For safety purpose, you should read the instructions carefully before using the appliance for the
first time. Save the instructions for future reference.
The appliance is designed for domestic use and may only be operated in accordance with these
instructions for use.
Always handle with care and warn other users the potential danger.

DO’s
1. Check the mains voltage stated on the rating plate corresponds to the local electricity
supply.
2. Unwind and straighten the power cord before using the appliance.
3. Place the appliance on a firm and steady surface.
4. The appliance must be used and rested on a stable surface.
5. Disconnect the appliance from mains supply outlet under the following conditions:
- Before the water tank is filled with water
- Before removing any parts from the appliance or refit any parts on the appliance
- Before cleaning or maintenance
- When the appliance is not working correctly
- After using the appliance
6. Empty the water tank, when the appliance is unused for long period.
7. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
8. Always use cold water to make coffee. Warm water or other liquids could cause damage
to the coffee maker.
9. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent
or similarly qualified person in order to avoid any hazard.
10. Use the grinder for grinding coffee bean only.
11. Children shall not be playing with the appliance.

12. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
13. Appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction by a
person concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.
14. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach
of children.
15. This appliance is designed for household use only.

17. Do not place the appliance on or near hot gas or electric burner, or in heated oven.
18. Do not operate the hot water function continuously for more than one tank of water.

Note: Touch-sensitive area is located at the lower part of
icons. Press the touch-sensitive area firmly in front of the
appliance.

II. ACCESSORY 配件
In the box, three packs of cleaning agents are included for the process of self-cleaning.
包裝盒內附設 3包除垢劑供自動清洗時使用。
B. MACHINE INSTALLATION 產品安裝
1. Remove any protective films, stickers
and any other packing material on the
appliance
請移除機身上任何的保護膜, 貼紙和其他
包裝材料。

2. Choose a safe and stable surface with
an easily reachable power supply and
allow minimum distance from the
sides of the machines.
將此機放於一個容易接駁到電源, 安全及
穩定的枱面上。(需要的最小距離如右圖)
3. Insert the external drip tray. Make sure
it is inserted correctly.
將外置回水盒插入，並確保已正確插入。
4. Fill the water tank with water (see
“FILLING THE WATER TANK”)
將水箱注滿水。（請參閱＂水箱注水
＂）
5. Fill the bean box with coffee bean (SEE
“FILLING THE COFFEE BEAN
CONATINER)
將咖啡豆倒入豆槽中。（請參閱＂倒入
咖啡豆到豆槽＂）

6. Unwind and straighten the power
cord and insert the plug into the
socket located on the back of the
machine. Insert the other end of the
power cord into a wall socket with
suitable power voltage.
解開並伸直電源線及將插頭插入位於本機
背面的插槽中。將電源線的另一端插入適
當電壓的插座。
C. Daily Operation 日常操作
I. MAKING YOUR COFFEE 製作咖啡
1. Switch on the appliance by pressing the power on/off button.
按下 電源開 / 關按鈕以啟動本機。
2. The appliance is then in the standby condition.
本機已進入備用狀態。
3. Place a cup under the coffee spout and adjust the height of the spout to fit the cup.
Depending on the size of the cup (too tall or too wide) you can remove the drip tray or adjust
the position of the drip tray as below:
將杯子放在咖啡嘴下，按杯子調節咖啡嘴高度。根據杯子的大小(高度或闊度)可除去外置回水盒作調
整如下：

4. Depending on the taste of coffee you would like to have, press Espresso Button or
Lungo button .
隨著個人咖啡喜好，可按一下特濃咖啡按鈕按鈕 或或長杯咖啡按鈕 。
5. The espresso button being pressed will light on and the illumination will lights up indicates
that the appliance is preparing the cup of coffee.
按下特濃咖啡按鈕時，該按鈕會亮起表示咖啡正在準備中。
Note : Press or button anytime to stop brewing.
注意: 你可隨時按 或 按鈕終止沖調咖啡。
6. When the appliance is back to standby condition, the coffee is ready to serve.
當本機回復備用狀態，表示咖啡已準備好。
*****Note: Press the hot water button (see section IV) to clean inner parts of the coffee maker
before first use. *****

II. FILLING THE WATER TANK 水箱注水
When is flashing, the water tank is in low water level and requires filling the water tank.
當 閃爍時，水箱正處於低水位，請注滿水箱。
1. Lift the water tank by using the lid as the handle.
使用蓋子作為手柄提起水箱。

