nCredit History. A FICO score of 610 or above. No 90 day past due or more accounts,
charge-offs, collections, repossessions or foreclosures in your credit history.
nReferences. Three personal and verifiable references.
nEmployment. Verifiable proof of a full-time job for at least six months.
nSufficient Income. Your income must be enough to cover ordinary living expenses and your
Scion payments, and be consistent and verifiable. Your monthly payment may not exceed a
certain percentage of your gross monthly income.
n Minimum down payment. Minimum down payment of 10% of MSRP or selling price, whichever is less.

system designed to help the driver maintain vehicle control under adverse conditions. It is not a substitute for safe driving
practices. Factors including speed, road conditions, and driver steering input can affect whether VSC will be effective
in preventing a loss of control. Please see your Owner’s Manual for further details. 6. Brake Assist is designed to help
the driver take full advantage of the benefits of ABS. It is not a substitute for safe driving practices. Braking effective-
ness also depends on proper brake-system maintenance and tire and road conditions. 7. Smart Stop Technology oper-
ates only in the event of certain simultaneous brake and gas pedal applications. When engaged, the system will reduce
engine power to help the brakes bring the vehicle to a stop. Factors including speed, road conditions and driver input
can all impact stopping distance. Smart Stop Technology is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving and does not
guarantee instant stopping. Please see your Owner’s Manual for further details. 8. Ratings achieved using the required
premium unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 91 or higher. If premium fuel is not used, performance will decrease.
9. Minimum running ground clearance. 10. Performance tires are expected to experience greater tire wear than conven-
tional tires. Tire life may be substantially less than 20,000 miles, depending upon driving conditions. 11 . 2013 EPA esti-
