1. Connect the machine to the running water system (you can also connect it to a
carafe or a large water can).
2. Connect the drain box with the crystal PVC hose to the drain tube or, in case you
don’t have one, to a carafe or to an empty large can.
3. Connect the machine to the to the gas system, gas tap, then connect the it to the
wall socket and turn on the switch in I (ON). The water will go into the boiler until its
level is reached, 3/4 of the indicator tube.
Turn the gas key on to its maximun, press the push-button, turn on the gas burner,
wait a few seconds before releasing the push-button and it will be turned on.
Wait until machine heats up, then manometer will reach approximately to 1 bar
indicating the machine is ready to operate. The ame will go up each time the
machine needs to regain temperature.
4. Once completed all the above mentioned, you can start making coee.
You will have to let the water run with the lter holders in, so it can reach temperature
pressing the group switch.
Load the lter holder with the ground coee, completing its capacity and then press it
with the coee press (wich is in the mill). If the grinding is correct, the coee will come
out creamy and will ll the cups in approximately 30 seconds. If not, you will have to
correct the grinding (see grinder indications).
Note: The electropump manometer will go up 9 bar approximately each time a coee
is made.

To regulate the coee grinder you have to turn round the register.
Screwing in the register - ner coee
Unscrewing the register - thicker coee.
Attention!:
1) If the coee runs out too slow, the grinder is too ne.
2) If the coee runs out too fast, the grinder is too thick.
