Troubleshooting:
Problem: The Storybook Rhymes does not function correctly.
Action #1: Check and or replace the batteries paying close attention
to proper battery polarity.
Action #2: Make sure that the On/Off/Volume switch is set to the low
or high volume setting.
Action # 3: Make sure there is nothing blocking or restriction the
round switches.
Care of Unit:
When finished using the Storybook Rhymes turn the
ON/OFF/VOLUME switch to the OFF position.
If you will not be using the Storybook Rhymes for an extended amount
of time, we recommend removing the batteries.
The Storybook Rhymes can be wiped clean with any mild household
multi-purpose, non-abrasive cleaner and disinfectant. We recommend
Simple Green, which is a non toxic biodegradable all-purpose cleaner.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will scratch the surface of the
unit.
Do not submerge the unit, as it will damage the electrical
components.

Great for learning about nursery rhymes, numbers, letters, colors and
first words. We’ve made it easier to use by adding a base with four
buttons that access all of the storybook functions and page turners to
help turn the pages. A friendly bookworm has lights on its hands that
draw attention to the pages. Size: 14"L x 11"W x 11 1/2"H. Requires 3
AA Batteries.
Operation:
1. Storybook Rhymes requires 3 AA batteries. Use alkaline batteries
only (e.g. Duracell or Energizer brand). Do not use rechargeable
batteries or any other type of batteries because they supply lower
voltage and the unit will not perform properly. Never mix old and
new batteries together or different brands or types together.
2. Turn the Storybook Rhymes over to reveal the battery
compartment. Using a Phillips head screwdriver open the
compartment and install 3 AA batteries paying close attention to
proper battery polarity. Replace the battery compartment cover
and secure it with the screw.
3. Set the Storybook Rhymes On/Off/Volume switch to the low or
high volume setting.
4. This friendly bookworm welcomes you to the fun of learning.
Light up hands point the way for you to focus on that page. Each
colorful page is full of surprises, with favorite nursery rhymes and
music, introducing letters, colors and numbers. Storybook Rhymes
develops problem-solving skills as the child learns to follow cues
& turn pages.
5. We have adapted this product in such a way to make it very easy to
be used by our population. Each page that turns has a colored arm
sticking out on the side of that page to make it easy to grasp and
open.
6. There are four 2 ½ “colored buttons with the picture of the worms
face on one and another one has the 123 red switch, the ABC Blue
switch is on the third and the fourth is a patch colored switch. They
all match the worm’s body.
7. Open the first page and it will light up the red nose of the worms
face and start a blinking green led on the worms hand which is at
the top of the left page and then it will sing that nursery rhyme and
when it has completed that song it will go to the right page and
light up that blinking green led and sing that nursery rhyme. Push
the worms face and it will repeat the first nursery rhyme then hit it
again and it will play the second nursery rhyme. There are six
nursery rhymes, I went to the animal fair, The ants go marching,
Row, Row, row your boat, One ,Two, buckle my shoe, Hickory,
dickory dock and Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake.
8. When you push any of the other three switches they will light up
the flashing green led and the worms nose as it teaches you about
early letters, numbers &counting.
Please Note:
Each time you turn pages 2 or 3 it could be a nursery rhyme, early
letters or counting but it always relates to that page. At any time the
book is opened and you push the worm’s face it will sing the nursery
rhyme you are looking at. If the book is closed and you push the face it
says hello or if you push the ABC switch it will play I went to the
animal fair, hit again it will play The ants go Marching. Push 123 it
plays Row Row Your Boat then One Two Buckle my shoe. If you
push the colored patches it will play Hickory, dickory dock then Pat-a-
cake, pat-a-cake.
Mounting information:
On the front two sides of the Storybook Rhymes we have provided to
clamping locations for C-clamp use if needed.
