO NOT MODIFY THIS PUMP. Do not modify this pump. If any modification is required,
consult RIKEN or authorized agents of RIKEN before modification. RIKEN will assume no
responsibility for modifications performed without permission.
(3) If operating this pump with air valve closed when returning the working oil to the tank, the
internal pressure in the tank could rise more than capacity. Ensure that air valve opened to
prevent damage to occur to the tank or personal injury.
(4) When returning the oil to the tank, do not exceed the tank capacity. The internal pressure in
the tank could rise more than capacity causing damage to occur to the tank or personal injury.
(5) The maximum output pressure of these pumps is 70 MPa. For safety, each pump is factory
fitted with a high pressure safety valve adjusted to 73 MPa. Do not allow the safety valve to be
increased a level higher than 73 MPa.
(6) When using hydraulic equipments which working pressure is less than 70 MPa with this pump,
either lower the setting of the high pressure safety valve and adjust the pressure switch to
match the working pressure of the equipments. Be warned failure to lower settings could
result in the equipment damage.
(7) Releasing the pressure suddenly from the jacking up cylinder or wire strand occurs to dropping
or bouncing of the loads, and it happens to personal injury. Consult RIKEN or RIKEN’s
authorized agents regarding a suitable valve to prevent that.
(8) Ensure to use the cylinders not exceeding the rated pressure capacity. If the pressure
exceeds the rated capacity, the cylinders and nylon hoses could damage, and occurs to
personal injury.
(9) The allowable tilt on the cylinder piston should be less than 2.5%. If applying more than 2.5%,
the piston might be bent or the cylinder tube could be damaged.
(10) Do place hands or other body parts near areas where hydraulic oil is being dispersed as high
pressure oil may penetrate the skin and cause serious injury. Do not touch the high pressure
hose pressured and around that.

(11) Tighten the bag nut of the coupler (S-1, 2, 5) by hand completely until the base of the nut head.
The cylinder will not operate smoothly if a gap exists as shown in the illustration below. When
the coupler of the pull side is not completely connected during the use of a double-acting
cylinder, unallowable excessive pressure will be generated in the pull side when exerting
pressure on the push side. This causes damage to or dispersion of the coupler, cylinder, or high
pressure hose, and may result in serious bodily injury.
(12) Do not apply the oil to the tank with the cylinder piston extended. The oil might flow out from
the tank when the piston intends, it occurs to the tank damage or personal injury.
(13) If oil enters the eye, thoroughly flush the eye with sterile water immediately for at least 15
minutes before consulting a doctor. Also, if oil contacts the skin, wash thoroughly with water
and soap.
(14) The high pressure hose is a consumable item. Even if the hose exterior appears to be in good
condition, it is possible internal damage such as pin holes have been used combined with
specific application conditions. This might mean replacing the hose even if the life span has
not fully expired. Contact RIKEN or RIKEN’s authorized agents if any problem or question.
(1) Do not adjust the low pressure safety valve for safety.
(2) Do not apply additional pressure when the piston rod is fully extended.
(3) The structure of ROC-type, VC-type couplers is different from S-＊type couplers, procedure
of page 12 b) occurs to malfunction of equipment. Be sure not to press ROC-type, VC-type
couplers strongly, it might disturb oil flow.
(4) Use ISO VG32 hydraulic working oil only. Phosphate ester, water-glycol and w/o
emersion oil should not be used. The packing seal occurs to deteriorate and the equipment
will be failure. Consult RIKEN or RIKEN's authorized agents if use of these oils required.
(5) Waste oil generated by the pump is classified as an “Industrial Waste Product”. Consult the
local regulatory agencies and dispose of the oil through a licensed industrial waste collection
agency or industrial waste processing agency.

1. 概要Outlines
(1) 本機は、シリンダなどの油圧アクチュエータを作動させるための手動油圧ポンプです。
This machine is a hydraulic pump which operates an actuator like cylinder.
(2) 屋内仕様になっていますので、雨水のかかるところでは使用できません。
This pump should be used indoors. Do not use outdoors or the place where pump is exposed to
precipitation or other inclement weather conditions.
(3) 周囲温度は、０～４０℃にてご使用ください。
Use in areas where the surrounding temperature is 0℃to 40℃.
(4) 本機に使用する油圧機器は、理研製品をご選定ください。
Use RIKEN SEIKI/KIKI's genuine peripheral hydraulic power equipment only.
(5) 高圧ホース、高圧パイプ及び継手などは、最高使用圧力７０ＭＰａのものをご使用ください。
Use RIKEN's genuine high pressure nylon hoses, high pressure pipes and fittings, which
maximum operating pressure is 70MPa.
(6) 本機は消防法に適用していません。
This pump is not spark resistant and therefore should not be used in hazardous areas.
(7) 他の目的に改造しないでください。
Do not modify this pump for usage other than the intended usage.
作動油が飛散したとき、重大な被害の生じるおそれのある場所では使用できませ
ん。 特に火気の近くでは使用しないでください。

Reservoir
作動油を貯蔵する容器です。
Reservoir for the storage of hydraulic working oil.

