WARRANTY
Rivers Edge Tree Stands, Inc. (“RETI”) oers a one year warranty for all components of the treestand. These warranties apply to the original owner with a
proof of purchase. These warranties begin on the date of purchase by the rst retail consumer and continue for the period specied above. These warranties
apply to products that are not modied, abused or used in a manner that deviates from the product’s intended usage. Minor fading in color is normal and is
not covered by warranty. Any corrosion of painted surfaces that occurs as a result of paint being removed or damaged is also not covered by warranty. RETI
oers no other warranty expressed or implied. Products for which warranty work has been approved must be sent directly to RETI and performed by RETI.
To obtain warranty service and/or replacement instructions, you must obtain prior approval from Rivers Edge® Treestands before shipping your

NEVER EXCEED THE MAXIMUM STATED USE HEIGHT.
CHECK THE GROUND UNDER STAND TO MAKE SURE IT IS
FIRM AND LEVEL. SLOPED GROUND OR UNEVEN SURFACE
ONE SIDE ON A ROCK CAN CAUSE YOUR LADDER TO TILT
OR SHIFT OFF THE TREE AS YOU CLIMB.
CHECK EVERY LADDER SECTION CONNECTION EVERY TIME
YOU USE THE STAND BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE GROUND.
IF LADDER SECTIONS ARE SEPARATING, DO NOT USE THE

LUBRICATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AT SLIDE
TOGETHER POINTS OF EACH SECTION TO PREVENT
BINDING. SECTIONS ARE STACKED TOGETHER BY SLIDING
SECTIONS TOGETHER, INSIDE OF EACH OTHER. SECTIONS
ARE THEN SECURED WITH SPRING LOCK PINS.
BE SURE ALL LADDER SECTIONS ARE SEATED COMPLETELY
TOGETHER ON SWEDGED OR POCKETED ENDS OF PIPE.
STABILIZER BAR MUST ALWAYS BE CORRECTLY AND SECURELY
ATTACHEDTO LADDER ANDTREE BEFORE CLIMBING LADDER.
SOME MODELS INCLUDE A MULTIPIECE STABILIZER BAR
SYSTEM. BE SURE SPRING LOCK PIN GOES THROUGH BOTH
THE EXTENSION TUBE AND THE STABILIZER BAR.
BE CERTAIN SPRING LOCK PINS ARE LATCHED SECURELY TO
PREVENT ACCIDENTAL REMOVAL.
BE SURE YOUR DOUBLE KNOTS ARE ALL SECURE ON ALL
ROPE CONNECTIONS.
NEVER ASCEND OR DESCEND LADDER WITHOUT TIE
OFF ROPES SECURELY HOLDING LADDER TO TREE AND
STABILIZER BAR SECURELY ATTACHED.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS RE622
Tools needed – two 7/16" wrenches
IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY TIP: DO NOT TIGHTEN NUT& BOLT COMBINATIONS
COMPLETELY UNTIL ALL PARTS ARE ASSEMBLED TOGETHER! FINGER TIGHT-
EN PLUS ONE TURN OF A WRENCH ONLY! THIS WILL TEMPORARILY HOLD THE
LOCK NUT ON THE BOLT WHILE HELPING ALIGNMENT OF ALL PARTS! AFTER
ALL PARTS ARE ASSEMBLED TOGETHER, ALL NUT AND BOLT COMBINATIONS
MUST BE COMPLETELY TIGHTENED.
1. Attach the foot platform (1ML61), mesh side up, to the 2-step ladder section
w/ stabilizer bar mount (SL64) using (2) provided 1/4-20 x 2-1/4” bolts and
locknuts. SEE FIGURE 1. DO NOT tighten all nut & bolt assemblies
completely!
NOTE: Mesh surface should be on top with squared ends of platform
closest to ladder.
2. Attach the foot platform at bars (AL7) to the foot platform and to the inside
of top ladder section side rails using (4) provided 1/4-20 x 1-1/2”bolts and
locknuts. SEE FIGURE 1.
3. Attach sling seat (48066) to assembled top sitting section by sliding each
side rail through webbing loops of seat (3 on each side of seat). Seat should
be orientated with seat straps on bottom side of seat for comfort.
NOTE: Always have all three seat loops on each side of seat at-
tached to the side rails of assembled top sitting section.
4. Attach the tree blade frame (SL67) to the side rails (SL69) using (4) provided
1/4-20 x 2-1/4”bolts, locknuts and steel washers. SEE FIGURE 2. You must
now tighten all nut & bolt assemblies. Be sure not to over tighten or
crush tubing when tightening!
5. Sections are assembled on the ground in the following order: bottom section
(SL62 ladder); second section (SL62 ladder); third section (SL63 ladder with
stabilizer bar mount); fourth section (assembled SL64 ladder with foot
platform); top section (assembled top sitting section). SEE FINISHED 13’
PACK-N-STACK LADDER LINE ART.

