WARRANTY
1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
Your SafetyVital product is backed by a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. For a period of one
year following date of purchase, SafetyVital will repair or replace your device should it fail due to a
manufacturer’s defect (subject to certain limitations such as, but not limited to, use of the device as
directed or performing the intended function during which the product may become damaged).
This one-year limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from unauthorized or improper
use, service, or repair. Further, it does not cover damage caused by accident, intended function and use
as directed, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Should you discover your SafetyVital product is not
functioning properly, please send your device to our repair center for evaluation, at the address listed
below. If your product cannot be repaired or serviced, we reserve the right to exchange it for a similar or
newer model.
Please note that a at processing fee of $35.00 will be charged to cover the service evaluation and
return shipping of your device. All limited warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of your proof
of purchase from an authorized retailer. Please send your device, proof of purchase, and a check or
money order in the amount of $35.00 made out to SafetyVital to:

By purchasing this product and/or utilizing this limited warranty, you expressly waive the right to be
a member of or the lead plainti in any class action or any group civil action against the manufacturer
and agree that any dispute involving SafetyVital shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida as the
exclusive jurisdiction in any court case and/or proceeding.

Danger of Suocation! Keep children and animals away from the packaging material.
CAUTION
• The solar lights are NOT a toy. Do not leave children and animals unsupervised with the lights.
• Danger of Burns from Battery Acid. If a battery leaks, avoid physical contact with the battery acid.
Wear protective gloves if necessary. If you touch battery acid, rinse the aected area with abundant
fresh water immediately and contact a doctor as soon as possible.
• The solar lights are designed to decorate outdoor areas. The storage batteries charge during the
daytime via the solar cell elds. The accumulated energy allows the LEDs to illuminate at night.
• The lights are designed for personal domestic use only and are not intended for commercial applications.
• The lights should only be used as described in these instructions. Any other use is deemed to be improper.
• Protect the lights from open ames and impact.
• Never immerse the lights in water or other liquids. They are only resistant to splashing.
• During extreme weather conditions (e.g. storm, hail) or if the lights will not be used for a long time,
switch them o and store in a dry place.
• Do not disassemble the lights (except for removing the storage battery prior to disposal of the solar
unit)! Have any repairs done only by a specialist workshop or the customer service department. The
LEDs cannot be replaced.
• Storage batteries may not be disassembled, disposed of in re, immersed in liquids or short circuited.
• Keep the solar elds clean so that the greatest possible absorption of light is ensured. Wipe down
the solar elds (and if necessary, also the remaining components of the article) with a damp cloth. Do
NOT use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean as they could damage the surfaces.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
TURNING ON / OFF
1. Slide the On / O switch to the ON position to activate the solar units. The batteries can now charge
in daylight. When dark, the LEDs automatically switch on. When product gets direct sunlight, the
LEDs switch o and the batteries are charged up via the solar elds.
2. When the solar lights are not being used switch them o by sliding the On / O switches to the OFF
position.
PLEASE NOTE: Battery power can be severely impacted by extremely low temperatures.
SET-UP
• The solar lamps should not be placed near to other light sources such as streetlamps or other lamps,
so that the LEDs can be switched on automatically. If the product is placed where it gets direct light
the LEDs will automatically switch o.
• Position the solar lights so that the solar elds are able to absorb direct sunlight prefereably
throughout the whole day.
Mount the ground spikes as follows:
1. Insert the ground spikes into each other:
Slide one piece with a long slot (A) and a piece with a short slot (B)
into each other.
2. Mount the ground spike on the underside of the solar unit.
3. Push the ground spikes into the ground.
Charging time: approx. 6 to 8 hours (in sunlight)
Lighting time: up to 8 hours (with a fully charged storage battery)