レバー
Operation lever
上下に作動することにより、油が吐出します。
A lever to discharge oil by vertical operation.

空気弁
Air valve
油タンク内の空気を出入りさせて油の流れをスムーズにします。
Controls admission and emission of air inside the oil tank to create a smooth flow of hydraulic oil.

操作バルブ
Operation valve
開閉操作により油が吐出したり、タンクに戻ったりします。
Controls admission and emission of oil to the tank by opening or closing operation.

給油口（ﾚﾍﾞﾙｹﾞｰｼﾞ付）
Oil supply port with level gauge
ここから作動油の補給をします。油量を確認するレベルゲージが付いています。
Hydraulic oil is supplied from here.
The level gauge which checks the amount of oil is attached. Controls admission and emission of
oil to the tank by opening or closing operation.

機器や管などの破壊を防止するために、最高使用圧力を限定する弁です。
A valve to limit the maximum operating pressure in order to prevent damage to the machine and
piping.

シリンダを早送りさせる低圧圧力を限定する弁です。
A valve to limit the minimum pressure in order to control fast movement of cylinder.

方向制御弁（Ｐ－１Ｄ用）
4-way manual valve (For P-1D)
作動油の流れの方向を制御する弁です。
中央位置では、作動油をタンクへ戻します。
A valve controls the directions of the oil flow.
In the middle position, the working oil returns to the reservoir.

圧力計取付金具（Ｔ－５）
Pressure gauge adaptor (T-5)
圧力計を取り付ける金具です。
The pressure gauge is mounted on this adaptor.

4. ご使用上の注意事項 Cautions
本機を改造してはいけません。
理研の推奨していない改造は、安全上問題となることがあります。改造する場合は、
事前に当社にご相談ください。 許可の無い改造には、当社は責任を負いかねます。

空気弁の開閉
To open and close the air valve
使用時は、必ず空気弁を開いて使用してください。使用後及び移動時は、
閉じてください。空気弁を閉じたまま使用しますと、作動油の吸い込み
不良を起こします。
Be sure to open the air valve while using the pump. Also do close this
after use and in delivery.
Operation with air valve closed occurs to blocked oil suction.
空気弁を閉じたまま使用されますと、作動油が戻る時に油タンク内部の圧力が上昇
し、油タンクが破損し人身事故につながるおそれがあります。
If operating this pump with air valve closed when returning the working oil to
the tank, the internal pressure in the tank could rise more than capacity.
Ensure that air valve opened to prevent damage to occur to the tank or
personal injury.
規定量以上の作動油を油タンクに戻すと内部圧力が上昇し、油タンクが破損し人身
事故につながるおそれがあります。
When returning the oil to the tank, do not exceed the tank capacity. The
internal pressure in the tank could rise more than capacity causing damage
to occur to the tank or personal injury.

高圧安全弁の設定
To set the high pressure safety valve
高圧安全弁は、回路の最高使用圧力を限定する弁です。むやみに調整しないでください。
The high pressure safety valve is to limit the maximum operating pressure for safety, Do not
adjust this valve unnecessarily.
本機の最高使用圧力は７０ＭＰａです。安全装置としての高圧安全弁は、出荷時
７３ＭＰａに調整してありますので絶対にこれ以上に調整しないで下さい。
The maximum output pressure of these pumps is 70 MPa. For safety, each
pump is factory fitted with a high pressure safety valve adjusted to 73 MPa.
Do not allow the safety valve to be increased a level higher than 73 MPa.

最高使用圧力７０ＭＰａ未満の油圧機器にご使用の際は、高圧安全弁を使用される
圧力に下げてご使用ください。下げないと機器が破損します。
When using hydraulic equipments which working pressure is less than 70
MPa with this pump, either lower the setting of the high pressure safety valve
and adjust the pressure switch to match the working pressure of the
equipments. Be warned failure to lower settings could result in the
equipment damage.

