RT920 User Guide
1. Front view
Switch on: Hold power button until device switches on.
Switch off: Hold power button keep until the device shows the menu (as shown in
figure), select "Power off".
Switch off display: Press the power button once or set the auto sleep option at
"Setting -> Display -> Sleep"
Wake up: When the display is off, press power button once to turn on the display.

Removing battery
Switch to ‘unlock’position and use the strap buckle to raise the battery cover, as
shown below.
Battery installation
Insert the battery into the battery
compartment in the direction as
shown in image right. Battery
should sit tightly in the compartment
when correctly installed. Do not use
excessive force to insert the battery.

Battery charging
Charge by DC power adapter
To plug in the power adapter connector into the DC power port on the terminal
device. Red color LED indicates battery is charging, green color LED indicates
battery is fully charged.

Charging by dock
Insert the device to the dock and make the battery proper contact with the
charging dock, like the picture below.

A: Power LED B: Charging status LED
Power LED will turn green after inserting the adapter. Charging status LED
will show RED when charging and turn green when fully charged. The LED in
device will show red and turn off after fully charged.(Notice: USB in device only for
data transfer)
Battery operation
This device battery is polymer type battery, which should only be charged by
using original RTscan power supply.
Do not short the battery
Do not store battery in hot, humid, or corrosive environment.
Do not break or crack open the battery.
Do not store battery when it is fully charged completely drained.
If device is not used for long period of time, remove the battery from the
device.
If battery is misshapen, or is found leaking, replace the battery immediately.
Note: The battery should be charged for at least 8 hours before the first use.

INSTALLING THE SIM/TF CARD
1. Swing open the main battery cover clip by 90 degree; you can then remove
the battery cover
2. Insert the SIM card or micro SD/TF card into their corresponding slots in the
battery compartment
Notice: You should gently push the SIM/TF card to the correct position without
using excessive force.
Connecting to PC
After you installed the android driver or an android smartphone assistant, you
can connect the device to your PC with the USB cable provided. After the device
connected to your PC, the screen would display like this:

Note: When you enable device as USB storage to PC, the flash memory of the
device are map as a PC drive. At this point of time, you cannot install
APK to the device.
To installAPK to the device, it should not be in USB storage mode.

this device type when it is tested for use at the head is 0.471W/kg, and that
when it is properly worn on the body is 0.441 W/kg.
