Riptide and Daikin VRV – iTouchManager Addressing
The Riptide system communicates with the Daikin VRV and other manufacturers’ equipment to allow for remote management via
web and mobile. In order for the Riptide system to communicate with the Daikin VRV iTouchManager, the system requires the
following addressing:

Cradlepoint COR IBR200 Quick Start
Purpose of Cradlepoint Cellular Router
Lbrands has approved installation of the Cradlepoint cellular router to provide
remote, internet-based access to the Trane SC Controller. The device will give
remote technicians secure access to the controller via a Netcloud Perimeter VPN
and authorized log on credentials.
What’s Included
Mounting and powering
1. The device has been shipped pre-configured, with SIM already installed. Do
not remove SIM. Reseat SIM only if it is no longer in its slot.
2. Connect modem antennas (finger tight only). Do not connect WiFi antennas
as this device will be used for wired connection only (see device image
below).

FOR TECHNICIAN - Download and install NetCloud
Client software
NetCloud Perimeter is a secure, invitation-only software download deployed that
will connect the user to the Cradlepoint router for remote, internet based access.
Technicians who will connect to equipment (e.g. Trane SC controller) remotely will
need to download and install the software as follows:
1. From a browser, navigate to here: https://cradlepoint.com/downloads
2. Choose your download based on your device type (Windows, Mac, iOS,
Android, etc.)
3. Follow instructions on screen to install the software.
4. Log on using credentials provided by Riptide. You're done!