高圧安全弁の調節方法
Adjusting the high pressure safety valve
a) 圧力計の取付け
To mount the pressure gauge
高圧ホースの先端またはポンプの吐出口に、圧力計取付金具を用いて圧力計を接続してください。
Mount the pressure gauge at the end of the hose or the pump outlet port using with the gauge
adaptor.
b) ビスの取り外し
To take the plug out
ドライバーを使って、ビスを左に回して外してください。
Turn the plug counter-clockwise to take out with a screw
driver.
c) 設定圧力のゼロ(0)化
To set the pressure to zero (0)
ドライバーを使って、調節ねじを左に回して緩めてください。
Turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise to loosen with a
screw driver.
d) 圧力の設定
To set the pressure
操作バルブを右方向に回して閉じてください。調節ねじを右
に少し回し、レバーを上下に作動させます。圧力計を見なが
ら希望する圧力になるまで繰り返してください。
Turn the operation valve clockwise thoroughly to shut. Turn
the adjustment screw clockwise slightly, then operate the lever
up and down. Repeat this procedure until the gauge
indicates aiming value, checking the pressure gauge.
低圧安全弁は絶対に調節しないでください。
Do not adjust the low pressure safety valve for safety.
e) ビスの取り付け
To mount the plug
圧力調節が終わりましたら、ビスを元の状態に取り付けてください。
Mount the plug in original position after adjustment of pressure.

重量物のジャッキダウン操作
To jack the heavy weights down
シリンダを用いての重量物のジャッキダウンやワイヤの緊張解除などの際に、急激
にポンプの圧力を抜きますと、荷が落下したり、はねたりして、人身事故につなが
るおそれがあります。このような使用の場合には、バルブなどが必要になりますの
で、事前に当社までご連絡ください。
Releasing the pressure suddenly from the jacking up cylinder or wire strand

injury. Consult RIKEN or RIKEN’s authorized agents regarding a suitable
valve to prevent that.

Peripherals
① シリンダ
Cylinder
a) 最高出力がシリンダ仕様の７０～８０％で、ご使用できるように余裕を持った機種をご選定くだ
さい。
Use at 70 to 80% capacity of the maximum output in each cylinder.
シリンダは、必ず仕様出力以内でご使用ください。規定圧力以上に内圧が上がりま
すと、シリンダやホースが破損し事故を起こすおそれがあります。
Ensure to use the cylinders not exceeding the rated pressure capacity. If
the pressure exceeds the rated capacity, the cylinders and nylon hoses
could damage, and occurs to personal injury.
b) 使用するストロークより余裕を持った長さのシリンダを選定してください。
A cylinder longer than the necessary stroke should be selected.
ピストンをストロークエンドで突き上げての使用は避けてください。
Do not apply additional pressure when the piston rod is fully extended.
c) シリンダには、垂直に荷重をかけ、バランスの悪い荷重をかけないでください。
Ensure to apply the loads on the cylinder vertically. Unbalanced loading occurs to personal injury.
シリンダの許容偏荷重は、最大出力の２．５％です。それ以上の偏荷重がかかりま
すとピストンが曲がったり、シリンダが転倒したりしてシリンダが破損するおそれ
があります。
The allowable tilt on the cylinder piston should be less than 2.5%. If
applying more than 2.5%, the piston might be bent or the cylinder tube could
be damaged.

② 高圧ホース
High Pressure Hoses
理研製品の７０ＭＰａ用高圧ホースをご使用ください。
高圧ホースには、ゴムホースとナイロンホースの 2種類があります。
Only use RIKEN’s genuine high pressure hose designed for a working pressure of 70MPa, the
rubber hose type and the nylon hose type are available.
a) 規定された最小曲げ半径以上でお使いください。また、高圧ホースに動きがある場合も、常に最
小曲げ半径以上を保つように取り付けてください。
Use a hose with equal to or greater the rated minimum curve radius (R). Also, install the hose so
that the rated minimum curve radius is maintained even when internal pressure causes the hose
to move.

b) 内圧により伸縮しますので、たわみを持たせて
取り付けてください。
The hose will expand and contract due to
internal pressure, so ensure slack exists when
installing the hose.
c) 高圧ホースが床面や物に接触している箇所で
は加圧時の伸縮、振動で高圧ホースが擦れます
のでサポートをするかクッションをして、高圧
ホースを保護してください。
Should the high pressure hose contact the floor
or another surface, it could suffer from frictional
damage caused by the expansion, contraction,
and vibration that occurs when the hose is
pressured. Protect the hose using a support or
cushion.
d) 高圧ホースを引っ張って装置を移動してはいけ
ません。
Do not move the pump or cylinder around by
pulling the high pressure hose.

