1. SAFETY
.WARNING! Ensure Health & Safety, and local authority regulations are
adhered to when assembling and using this rack.
9Locate rack in a suitable area where it will not be an obstruction.
9Keep the general area clean, uncluttered. Ensure adequate lighting.
WARNING! Mount rack on a at and solid wall such as breeze block that is
strong enough to hold fully laden rack.
9 The rack should be rmly secured to the wall in a suitable location with
xings provided.
8DO NOT attempt to wall mount the rack on your own. Obtain
assistance or use manual handling equipment.
9Wall mount the rack at a height that minimises the risk of injury when used.
9Keep children and unauthorised persons away from the storage area.
8DO NOT use the rack for any purpose other than that for which
it is designed.
8DO NOT clean the rack with any solvents or abrasives which may damage
the coated surface.
8DO NOT overload the rack when mounted.
8DO NOT climb on or attempt to stand on the rack.
9 Ensure the rack is properly and rmly tted and installed before loading.
2. INTRODUCTION
Suitable for holding up to three bumpers of various lengths for tidy workshop storage. Arms mountable in nine positions and safely foldaway
when not in use so saving-space. Ideal for the busy bodyshop.

4. ASSEMBLY
4.1. To t the support arms, oer the arm up to the xing beam.
4.2. Tilt arm upwards while engaging the arm pin fully through the holes in the xing beam.
4.3. The arm pin is a close t for the holes in the xing beams. A light tap with a nylon headed mallet or similar will suce to engage items.
4.4. Once fully engaged, lower the arm and locate the stop onto the xing beam.
4.5. Ensure support arm pins are fully engaged and secure before loading.
5. MAINTENANCE
5.1. Regularly check xings and mountings are rmly tted and that the rigidity and security of the rack is not compromised.
5.2. Wipe clean with damp cloth.
8DO NOT use chemical or abrasive cleaners as this may result in damage to the surface.
