*IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using machine always carefully read and follow below instruction to
operate your machines
1. Check the voltage to make sure it is comply with the voltage on the
name plate.
2. This machine must be connected to a grounded outlet. the person lack
of experience or knowledge to
3. Please don't let use the machine
4. Do not place the machine close to the fire source to avoid damage.
5. Turn off the power when long-term not in use and before cleaning.
6. The appliance should be placed on table or flat surface.
7. The temperature of some parts will be very high when machine is
working, (for example steam pipe, steam nozzle, funnel holder).Do not
touch the surface to avoid the hurt.
8. Do not put the machine or power cord immerse to the water or other
liquid.
9. Do not operate any appliance if machine is damaged, it must find
professional maintenance organizations or qualified service personnel
for examination, repair or adjustment to avoid danger.
10. Do not use the machine in outdoors. any

1. Open the package and get the machine out check all the accessories
are together with the machine . remove the protect film in the metal
surface; (pic 12)
2. Take out the water tray; (pic13)
3. You can see the power cord inlet water pipe ,outlet water pipe in the
bottom of the coffee machine; (pic 14)
oConnect the power cord to the earth leakage protect switch earth
protection.
(The electrodecan notbe mistakenly connected, and theleakage
switch must meet the corresponding power requirements. Must
be operated by a professional person); (pic15)

三、First use instruction

oConnect one end of the pipe to drainage outlet ,and the
other end connect with the sewer pipe;
(Pay attention to the pipe , not folded ,.otherwise the water
will be not be flow smooth )
oUse 3 joints water pipe to connect inlet pipe to water tap.
Attention : not to use pure water or distilled water, in order
to protect your machine, please use soften water.
4. Place the water tray back to the machine ,ready to start.
4.1 Turn on the machine
Connect with water.
Turn on the power switch in the bottom of the machine (pic14),
the machine enter opening interface (pic1) ;
Touch power button in the screen (pic1); Enter the standby
interface (pic2), the water will flow into machine automatically,
will hear the sound of pump rotary;
After the water flow into machine the machine will heating
up ,the screen will indicate current coffee boiler / steam boiler's
temperature, the pressure in the pressure gauge will increase
when steam is heating up.
When heating to the pre-setting temperature or pre-setting
pressure, the machine will stop heating;
First use it will take about 5 min to heating the coffee boiler
and 15 min to heating the steam boiler.
Remark: the machine can be used even the heating is not finished,
but the coffee or hot water temperature will be lower.
Steam, brewing head 1, brewing head 2 (CRONOS) can be turn
on or of independently
4.2 making coffee
Remark: if the powder is too fine, it can not brewing coffee and
too much coffee powder can easily cause the filter holder not to
tighten tightly, and the coffee will leak from the rim of the can funnel.
三、Use the coffee machine

To avoid scald ,not to touch the high temperature parts of the
machine during it's working
4.2.1 Making coffee by automatically
Put the coffee powder in funnel, use the tamper to press the
powder; (pic 16)
Swirl the porta filter into coffee machine and rotate and tighten
it; (pic 17)
Put the cups under the spout of the porta filter (pic 18)
Touch the Auto coffee button (pic2), then you can get the coffee,
when the coffee achieve the setting amount, the machine will
stop making coffee automatically and return back to standby
mode.
Turn out the porta filter and clean the coffee grounds for next
use

Remark: there are 4 auto coffee buttons for each of the
brewing head (pic 2).
Each of the button has save it's own coffee flow, press different
button, the machine will make coffee to you according to it's
settings
4.2.2 Making coffee by manual
Put the coffee powder in funnel, use the tamper to press the
powder; (pic16)
Swirl the porta filter into coffee machine and rotate and tighten
it. (pic 17)
Put the cups under the spout of the porta filter (pic 18)

Touch the by manual button (pic2), then you can get the
coffee, When the coffee achieve certain amount , touch this
button again (pic7) or touch return icon (pic 19), the machine
will stop making Coffee, and return back to standby mode.
Turn out the porta filter and clean the coffee grounds for next
use.

4.3 making hot water
When the steam pressure is above 0,touch the hot water
button, then The hot water will come out .(when the steam
pressure is below 0, it comes out cold water )
After get enough hot water, touch the hot water button and
close hot water function, or wait for several seconds , the
machine will stop automatically.
Remark: After making hot water, please do not touch the hot water
tube immediately, so as not to scald.
Remark: The temperature for the steam tube surface is very high ,
not to touch it so as not to scald, if you want to move the steam
tube , please hold the black plastic part .(pic 21)
4.4 Making steam
When the steam pressure is above 0, push or pull the steam
handle (pic 20), there will have steam come out from steam tube

After making steam, push or pull the steam handle, the steam
function will close.
Remark: The temperature for the steam tube surface is very high,
not to touch it so as not to scald, if you want to move the steam
tube, please hold the black plastic part (pic 21)

4.5 Turn off the machine
In any time when you turn off the power button in standby
interface (pic2), will close the corresponding function.
When the machine is completely closed, please remember to
turn off the external power supply (or main power switch) and
water source
If the machine needs to be transported or not used for a long
time, please drain out the water in the steam boiler and the
drain valve is in the bottom of the machine (pic14)
Remark: When the steam pressure is above 0, please not to drain
the water, so as not to scaled by the hot water. suggest to drain out
the water after turn off the machine 2 hours, Unscrew the drain
valve, please use the No. 17 wrench or movable wrench.