e) 車両などで踏まないでください。また、高圧ホース
上に重量物を落とさないでください。危険と思われ
る場合は、必ず高圧ホースに保護を設けてください。
Do not run over the hose with a cart or other vehicle.
Also do not drop heavy items onto the high

Do place hands or other body parts near areas where hydraulic oil is being
dispersed as high pressure oil may penetrate the skin and cause serious
injury. Do not touch the high pressure hose pressured and around that.
f) 高圧ゴムホースの使用温度範囲は－４０℃～１００℃です。
高圧ナイロンホースの使用温度範囲は－４０℃～８０℃です。
The use temperature range of the high pressure rubber hose is from -40℃to 100℃.
The use temperature range of the high pressure nylon hose is from -40℃to 80℃.
g) 溶接の火花や火のかかる場所での使用は避けてください。
This pump is not spark resistant and therefore should not be used in hazardous areas.
③ カップラ
Couplers
a) カップラを接続するときは、ゴミなどが付いていないことを確認してか
ら行ってください。使用後は、必ずカップラにダスターキャップを付け、
ゴミなどの異物が入らないようにしてください。
Clear the dirt on the coupler before connecting, specifically connect port
of coupler. And, attach the duster cap on that to prevent infiltration of dirt
or other foreign objects.
袋ナット使用のカプラ (Ｓ－１，２，５）は、手で袋ナットを根元まで完全に締め
てください。図のように隙間が開いていると、シリンダがスムーズに作動しません。
複動シリンダ使用時に、引側のカップラが不完全な接続の状態で、押側に圧力をか
けると、引側には倍圧がかかり、カップラ、シリンダ、高圧ホースなどが破損や飛
散し、人身事故を引き起こすおそれがあります。
Tighten the bag nut of the coupler (S-1, 2, 5) by hand completely until the
base of the nut head. The cylinder will not operate smoothly if a gap exists
as shown in the illustration below. When the coupler of the pull side is not
completely connected during the use of a double-acting cylinder,
unallowable excessive pressure will be generated in the pull side when
exerting pressure on the push side. This causes damage to or dispersion of
the coupler, cylinder, or high pressure hose, and may result in serious bodily
injury.

３Ｈカップラのリング凹部とノッチの位置を合わせ、リングを引き込んだ状態でＲＯＣ－１３
Ｒカップラに突き当たるまで挿入し、リングを離してください。カップラは自動ロックの上、
接続されます。その後、リングを回し、ノッチの位置とリング凹部を動かし接続は完了します。
なお、確実に接続されているかＲＯＣ－１３Ｈカップラを手前に引っ張り、抜けないことを確
認してください。
When using the ROC-13 Series one-touch coupler, align the ring groove area of the ROC-13H
and with the position of the notch. Then, with the ring in a pulled back position, push until
contact is made with the ROC-13R coupler and then release the ring. The coupler will connect
after automatically locking. Finally, complete the connection by turning the ring to move the
position of the notch and the groove area. Also, ensure that connection has been performed
properly by pulling the ROC-13H coupler forward and checking that it does not come loose.
c) 機器の接続用にＶＣ－７０シリーズのワンタッチカップラを使用する場合には、ＶＣ－７０－

5. ご使用前の準備 Preparations before Operation
手動ポンプは通常、シリンダ及び高圧ホースと組み合わせて使用いたします。また、作業内容によっ
ては、油圧バルブ、圧力計、配管部品などが必要な場合もあります。使用目的に見合った理研の純正
品をご使用ください。
The hand pumps are to be used with cylinders and ultra-high pressure equipments. It depends on the
applications, hydraulic valves or plumbing parts are required. Use RIKEN SEIKI/KIKI’s genuine goods
for safety.
(1)
高圧ホースの接続
To connect a high pressure hose
高圧ホースは、通常ポンプ側に直接ねじ込み、シリンダ側は、カップラ接続にて使用します。高
圧ホースは、ねじ部に必ずテープシールを巻いてからねじ込んでください。
Use the high pressure hose by directly screwing it into the pump side usually and using a coupler
to connect it to the cylinder side. Ensure the taper screw area for piping of the high pressure hose
has been wrapped with a tape seal before screwing it in.
※ テープシールの巻き方

高圧ホースの片側の金具 (Ｒ３／８）にねじ先端１～２山を残し、ねじ込む逆方向 (反時計方向）
に２～２.５重に巻き、カップラをねじ込みます。反対側の金具にも、同じようにテープシール
を巻き、ポンプの吐出口（Ｒｃ３／８）にねじ込みます。
高圧ホース、カップラ及び他の継手類をねじ込む場合は、万力を使い、規定トルクで締め付けて
ください。規定トルクは、約８０～１００Ｎ・ｍです。
Leave 2 to 2.5 threads exposed at the tip of the screw on one side (R3/8) of the hose and wrap
following the direction as the illustration. Also wrap on opposite side of the hose
counter-clockwise, and screw the coupler in.
Finally wrap the seal on the connecting accessory, and screw it in the Discharge Oil Outlet
(Rc3/8).
Screw torque should be 80 to 100N･mwith a vise.
Be sure that not dirt or foreign objects are adhered to the coupler when connecting.