2. Rinse the water tank with fresh water and then fill the tank to the “MAX” level and place it
back into the machine. Make sure it is fully inserted.
以清水沖洗水箱，然後加水至＂MAX＂位置，並把它放回本機內。請確保已完全插入。
Note: To prevent overflow of water from the water tank, do not add water directly into
the appliance with another container.
注意：為防止水箱溢水，請勿以其他容器直接注水到本機水箱。
IMPORTANT: Never fill the water tank with warm, hot, sparkling water or any other
liquid which might damage the water tank and the machine.
重要提示：切勿加入温水、熱水、梳打水或其他液體在水箱內，否則可能會損壞水箱和機器。
III. FILLING THE BEAN CONTAINER 倒入咖啡豆到豆槽
When is flashing, the appliance needs to be filled with coffee bean:
當 閃爍時, 請加入咖啡豆：
1. Remove the bean container lid.
打開咖啡豆密封蓋。
2. Slowly pour in the coffee beans.
慢慢倒入咖啡豆。
3. Install back the container lid.
蓋好咖啡豆密封蓋。

IMPORTANT: Fill the coffee bean container with coffee beans only. Grounded coffee, instant
coffee, caramelized coffee and any other objects may damage the machine
重要提示：只可加入咖啡豆在豆槽。咖啡粉、即溶咖啡、焦糖咖啡豆及其他物件都可能會損壞機器。
IV. Preparing Iced Coffee 製作冰咖啡
Before making iced coffee, prepare ice cubes and cold water.
製作冰咖啡前，請先準備冰塊及冷水。
1. Add ice cubes to a tall glass and place under the coffee spout.
將冰塊放入高玻璃杯中，放在咖啡嘴下。
2. Press the iced coffee button .
3. 按下冰咖啡按鈕 。
4. The button being pressed will light on and the illumination will lights up indicates that the
appliance is preparing the coffee.
按下按鈕時，該按鈕會亮起表示咖啡正在準備中。
5. When the appliance is back to standby condition, add cold water into the coffee.
當咖啡按鈕停止閃爍和燈光關閉, 加入冷水於咖啡中。
6. Then it is ready to serve.
咖啡已準備好。
V. Preparing Frothy Milk for Coffee 為咖啡準備泡沫牛奶
As the temperature of steam is higher than the temperature of espresso, so espresso should be
prepared before making frothy milk; otherwise the espresso might be burnt.
由於蒸氣的溫度高於特濃咖啡的溫度，所以在製作泡沫牛奶之前應該先製備特濃咖啡；否則特濃咖啡可
能會被燒焦。
1. Prepare the espresso coffee with larger cup.
準備較大杯子的特濃咖啡。
2. Turn the steam nozzle toward to the drip tray.
將蒸氣噴嘴朝向回水盒。
3. Press the steam button. Steam indicator light will flash. Then the
appliance is heating up and draining the residual water into the drip tray
or another container.
按下蒸氣按鈕。蒸氣指示燈隨即閃爍，表示本機加熱中並將殘留的水排至回水
盒或其他容器中。

4. After the steam indicator light stops flashing and stays on, place a container with milk under
the steam nozzle and immerse the steam nozzle
about 5cm deep into the container.
在蒸氣指示燈停止閃爍並保持亮起時，將裝有牛奶的容
器放在蒸氣噴嘴下，將蒸氣噴嘴浸入容器內約 5cm 深
處。
5. Press the steam button again.
再次按下蒸氣按鈕。
6. Swivel the container while the hot steam comes
out.
當熱蒸氣噴出時旋轉容器。
7. When the milk is hot enough with froth appeared,
press again the steam button to stop the steam.
當牛奶足夠熱並出現泡沫時，再次按下蒸氣按鈕以停止蒸氣。
8. Use a wet towel to clean the nozzle cover and metal tube. (Refer to “DAILY CLEANING OF
THE APPLIANCE”)
用濕毛巾清潔噴嘴蓋和金屬管。 （請參閱“日常清潔產品”）
9. Pour the hot frothy milk into the espresso.
將熱奶泡倒入特濃咖啡中。
10. Now you can enjoy your coffee.
咖啡已準備好。
VI. HOT WATER 熱水
The appliance can dispense hot water by simply pressing the hot water button. The hot water
button and the illumination will lights up indicates that the appliance is heating up the water.
When the hot water button and the illumination turn off, the hot water will come out from the
steam nozzle.
本產品可以簡單地按下熱水按鈕輸出熱水。熱水按鈕燈會亮起表示把水加熱中。當熱水按鈕燈熄滅，熱
水會從蒸氣噴嘴輸出。
VII.DAILY CLEANING OF THE APPLIANCE 日常清潔産品
Timely cleaning and maintenance of the appliance is very important in prolonging the life of the
appliance.
適時的清潔和保養產品可以延長本機的使用壽命。

1. Remove the external drip tray.
取出外置回水盒。
2. Empty the water inside the drip tray in the sink and
wash it with fresh water. Dry it afterwards.
清空回水盒內的水，用清水沖洗。然後瀝乾。
3. Slides open the internal drip tray and the coffee
grounds container.
拉開内部回水盒和粉渣盒容器。
4. Empty the coffee grounds container and wash it
with fresh water. Dry it afterwards.
清空粉渣盒並用清水沖洗。然後瀝乾。
Note: When lights up, the coffee grounds
container needs to be empty.
注意：當 亮起時，粉渣盒需清空。

