BEFORE USING THE WASHER
CAUTIONS
PRECAUTIONS WHEN OPERATING
 In case of pump drained washer,
remove the cap-hose from
the drain hole.
 B e s ure that the was her is grounded.
To avoid electrical shock,use
a metal pipe for the ground
connection. B ut, don't ground
the washer with gas pipes or
telephone lines to avoid to
dangers of explosion or lightning strike.
 Do not put your hands into the s pin
dryer bas ket when it is s pinning.
Your fingers can be caught
by spinning laundry and
damaged.
 Ventilation opnning must not be obstructed
by carpeting when the washing machine is
installed on a carpeted floor.
 If the supply cord of this appliance is damaged,
it must only be replaced by a repair shop
appointed by the manufacturer,because
special purpose tools are required.
 To avoid overfilling and damages this appliance
must be filled with the operator present us ing a
moderate water supply pressure only.
 Never allow children to operate
or play with the was her.

cover on laundry before s pinning.

water pres s ure is too high.

 B e s ure lay the drain hos e down
(in cas e no drain pump)
 Never s plas h water on the control panel.
 Dis connect the power cord from the
power s upply when not in us e.
 Don't us e exces s ively hot water.
(50ûC or more)
P las tic parts may be deformed or damaged.
Also, clothing may be deformed or decolored.

1. B efore s tarting was hing, check the following;
C onnect the water supply hose and open the water tap.
- Lay the drain hose down toward a sinkhole.
(In case no drain pump)
- Place the drain hose in sink or bath.
(In case drain pump)
-C onnect the power cord to the power supply outlet .

and add the detergent.

evenly into the spin basket.
S upply water for about 1minute.
Adjust the water flow to prevent
overflow from the wash tub.
After stopping water
supply, cover the
laundry with safety cover
and close the inner lid.
C lose the spin dryer
lid.

INSTALLATION

S pace at last 15cm between the washer
and the wall.
P lace the was her on a s turdy flat s urface.
If the washer is placed on an uneven or weak
surface, noise or vibration may be occured.
(Allowable is 2û)
Never ins tall the was her near water.
Do not place the washer in s teamy rooms or
where the washer is directly exposed to rain.
Moisture may destroy the electrical insulation
and cause an electrical shock hazard.
Avoid direct s unlight or heating devic es .
As plastic and electrical components are
affected by direct heat, never place the
washer near heaters, boilers ,etc.
Do not place under direct s unlight.
CLEANING THE MACHINE

P ull the upper s ide of the
overflow filter with
your fingers into the holes
in the direction of arrow as
shown in the figure.
2. C L E A NING T HE F ILT E R
P ush the strainer(filter) out and take up the
filter as shown in figure.
Wash the filter and washing tub.
3. C L E A NING THE WAS HE R B ODY
Wipe off strains on the cabinet and operation panel with s oft cloth.
Do not use benzene,thinners,cleanser,or wax, nor s crub the was her with a brush.
P ainted surfaces or plastic parts will be damaged.
1. P lace a rag under the washer filter
not to wet the floor.
2. R otate the filter counterclockwise
and pull out the filter.
3. R emove dirts and rotate
the filter clockwise until it
locks in pos ition.
