1.1. Overview
TheSV-LCD50monitorisa TFT(thin-filmtransistor) LCD(liquidcrystal display)monitor designedfortheheavy-duty
commercial truckingindustry.
Themonitorfeaturestwoexternal triggerswith2.5-secondoff-timedelay andtwo-camerainput capacity.Itoperateson
10to32volts direct current (VDC) power andturnsonautomaticallywhen thevehicletransmissionisplacedinreverse.
Whenconnectedtoacamerawithanintegratedmicrophone, themonitor’sadjustablespeakerallowstheuserto both
seeand hear activitybehindthevehicle. Inlow-light conditions,monitor buttonsareilluminatedautomatically.

2. CA. SEL (CAMERA SELECT) BUTTON—Thisbuttonselectsinput fromCamera1(CA1)orCamera2(CA2).
Theon-screen displayindicateswhichcameraiscurrentlyselected.
3. MENU BUTTON—TheMenubuttoninitiatesdisplayof themainmenu.If noinput signalisdetectedwithinfive
seconds,themainmenuisnolongerdisplayed.
4. VOL (VOLUME) BUTTONS—Thesebuttonscontrol thevolumeoftheintegratedspeaker.

5. BRIGHT (BRIGHTNESS) BUTTONS—Thesebuttonsmanuallyadjust thebrightnesslevel of thedisplay.
6. LIGHT SENSOR—Thissensordetectstheavailablelightandautomaticallyadjuststhedisplay brightnesslevel
accordinglyandilluminatesthebuttonbacklightsinlow-light conditions.