5. Pull down the service door.
按下機身門蓋。
6. Remove the service door.
取出機身門蓋。
7. Press the release knob.
按下沖泡器兩邊的按鈕。
8. Remove the brewer.
取出沖泡器。

9. Wash the brewer with fresh water. Dry the brewer
afterwards.
用清水沖洗沖泡器，然後瀝乾。
10. Insert back the brewer to its original position and
install back the service door to its original
position.
將沖泡器插入原位，並將機身門蓋蓋上。
Note: When lights up stably, it indicates that
the brewer is missing / installed improperly. When
is flashing, it indicates that the service door is
missing/ installed improperly.
注意：當 亮起時，表示沖泡器欠装/ 安裝不正確。
當 閃爍時，表明機身門蓋欠装/ 安裝不正確。
11. Place the coffee grounds container on the internal
drip tray and insert back into it original position.
將粉渣盒放在內部回水盒上並插入原位。
Note: When is flashing, the coffee grounds
container is missing.
注意：當 閃爍，表示粉渣盒容器欠装。

12. Place the external drip tray at it original position.
將外置回水盒放回原來的位置。
13. Unlock the nozzle cover by turning it to left. Then
pull it downward to remove.
左扭噴嘴蓋解鎖並向下拉出。
14. Pull the metal tube downward to disassemble the
nozzle cover and metal tube.
向下拉金屬管，以便解開噴嘴蓋和金屬管。
15. Wash the nozzle cover with warm running water
and use needle or bristle of brush to clean the
hole.
用清水沖洗噴嘴蓋，並用針或毛刷清潔噴嘴蓋
孔。

16. Wash the metal tube with warm running water
and use needle or bristle of brush to clean the
hole.
用清水沖洗金屬管，並用針或毛刷清潔金屬管
孔。
17. Assemble the metal tube back to the nozzle
cover. Then push upward to place the nozzle
cover back. And turn it to right to lock it.
將金屬管裝回入噴嘴蓋。然後將噴嘴蓋放回原
位，向上推動並右扭將其鎖定。
VIII. TURNING OFF THE MACHINE 關機
Switch off the appliance by pressing the power ON/OFF button.
按下電源開/ 關按鈕關閉咖啡機。
IX. AUTO-SHUT OFF 自動斷電
The Appliance is equipped with auto-shut off. Depending on the mode you have selected, the
appliance will have different auto-shut off timing (SEE “D. FURTHER SETTING –III. MODE
SELECTION”).
本產品配有自動斷電功能。隨著您選擇的模式，設有不同的自動關機時間 (請參閱D. 附加設定 –III.
模式選擇)。
D. FURTHER SETTING 附加設定
I. ADJUSTIING THE VOLUME OF YOUR COFFEE/HOT WATER 調整您的咖啡/熱水份量
You can memorize your desired volume of coffee for both Espresso and Lungo and also the hot
water from 25ml to 250ml.
本機備有記憶功能，可記憶您所預設由 25 毫升至 250 毫升的特濃咖啡、長杯咖啡及熱水份量。

1. When making your coffee (either Espresso or Lungo) or dispensing hot water, press and hold
the button you selected. The appliance will continue to make the cup of coffee.
當選擇您的咖啡(特濃咖啡或長杯咖啡) 或熱水後，長按所屬按鈕，本機將繼續輸出飲料。
2. When the volume of coffee meets your desired volume, release the button. Two beep sounds
will be heard indicates that the volume of coffee is being memorized.
當咖啡的輸出量達至您的要求，鬆開按鈕。本機會發出兩聲提示聲，表示你的咖啡份量已被記錄。
II. GRINDING ADJUSTMENT 研磨調整
You can adjust the grinder to suit the taste of your coffee by turning adjuster knob in the bean
container:
您可以因應自己的口味，調整在豆槽內研磨器的旋鈕，以轉動方式調節咖啡粉的粗幼度：
1. When the grinder is grinding the coffee bean during coffee making, you can turn the adjust
knob to do the adjustment. (CAUTION: Never do the grinding adjustment when the grinder is
not operating. It may damage the grinder.)
當研磨器在研磨咖啡豆時，請轉動旋鈕調節。
(注意：當研磨器不操作時，請勿轉動旋鈕，因會損壞研磨器。)
2. The dots on adjuster knob indicate the grinding fineness. Turn the knob to the pointer,
clockwise for a coarser grind and counter-clockwise for a finer grind.
旋鈕上的圓點是用於識別研磨的粗幼度。如需要粗粒研磨, 將旋鈕順時針方向轉至指針; 如要幼細
研磨, 將旋鈕逆時針方向轉至指針。
III. MODE SELECTION 模式選擇
The machine has three different settings: default setting, ECO mode and speed mode. In ECO
mode, the appliance helps to save more energy. In speed mode, the user can make coffee faster
than in default setting.