高圧ホースの内のエアー抜き
Discharge of unnecessary air
初めて高圧ホースとシリンダを取り付けて使用されるときは、高圧ホース内に空気が入っていま
す。シリンダがスムーズに作動しませんので、必ずエアー抜きを行ってください。
As the cylinder does not operate smoothly, ensure to release the air.
① レバー掛けの取り外し
To unfasten a lever hook
手動ポンプのレバー握り部を手で上から押してレバー掛けを外してください。(17ﾍﾟｰｼﾞ参照)
Unfasten the lever hook with pushing the lever grip of the pump. (See page 17)
② 空気弁の開放
To open the air valve
空気弁を左に回して開いてください。(5ﾍﾟｰｼﾞ参照)
Open the air valve, turning that counter-clockwise. (See page 5)

③ 操作バルブの全閉

ＲＯＣタイプとＶＣタイプは、Ｓ－＊タイプとは構造が異なり、ページ１２ b)の
作業を行ってはいけません。無理に押したりたたいたりすると、カップラが破損し、
作動油が流れなくなります。
The structure of ROC-type, VC-type couplers is different from S-＊type
couplers, procedure of page 12 b) occurs to malfunction of equipment. Be
sure not to press ROC-type, VC-type couplers strongly, it might disturb oil
flow.

⑤ レバーの作動
To operate lever
レバー握り部を手で持ち、レバーを上下に作動させます。空気と油が出始めます。出てきた油に
空気の気泡が無くなればエアー抜きの完了です。
Hold the lever grip, and operate the lever up and down. Oil and air will flow out. Repeat this
procedure until flow of air bubble is finished.
※ 基本的には、シリンダを取り付ける前に高圧ホースのエアー抜きを行います。もし、手動ポンプ
と高圧ホース、シリンダが接続されたままでエアー抜きをする場合は、シリンダのピストンを全
ストローク出し、シリンダを逆さまにして、操作ハンドルを左に回して開いてください。空気か
ら先に抜けていきます。
To release air from the pump connected the hose or the cylinder, invert the cylinder that fully
extended and turn the operation valve counter-clockwise in order to open the valve. Air will be
released to the tank.
⑥ 作動油の補給
To apply the oil
エアー抜きが完了したら、作動油を適量まで補給してください。

After air release, check the amount of hydraulic oil in that tank. If the oil level is low, replenish to
correct level on the dip stick.

6. 保守点検 Maintenance
日常の保守点検を怠りますと故障の原因となります。
Dairy maintenance is required for safety.

作動油の点検
Maintenance of hydraulic working oil
油量は規定量入っていますか？
Is the oil filled following to required volume?
※規定量より少ないと、シリンダのピストンが途中から伸びなくなったり加圧できなくなったりし
ます。
If oil volume is not enough, the cylinder piston will not be extended fully, and the pressure will not
rise.
①シリンダのピストンの戻し
To retract the cylinder piston fully
ピストンを出したまま給油しますと、ピストンが戻ったときにタンク内の油があふ
れ出ることがあります。また、タンクが破損し、人身事故を起こすおそれがありま
す。
Do not apply the oil to the tank with the cylinder piston extended. The oil
might flow out from the tank when the piston intends, it occurs to the tank
damage or personal injury.
②手動ポンプを垂直に
To set the pump oil output port down
吐出口を下側にして立ててください。
Set the pump oil output port down.
③給油口の栓の取り外し
To take off the plug with oil level gauge
スパナなどを使って、給油口の栓を左に回して取り外
してください。オイルレベルゲージが付いています。
Turn the plug with oil level gauge counter-clockwise to
take off with an adjustable wrench.
④油量の確認
To check the oil level
オイルレベルゲージに付いている油を布等でふき取り
ます。給油口にオイルレベルゲージを差し込み、栓が
ぶつかるまで中に入れます。もう１度抜き取り、油が
油量範囲の間にあるか調べてください。
Wipe unnecessary oil with wasted cloth on the oil level
gauge. Set the oil level gauge in the oil apply port
until the tap meet end. Use a level gauge to ensure
that the amount of oil is in an appropriate range.
