INSTRUCTIONS

Mark the six base holes.

Lift the tapered mast o the
mounting surface.

Drill the six base mounting
holes.
Mark the hole for the
electronics cables to pass
through.

Drill the cable hole with a
hole saw.

Apply marine adhesive
sealant to the underside of
the base

Route all electronics cables
through the cable hole, and
lower the tapered mast onto
the mounting surface. Be
sure that all six base holes
line up.

Insert the six supplied nylon
shoulder washers into the
six base holes. Then use
bolt down the tapered mast
using your own hardware.

Slide one rubber gasket
onto the threaded adapter
and then slide the assembly
through the spreader.
Slide on second rubber
gasket and threaded nut to
secure threaded adapter.

Route cables from the electronic device through the threaded
adapter and spreader. Apply marine sealant to the threads
before screwing on your electronics.

DO NOT use 4’ or taller berglass antennas with this spreader
kit. Please call Seaview if you have a 4’ or taller berglass
antenna at 800-655-7922.

Apply the rubber
gasket for the
spreaders onto the
spreader mounting
area.
Route electronic
cables into the tapered
mast.
Bolt the spreader
assembly to the
tapered mast using
the four black nylon
shoulder washers and
four ¼-20 x 1” bolts for
each side.
If you are mounting
a light to the tapered
mast please do so
by following the
manufacturers
instructions.
Once that’s done put
the tapered mast cap
on top of the mast.

¼-20 x ¾”
Use the three or four
¼-20 x ¾” bolts to
secure the cap onto
the tapered mast.

Insert the four nuts
into the adapter plate.
This may have already
been done for you.

Refer to the supplied
drill template to nd
out which holes you
will need to drill for
your camera or search
light.
Drill the appropriate
holes to mount your
camera or search light.
Be sure to also drill
the necessary holes to
route cables.

Apply marine adhesive
sealant to the four
nylon shoulder
washers and then bolt
down the adapter
plate to the tapered
mast using the bolts
provided.

Secure the rubber
gasket and white
plastic base to the
Dual Mount using four
screws.

Install the rest of the Cable Gland to the mounting location as
shown. Refer to the Cable Gland instructions for assembly.
Repeat this step
for the camera
platform on the
PMA-BC-37S.

Route the cables through the tapered mast.

Connect the cabels to
all electronics.

Bolt down the radar
using the four nylon
shoulder washers and
the hardware supplied
by the electronics
manufacturer.