6. With all sections assembled together on ground, secure all sections together
to the outside of ladder side rails. SEE FIGURE 3.
7. a. Attach the stabilizer bar extension tube (1ML23) to the third ladder section
mounting bracket using (1) provided spring lock pin. SEE FIGURE 4.
b. Slide the stabilizer bar (L29) into the extension tube and attach the two
pieces together using (1) provided spring lock pin. Spring lock pin must go
through both the extension tube and the stabilizer bar at appropriate hole
to achieve desired distance from tree. Adjustment in length may be needed
when ladder is uprighted later in instructions. SEE FIGURE 4.
8. a. Tie one end of the provided 9’rope to the link welded onto the stabilizer
bar, just in front of the tree hugger. Be sure your double knot is secure.

b.Tie one end of each of the provided 15’ropes to the square tube side rails
and tree blade frame, just in front of the welded on tree blade. Be sure your
double knots are secure. SEE FIGURE 5.

RE622 BACKPACKING STRAP
ATTACHMENT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stack metal components of the ladder AS SHOWN IN
FIGURE 1A AND 1B.
2. Lay stabilizer with extension tube along side of stacked ladder.
Wrap the provided ladder ratchet strap around the stacked frame.
-
curely hold all ladder components together.
3. Attach backpacking straps (48067) on packed ladder. Fold strap
in half. Feed folded strap through foot platform mesh and around
platform frame OR around the ladder rung located directly under-
neath the foot platform. Feed the two loose ends of strap through
folded loop and pull tight forming a cinch knot. SEE FIGURES 2A
AND 2B. Feed the two loose ends of straps around bottom group
of ladder rungs and secure with provided tri-slide buckles.

4. Secure all ladder sections and stabilizer bar together with your ratchet strap.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS RE627
Tools needed – two 7/16” wrenches, one 9/16" wrench
IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY TIP: Do not tighten any nut and bolt combinations
completely until all parts are assembled together! Finger tighten plus one
turn of a wrench only! This will temporarily hold the lock nut on the bolt while
helping alignment of all parts! After all parts are assembled together, all nut
& bolt combinations must be completely tightened.
1. Attach the front platform (410050) and the rear platform (410058)
together using (2) provided 1/4-20 x 2”bolts, locknuts and steel
washers. SEE FIGURE 1. DO NOT tighten all nut and bolt assem-
blies completely!
NOTE: Mesh surface of foot platforms should be on top.
2. Attach the platform support rails (410055) to the bottom of as-
sembled foot platforms using (8) provided 1/4-20 x 2-1/4”bolts,
locknuts and steel washers. SEE FIGURE 2.
3. Attach the platform at support braces (1ML40) to the rear plat-
form and platform support rails using (4) provided 1/4-20 x 1-1/2”
bolts and locknuts. SEE FIGURE 2.

