BEFORE YOUR FIRST USE
Please charge fully before use. You may charge via your PC or the adapater that may have been
included with your device. Do not use other adapters, as they may damange your device.
1. Be sure that the status light is OFF.
2. Plug USB cable into device rst.
3. Plus other end of USB directly into your PC. Note: USB hubs may cause your device to not
work properly, so always use a direct USB port when charging or accessing your device.
NEEDED FILES
You will need a set of les that are used to set the time and date on this device. Please download
the TIME.ZIP le from our website. Unzip this le to your desktop.
No other les are needed to use this device.
SETTING THE TIME AND DATE - Windows Only
1. e TIME.ZIP le that you downloaded from our website contains a folder with various les
in it. Please follow these instructions carefully.
2. Connect your device to your Windows PC and wait for Windows to recognize the device.
e yellow status light may be blinking.
3. Go to the TIME.ZIP folder and UNZIP it to your desktop. You will see a folder called SET
TIME.
4. e soware inside this folder will automatically set your device using the system time on
your PC.
5. Open the folder, and double-click on the le called RENEWAL TIME TOOL V2.0.
6. A black box will appear on your desktop. e program is now collecting your time and date
settings.
7. IF AN ERROR APPEARS, click RETRY.
8. You may Exit from any other error boxes that appear.
9. In the original black box, Windows will say it has completed setting “1 machine.” Press any
key to exit. e black box will go away.
10. Eject your device normally.
11. Power on the device. Your les should now have the correct time and day shown in your le
manager, and on screen for videos and photos.

POWER ON
1. Hold the A button until the yellow status light appears.
VIDEO
1. Press the A button. e status light will turn blue. You are now recording video.
2. To stop recording, press the A button again. e status light will turn yellow.
AUDIO ONLY
1. Press the B button. e status light will start blinking Blue. You are now recording Audio
Only.
2. Stop stop recording, press the B button again. e status light will turn Yellow.
PHOTOS
1. To take photos, press the C button to put the device into Photo Mode. e status light will
blink Blue and Yellow.
2. To take a photo, press the A button. e status light will blink Blue quickly while the photo
is being saved.
3. To go back to Video Mode, press the C button again. e status light will turn Yellow.
POWER OFF
1. Hold the A button until the status light goes dark.
NOTE
is device should be worn in the le ear for proper operation. If worn in your right ear, photos
and videos will be recorded upside-down.

WINDOWS - RETRIEVE YOUR FILES
1. Device must be OFF before connecting to your PC.
2. Connect USB cable to watch rst.
3. Connect other end of USB cable to your PC using USB port directly on PC. Note: A USB
hub may cause your device to not work properly.
4. Please wait until Windows recognizes your device. is may take several seconds. Note: the
rst time you connect your device, Windows may install standard drivers. is is normal.
5. Access your device as you would any standard Flash Drive.
6. COPY your les from the device to a folder on your PC.
7. You may now highlight and DELETE the les from your device.
8. Be sure to properly EJECT your device from Windows before unplugging it.
MAC OS X - RETRIEVE YOUR FILES
1. Device must be OFF before connecting to your Mac.
2. Connect USB cable to watch rst.
3. Connect other end of USB cable to your Mac using USB port directly on Mac. Note: A USB
hub may cause your device to not work properly.
4. Please wait until Mac recognizes your device. is may take several seconds. It will mount as
a Device in your FINDER.
5. Access device as you would any standard FLASH DRIVE.
6. SPECIAL NOTES TO MAC USERS!
7. To properly save your les to your Mac, MOVE your les, rather than copy.
8. Create a folder on your Mac.
9. Highlight the les on the device.
10. CMD CLICK and drag the les to your folder. Let go and choose MOVE.
11. To properly empty your device on Mac, be sure to Empty your Trash Can before ejecting the
device.
12. Be sure to properly EJECT your device from Mac before unplugging it.

particular virus scanner. While most users report no issues using this soware, we can not be

Movie Maker is a simple video editing program from Microso. Please go to this
link, and choose the download for your version of Windows. Please note: Movie
Maker is part of the Windows Essentials package that must be installed.
