Disconnect the LED TV from the power source before disassembly.1.
Follow these directions carefully; never use metal instruments to pry apart the cabinet.2.
Recommend Torque : 22.0 ~ 26.5lbf-
A strength of Torque can be changed depending on the situation.•

Carefully place the TV on the Curved
Cushion (or any material that will prevent
damage to the screen) so that the screen is
facing downwards.

Remove 4 Screws on the TV Stand Guide,
and then remove the Stand in the order
marked as 1~2.

Remove 5 Screws on SMPS Board, and
then remove the board. (Power Cables
were already removed.)

Gently lift the top right corner of the•
board out to release the lock.
Use both hands to hold the board and•
slide to the left to release it.
CAUTION
When installing the Main board, verify
the board is properly positioned in all 4
mounting slots.

Recommeded screwdriver torque : 22.0 ~ 26.5lbf3.
The torque may need to be adjusted accordingly.-
NOTE
Reassembly procedures are in the reverse order of disassembly procedures.

Insert the Samsung Service Jig at the
indicated positions (Holes) to release
bottom corners of the rear cover.

After pushing on coloured points of the
rear cover (in weight less than 10kg) and
inserting a Samsung service jig at holes
of Rear cover's bottom corners, lift up the
rear cover from bottom corners using the
service jig to release the hooks along both
sides of the rear cover.
Then, holding both sides of the rear cover
by hand and releasing the rest hooks on
the upper side of the rear cover, remove it.
All hooks' locations are indicated by Yellow
Circles in the picture.
(Side:8 points / Top:6 points
CAUTION
When you remove the rear cover, hooks
on the upper side of the Chassis Front
can be released. you should check it
before reassembling.

When opening the cabinet, hooks at
the upper side of Front Chassis can be
released easily! If it is released after
removing the rear cover, you should
hook it to the bottom chassis before
closing.