4.6 Setting
Touch the setting button "7" in the standby interface (pic 2) to
enter the setting (pic9), in this interface, you can open / close
the "screen saver function", "reservation function", "pre-infuse
function", and you can set the date and time, after finish , touch
"save the settings", and return to standby (pic 2); if no need
setting, please touch return icon (pic 19), and return back to
standby (pic 2)
Remark:
Screensaver time setting: Minimum 1 Maximum 120
Touch the setting button "7" in the standby interface (pic 2) to
enter the setting (pic 9), touch "2" enter (pic 10) to set the
"coffee flow", "hot water making time", "coffee boiler
temperature”, "flow base data", “turn on / turn off", "coffee
function steam function”, "decoration light", after finish , touch
“save settings", and return back to standby interface (pic 2), if
no need the settings , touch return icon (pic19) and return back
to standby interface (pic 2).

Remark:
Coffee flow setting: The minimum value is 10. The maximum value
is 300.
Hot water making time setting: The minimum value is 3. The
maximum value is 50
Coffee temperature setting: The minimum value is 80 The
maximum value is 98. The basic flow setting : The minimum value
is 10 The maximum value is 9990
4.7 Auto coffee flow setting
Touch auto coffee button "1,2,3,4" in the standby interface, enter
making coffee process (pic 3,4,5,6), long touch (pic22) icon , there
will have water come out from brewing head in 3s, after achieve
the certain amount, release icon (pic 22), the water will stop, and
the setting is finish, return back to standby

Remark:
When setting coffee flow, it's better to fill the porta filter with coffee
powder fit for making Espresso (with 25-30s 30cc coffee as the
standard), the setting is more precise.
4.8 Hot water time setting
Touch "6" hot water in standby interface ( pic 2), enter the hot water
making interface (pic 8),long press the icon (pic 22), there will have
hot water come out. reach certain amount release the icon (pic 22)

the water will stop, then the hot water making is setting ok, return
to standby interface.
4.9 About the machine
Touch "7" in standby interface, and enter setting interface (pic 9),
in current interface, touch "about the machine" icon, it will enter the
machine interface (pic 11), in this interface, you can see the
information "coffee temperature low", "coffee temperature high".
"steam temperature low", "steam temperature high", "lack of water",
"waterway abnormal", "coffee", "hot water" times "current time"
"machine series number".
After finishing checking, touch icon (pic19) to return the setting
interface, and touch icon (19) again, return to standby.
4.10 Restore the defaults
Touch "7" in standby interface (pic 2), enter setting interface (pic
9), touch "Restore the defaults", it will Restore factory settings.
4.11 Abnormal explaining
When the abnormal button "8" indicate yellow when in the standby
interface (pic 2), touch this button to check the abnormal explaining,
and touch any buttons in the screen again, will return to standby,
there have below abnormal information (pic 23)

4.13 Antifreeze treatment
Remark:
The coffee machine can not be used in the environment where
the temperature is lower than the freezing point. If used, the
coffee machine will be damaged. If you need to ols use it, you
need to use the heating equipment (such as air conditioning,
heating and so on) to increase the room temperature to the
freezing point and use it after 2 hours.
In an environment where the outdoor temperature is lower than
the freezing point, in order to prevent the freezing cracking of
the coffee machine during the transportation, the freezing
treatment must be carried out in the following steps before the
coffee machine is closed

When finishing using the coffee machine, shut down the water
inlet valve before turn off it
After shut down the water inlet valve, touch the manual coffee
button let the water flow out from boiler for 15s and turn off the
manual coffee button, and press the power button "9" to turn
down the machine.
Remark: for two group machines, need to do the above
operation for brewing head 1 ,2.
Drain out the water from steam boiler, the drain valve is in the
bottom of the machine (pic 14)
Remark: when the pressure in gauge is above 0 degree not to
drain out the water sowill not scald by the coming out hot water.
Suggest to drain out the water after turn off the machine 2 hours.
Unscrew the drain valve, please use the No. 17 wrench or
movable wrench.
After finishing the above operation, shut down the general
power switch
Before next using, open the water inlet valve in the outside and
operate the machine normally .

*If you can not find the cause of the malfunction, do not disassamble
coffee machine by yourself, please contact professionals.

*CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
1. The machine has to be switched off and cooled down before
clean;
2. Use a cloth dip some water or a neutral detergent clean the
outside of machine;
3. Rotate left to remove filter holder and filter, knock out coffee
grounds and clean it;
4. Clean mineral deposit:
The machine builds up limescale deposits over time, and
you need descale the machine every 2-3 months;
Use a bucket and pour water and descaler about 10L (ratio
is 4:1, details please follow the instruction of descaler.
Please use "household descaler", or you can use the citric
acid replace descaler (water and citric acid ratio is 100:3);
Open the water outlet drain valve (pic13) to drain out the
water in primary and secondary boilers, and shut down the
drain valve after the water is drain out.
Connect the inlet water pipe with the bucket, and turn on the
machine follow the 4.1 requirement to operate the machine,
after pre-heating, follow 4.2 to make coffee, 4.3 to make hot
water for 5-10 times, After the completion, let the machine
stay for 5-10 minutes, and turn off the power;
