1. Precautions
1.1 Read entire instruction manual and be sure to understand all instructions before beginning
to use your new bike.
1.2 This exercise bike is not intended for commercial use.
1.3 Regularly inspect your new bike and tighten or replace parts if needed.
1.4 This bike is intended to be used by adults and not young children.
1.5 The weight limit of this exercise bike is 250 pounds.
Please consult your physician before beginning any type of strenuous
exercise program.

2. Assembly

Figure 2 (A) shows the assembly of the bike.
For assembly you may need the following tools:
1. Hex Keys/ Allen Wrenches
2. Adjustable Wrenches
3. A partner to help hold components while assembling.

The assembly process:
1. Most of the components have been preassembled at our factory for your convenience.
2. Begin by installing the legs to the main frame with the provided leg bolts, leg nuts, and
leg washers as shown. Adjustable wrenches can be used to hold the bolt head and the
nut, but be sure to try and turn the nut and NOT the bolt.
3. At this point the left and right housings or covers may be fastened together. Begin by
sliding one cover over the crankshaft while the crankshaft is in the upright position. Now
turn the crankshaft half way around so the other side is in the upright position. The
other cover may now be slid on and both may be fastened together with the provided
screws and an Allen wrench.
4. Fasten the seat to the seat post with the 4 bolts provided and an Allen wrench. Now
slide the seat post into the main frame. The seat may now be adjusted to the desired
height and the seat adjustment handle screwed in.
5. Attach the dashboard with the 4 bolts provided and an Allen wrench.
6. Slide the pedal shafts through the pedals and screw into the crankshaft. The pedal
shafts may now be tightened with the use of an adjustable wrench.
Your bike should now look like the previous pictures and function properly.

This product is guaranteed to be free from any workmanship defects. The purchaser
has the right to dispute any defects or dissatisfaction for a period of 30 days. This
warranty does not cover any misuse by the user and is valid to only the original
buyer of this product.