form using (2) provided 1/4-20 x 2”bolts (2), locknuts (4) and steel

5. Attach the left armrest (410062L), right armrest (410062R) and
(2) backrest mounts (410082) to the previously assembled ladder
side rails and platform support rails using (2) provided 1/4-20 x
2” bolts, (4) 1/4-20 x 2-1/4” bolts, (2) 1/4-20 x 3”bolts, (8) locknuts
and (8) steel washers. SEE FIGURE 3.
6. Attach the tree blade (410056) to the ladder side rails using (4)
provided 1/4-20 x 2-1/4”bolts, locknuts and steel washers. SEE
FIGURE 4.
7. Attach footrest (410061) to ladder side rails using (2) provided
1/4-20 x 2-3/4” bolts, locknuts, steel washers and nylon spacers.

SEAT ASSEMBLY

a. Position the factory assembled mesh seat (360018) upside down
on a sturdy, hard surface. SEE FIGURE 6.
b. Insert (1) 1/4-20 x 2-3/4”bolt through the rear xed brace (410122)
and side rail of mesh seat. Finger tighten locknut (rear xed brace
locknuts will need to be removed in order to attach nished seat to
treestand later in assembly instructions). SEE FIGURE 7.
NOTE: The rear xed brace is meant to be wider than the seat. The
TearTu material is extremely durable and is meant to stretch.

c. Angle the other side rail so it is outside of the rear xed brace
to align the bolt holes. SEE FIGURE 8a. Insert (1) 1/4-20 x 2-3/4"
bolt through the rear xed brace and side rail (bolt will enter at an
angle). SEE FIGURE 8b. Finger tighten locknut to aid in further as-
sembly. SEE FIGURE 8c.
d. Rotate the rear xed brace towards the seat to lock the brace in
position. SEE FIGURE 9a and 9b.

e. Remove the factory installed "locking" bolt and locknut from the

f. Insert (2) 1/4-20 x 1-1/4" bolts through the front hinged brace and
each side rail, and nger tighten locknuts. SEE FIGURE 11. Brace
should remain hinged.
g. Rotate the front hinged brace towards the seat to lock the brace
in position. SEE FIGURES 12a and 12b.
h. Push down on the front hinged brace and install the previously
removed bolt and locknut. SEE FIGURE 13.
i. Tighten all (4) bolts and locknuts on the front hinged brace at this
time. SEE FIGURE 14. This will tighten up the side rails of the seat
to the braces and square up the entire seat.
NOTE: The rear xed brace locknuts will need to be removed in
order to attach nished seat and should not be tightened at this
time.

9. Remove the locknuts from the (2) 1/4-20 x 2-1/4”bolts that were previ-

2-1/4”bolts, locknuts and nylon washers. SEE FIGURE 15. Make sure
all (4) angle brackets are fully cradling fabric rails.
NOTE: Mesh seat is not depicted in drawing so hardware can be visible.
10. Insert the shooting rail J-pipes (410113) into the shooting rail front
(410065) and secure together using (2) provided 1/4-20 x 1-1/4”
bolts and locknuts. SEE FIGURE 16.
11. Insert the two side rails into the ared rails (410054). Secure using
(2) provided 1/4-20 x 1-1/2”bolts, locknuts and steel washers. SEE
FIGURE 17.
12. Attach the bolt-on ladder step (410034) to the front side of ared
rails using (2) provided 1/4-20 x 2-1/4”bolts, locknuts and steel
washers. SEE FIGURE 17.
13. Attach the mesh backrest assembly (360021) and the (2) retaining
bars (410081) to the backrest mounts using (6) provided 1/4-20 x
1-1/2”bolts and locknuts. SEE FIGURE 18. The mesh backrest must
wrap around the front side of backrest mounts and the plastic sti-
ening rod located in the sewn sleeve on each side of the backrest
MUST be positioned behind the backrest retainer bars to act as a
stop and prevent the backrest from pulling out during use. All bolts
MUST go through the backrest retainer bars, the holes provided in
the backrest and the backrest mounts. SEE FIGURE 18. Temporary
removal of the backrest mount tube from the rest of the assembled
ladder top may be necessary to attach the mesh backrest. If this is
needed, re-attach backrest mount tubes with mesh backrest to the
ladder top assembly.

