*IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using machine always carefully read and comply with all these
instructions. We cannot accept any responsibility for the consequences
of improper use.
1. Check voltage to be sure that the voltage indicated on the name plate
agrees with your voltage.
2. This machine must be connected to a grounded outlet.
3. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by
people, Place the machine out of the reach of children and persons
with limited capabilities.
4. Do not place the machine close to the fire source to avoid any
damage.
5. Turn off the power when long-term not in use and before cleaning.
6. The appliance should be placed on table or flat place .Do not place
the machine on the edge of desk or table.
7. Some parts temperature will be very high when machine is working,
example steaming pipe, steaming nozzle, funnel holder. Do not touch
any hot parts to avoid scald.
8. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons, do not
immerse cord, plugs, or body of machine in water or other liquid.
9. Do not operate any appliance if machine is damaged, it must find
professional maintenance organizations or qualified service
personnel for examination, repair or adjustment to avoid danger.
10. Do not use outdoors.

Water type: Can't use pure water or distilled water, must use
softened water. Suggest adding soft water equipment

* FOR THE FIRST USE
1. Remove the coffee machine from package, and check all accessories
according to the list. Tear off protective film of metal surface (Image 1).
2. Fix decoration strip to the top cup mat with screw, then put it on the top
of machine (Image 2)
3. Take out drip piece (Image 3)
4. You can see the power cord, water inlet and outlet at the bottom of
coffee machine (Image 4)
Connect the power cord to electric brake with earth protection (need
professionals to operate it)
Connect one side of flexible to water outlet, connect another side
to the sewer; (please note the pipe cannot bend to ensure smooth
drainage)
Use G ½ inch water pipe that connects the water channel
Note: In order to guarantee the service life of coffee machine,
please use softening treatment water. Do not use pure water
or distilled water
5. Put back drip piece, machine ready to start

*TURN ON MACHINE
1. Open external power supply and water supply:
2. Open power button from the bottom of machine (Image 4);
3. Press steam and coffee button (Image 5),c offee machine will start to
into water automatically,you can hear the sound of pump rotation;
4. After finished into water, machine begins to preheating, and screen will
display the preheating temperature of group head, steam part
prehcating also will increase the pressure of barometer;
5. Preheating will be finished after heated to the set temperature;
6. 6.For the first time turn on machine, coffee function preheating time is
about 5mins, steam function preheating time is about 15mins.
Note: it can use coffee machine even though the preheating is not
finished, but the coffee or hot water temperature will be lower.
Steam and coffee function can turn on /off independently.

*MAKING COFFEE
Automatic making coffee
1. Put the coffee powder into porta filter holder and press it tight. (Image 6)
2. Put the porta filter holder into the machine, and rotate right to lock the
filter holder. (Image7)
3. Put the cup to under porta filter mouth. (Image 8)
4. Press the automatic coffee button (Image 9), coffee will brew out; it will
automatic stop after coffee reached the set valued.
5. Rotate left to remove filter holder after finished,knock out coffee
grounds, clean the filter and filter holder for next use.

Note: there is four automatic coffee buttons for different coffee
flowing (Imag 9) you can choose it as your favorite.
Manual making coffee
1. Put the coffee powder into porta filter holder and press it tight (Image 6):
2. Put the porta filter holder into the machine, and rotate right to lock the
filter holder (Image7):
3. Put the cup to under porta filter mouth (Image8);
4. Press manual coffee button, coffee will brew out; Press manual coffee
button again to stop after desired coffee reached (Image 10);
5. Rotate left to remove filter holder after finished, knock out coffee
grounds, clean the filter and filter holder for next use.
Note: It can't make coffee if coffee powder is too fine. It will easy to
cause leakage from the side of porta filter, if use to0 much coffee
powder. Please do not touch hot surface of machine to avoid scald.
*MAKING HOT WATER
1. Press hot water button to make hot water when steam barometer value
is >0 (Imagel1);
2. Press button again to stop after desired water is reached, or it will
automatic stop after few seconds.
Note: The hot water pipe temperature will be very high when in
use. D0 not touch hot water pipe to avoid scald.

*MAKING STEAM/FROTHING MILK
1. Prepare a cup of espresso first according to part B. "MAKE ESPRESSO
COFFE";
2. Use whole fresh cold milk out of fridge (8-10oC) and pour 1/3 milk in cup;
Note: Use a stainless steel cup, and cup diameter should not less than
70 + 5mm, due to the volume of milk will increase after frothing.
3. Put steam nozzle into cup, under milk 1cm;
4. Rotate to open the steam knob, steam will eject from steam pipe (image
10);
5. Remove cup when desired milk foam reached, then reverse rotation
knob to turn off, steam is stopped, pour the frothed milk into prepared
espresso, now cappuccino is ready. You can add some sugar or coco
powder if you like it.
Note: Purge steam to clean steam nozzle immediately after use, to
avoid milk scaling.Caution high temperature of steam nozzle when in
use, please hold black jacket to move steam pipe to avoid scald.

*SHUT OFF MACHINE
1. At anytime turn off steam or coffee power button, then can turn off the
corresponding functional part;
2. Please turn off external power supply when you don't use the machine;
3. Please discharge the water from steam boiler if the machine will not use
for long time or need to transport, the drain valve is located at the bottom
of the machine (Image 14)
Note: In order to avoid scald, please don't discharge water when the
steam barometer value is > 0.Suggest discharge water after 2 hours off.

*VIEW RECORD
1. Under soft shut off condition.p ress the setting button 10s to
enter the record view mode;
2. The LED screen will show El and the corresponding number of
times;
3. Press manual coffee button will show El, E2, E3, EEE and the
corresponding number of times;
4. Press setting button to go back soft shut off condition.
Note: The LED screen shows as E1, XX, XXX, X is number,
the first two bits is for million, thousands, the next three
digits are represented as hundred, ten, and one (for
example, first shows EEE, then shows 12, and then 345,
means the number of making coffee is 12345 times).
E1 --------- Showing temperature is abnormal
E2 --------- Showing flowing is abnormal
E3 --------- Showing into water is abnormal
EEE ------- Showing the number of making coffee
*RESTOR THE DEFAULT SETTING
Under soft shut off conditions, press automatic coffee button 1 and
button 2 at the same time, (Figure 15), the LED screen will show
888 after 5s,, release button, 888 will automatic exit after flashing
3 times,re store the default setup is finished.

*If you can not find the cause of the malfunction, do not disassamble
coffee machine by yourself, please contact professionals.

*CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
1. The machine has to be switched off and cooled down before clean;
2. Use a cloth dip some water or a neutral detergent clean the outside
of machine;
3. Rotate left to remove filter holder and filter, knock out coffee grounds
and clean it:
4. Clean mineral deposit:
The machine builds up limescale deposits over time and you
need descale the machine every 2-3 months;
Use a bucket and pour water and descaler about 1L (ratio is 4:1,
details please follow the instruction of descaler. Please use
"household descaler" or you can use the citric acid replace
descaler (water and citric acid ratio is 100:3);
Suggest that use 5L water to clean steam boiler, use 1L to clean
coffee boiler;
Connect water inlet pipe to bucket, open hot water button or
coffee button to release water until there is no descaling water,
Tum off power, open water draining valve at the bottom of the
machine to discharge waste water;
Then connect external water supply, open the power to make 1L
coffee or 2L hot water,
Cleaning is finished.
* DISPOSAL
Please dispose of old machines in an environmentally neutral way
Old machines contain valuable materials which
should be salvaged for recycling. Please
therefore dispose of old machines via your
regional collection system.
