OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the unit on a flat stable surface. Ensure that there is sufficient space around the
unit.
Place the Crumb tray (drip tray) underneath the bottom elements. This will catch and
drippings from the rotisserie, and will make the oven easier to clean.
Ensure all of the switches and dials are off ( O ). Plug the unit into a wall socket and
switch on the wall socket. The POWER light will now go on.
To use the cooking plates:
oPlace a pot on the cooking plate you wish to use. Ensure that there is food or
liquid in the pot.
oTurn the cooking plate dial that corresponds to the cooking plate you have
selected. The dials are marked Left for the top dial and Right for the bottom
dial.
oUse the dial to set the temperature of the cooking plate to the desired heat
level, from 1 to Max. The cooking plate will now heat to that temperature level
and maintain it.
oWhen you have finished using the cooking plate, always ensure that both of
the dials are turned to ‘O’. The cooking plates get very hot when in use. Do
not touch the cooking plates until they have cooled down completely.
To use the oven:
oEnsure the baking rack is at the desired height setting.
oTurn the temperature dial to the desired temperature setting, from 100˚C to
250˚C. The temperature dial is the dial at the top of the control panel. The
mark on the dial should line up with the temperature you have selected.
oSwitch on the elements in the oven using the two switches at the bottom of
the control panel. The top switch controls the top element, and the bottom
switch controls the bottom element. Select which element you wish to bake
with, depending on the type of food being cooked.
oAllow the oven approximately 20 to 30 minutes to heat to the desired baking
temperature and then place the food in the oven.
oDuring baking, you may change the temperature of the oven by turning the
temperature dial to a different temperature.
oTo remove the food from the oven, open the glass window using the handle
on the window only, and remove the food using protective gloves.

7
To use the rotisserie function:
oFollow the directions for using the oven. Instead of placing food on a baking
tray or in a heat-resistant dish to cook, place the food on the rotisserie spit.
oPlace the spit in the oven using the rotisserie handle, placing the spit on the
holders on either side of the oven.
oSwitch the rotisserie function switch on ( I ). This is the switch between the
two cooking plate dials marked . This will activate the rotisserie function.
oTo remove the rotisserie spit, switch off the rotisserie function switch ( O ).
oUse the rotisserie handle to remove the rotisserie spit from the oven. Please
note that the rotisserie spit will be very hot. Only use the rotisserie handle
provided to remove the rotisserie spit from the oven.