14. Thread the non-locking 3/8-16 nut onto the threaded end of
spacer rod all the way to the bottom of threads and slide 3/8”lock
washer on. Insert the threaded end of spacer rod through either
backrest mount tube far enough to be able to insert the opposite
end of spacer rod (end with welded-on washer) into opposite
backrest mount tube. Thread 3/8-16 nut back against mount tube.
Using a 9/16” wrench, tighten nut until mesh backrest becomes
taut. SEE FIGURE 18. You must now tighten all nut and bolt
assemblies. Be sure not to over tighten or crush tubing when
tightening!
15. Sections are assembled on the ground in the following order; bot-
tom section (410066 3-step ladder); second section (410068 3-step
ladder with stabilizer bar mount); third section (410069 3-step
ladder w/ mounting holes); top section (assembled top platform
section). SEE FINISHED 17’ OASIS LADDER.
16. With all sections assembled together on ground, secure all sec-
spring lock pin must be put to the outside of ladder side rails.
SEE FIGURE 19.
17. Attach the (2) support braces (410024) to the inside of platform
support rails and outside of top ladder section w/ mounting holes
using (4) provided 1/4-20 x 1-1/2”bolts and locknuts. SEE FIGURE
20. Tighten securely. Be sure not to over tighten or crush tub-
ing when tightening!
18. a. Attach the removable shooting rail by setting rail down over
studs provided on armrests. SEE FIGURE 21. Lubrication is rec-
ommended to prevent binding and noise.
b. Attach the (2) provided 9”and (1) provided 47”camo foam pads
to the armrests and shooting rail by wrapping around tubing and
attaching Velcro together.
c. Attach foam padded seat bumpers (48102) to bottom side of
front seat spacer assembly. Surface must be clean and at room
temperature to assure proper adhesion.

19. a. Attach the stabilizer bar extension tube (1ML23) to the second
ladder section mounting bracket using (1) provided spring lock
pin. SEE FIGURE 22.
b. Slide the stabilizer bar (L17) into the extension tube and attach
the two pieces together using (1) provided spring lock pin. Spring
lock pin must go through both the extension tube and stabilizer
bar at appropriate hole to achieve desired distance from tree. Ad-
justment in length may be needed when ladder is uprighted later
in instructions. SEE FIGURE 22.
20. a. Tie one end of the provided 9’rope to the link welded onto the
stabilizer bar, just in front of the tree hugger. Be sure your double
knot is secure. SEE FIGURE 23.
b. Tie one end of each of the provided 15’ ropes to the square tube
of tree blade frame, just in front of the tree blades. Be sure your
double knots are secure. SEE FIGURE 23.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS RE628
Tools needed – two 7/16” wrenches, one 9/16" wrench
IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY TIP: Do not tighten any nut and bolt combinations
completely until all parts are assembled together! Finger tighten plus one
turn of a wrench only! This will temporarily hold the lock nut on the bolt
while helping alignment of all parts! After all parts are assembled together,
all nut & bolt combinations must be completely tightened.
1. Attach the front platform (410083) and the rear platform (410086)
together using (2) provided 1/4-20 x 2”bolts, locknuts and steel
washers. SEE FIGURE 1. DO NOT tighten all nut and bolt assem-
blies completely!
NOTE: Mesh surface of foot platforms should be on top.
2. Attach the platform support rails (410055) to the bottom of as-
sembled foot platforms using (8) provided 1/4-20 x 2-1/4”bolts,
locknuts and steel washers. SEE FIGURE 2.
3. Attach the platform at bars (1ML40) to the rear platform and
platform support rails using (4) provided 1/4-20 x 1-1/2”bolts and
locknuts. SEE FIGURE 2.
